【考案の詳細な説明】
【０００１】本考案は着丈の長短調節が可能な主として
子守胴着用上衣の改良に関するものである。

【従来の技術】従来、上衣類とりわけ母親が子守バンド
などによって乳幼児を背負ってから、その上に着用する
子守胴着などにおいては、乳幼児の成長が著しく早いた
め、最初に余程着丈が長いものを買わないと、すぐに充
分な役目を果し得なくなるものである。また上記子守胴
着などでは後おんぶの場合には着丈が長く、前だっこの
場合には着丈が短いのが望ましいものである。
【０００３】しかし、それかといって前者の場合、最初
から着丈があまりに不必要に長いものは、不経済である
ばかりでなく、スマートさ、ファッション性，外観的体
裁美に欠け、かつ特に夏物ではむし暑さ不快感が加わ
り、快適な実用性が得られなかった。また後者の場合
に、後おんぶ用及び前だっこ用として着丈の長いものと
着丈の短いものとを用意することはきわめて不合理で不
経済であった。そこで本願考案者は上記諸欠点を解消す
る着丈の長短調節が可能な図１及び図２に示すような上
衣をすでに研究考案した。
【０００４】即ち、襟３ａ及び紐４ａを有する上衣１の
下端縁及びそれより上方へ少なくとも２条の伸縮帯部２
ａ，２ｂを設け、該上衣１の下部を、上伸縮帯部２ｂが
下端縁位置となるよう内方へ折曲げ自在に留具部片５
ａ，５ｂでなる留具５にて留付けできるようにしてなる
ものである。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】ところがこの従来公知
の上衣では、上衣１ａの下部を内方へ折曲げてボタン留
具５にて留付け、上衣１の着丈を短かくして前だっこの
場合に使用した際、上衣１の下部が折重ね状態であるた
めに嵩ばってもこもこして乳幼児に不快感を与えたり、
或いは乳幼児の足がボタン留具５間から折重ね部内に入
って足の自由が拘束されるなどの問題があった。

【課題を解決するための手段】本考案は上記課題を解決
するためになされたものであって、その要旨とするとこ
ろは、上衣の裾部を分離して設け、該裾部を上衣の下端
にファスナーなど留具にて着脱自在に留付けできるよう
にしてなる上衣である。次に本考案を以下実施例につい
て図３及び図４を参照しながら詳しく説明する。

【実施例】１は、襟３及び紐４を有する子守胴着の上衣
で、該上衣１にはその下端縁及びそれより僅か上方位置
に下伸縮帯部２及び上伸縮帯部２が夫々設けられてい
る。そこで上記の上衣１は、上伸縮帯部２が下端縁とな
るようにし、それより下部を裾部８として分離して設け
てある。そして該裾部８を上衣１の下端に、留具部片６
ａ，６ｂでなる例えばファスナーなどの留具６にて着脱
自在に留付けできるようにしてなるものである。なお７
はスライダーである。

【考案の効果】本考案の上衣は上述のように構成したも
のであるから、上衣１に対して裾部８をファスナーなど
留具６にて簡単容易に留付けたり取外したりできて着丈
の長短調節が頗る容易に行えるものであると共にこの考
案の上衣は着丈を長くした場合も短くした場合も常に変
わりのない快適な感触で着用使用できる優れた効果があ
る。また特に本考案の上衣では着丈を短くして乳幼児の
前だっこに使用した場合でも、上衣の下部が嵩ばったり
錯綜したりしていないので、従来のように乳幼児に不快
感を与えたり、乳幼児の足の自由を拘束するなどのおそ
