り、コイル巻回作業時の巻回力による端子ピン27の曲り
事故をも防止することが可能になる。そのため、ライン
フィルタ1の回路基板等への取付け、端子ピン27の先端
と回路基板との間の半田付けの際の精度が向上し且つそ
れらの作業も容易となる。

(57)【特許請求の範囲】(57) [Claims] 【請求項1】2つ割りに分割されたボビン片のそれぞれ
の鍔部に、ボビン片の軸芯から所定の間隔を隔て且つこ
の軸芯と直交する方向に貫通する複数個のピン挿入孔を
穿設し、前記2つのボビン片を閉磁路型のコアに回転可
能に嵌装してほぼ筒状のボビンを完成させ、この完成後
のボビンの各ピン挿入孔にそれぞれ端子ピンをその軸方
向へ移動可能に挿入すると共に、各ピンの両端をボビン
鍔部の露出面から突出せしめ、この状態でコイルの巻始
めリードを所定の端子ピンの突出部分に絡げてコイル巻
回作業を行い、該巻回作業の終了後にコイルの巻終りリ
ードを他の端子ピンの突出部分に絡げてから、各々のリ
ードを絡げた各端子ピンをその軸方向へ移動させ、この
移動により長めに突出した端子ピンを利用して所定の保
持用ベース等に取付ける形式のラインフィルタの製造方
法において、前記コイルの巻始めリード及び巻終りリー
ドを各端子ピンに絡げる際に、各々のリードを端子ピン
の突出部分の内、ボビン鍔部の露出面に接する部分に絡
げると共に、これらの端子ピンを各リードに絡げた側へ
必要長さだけ移動させたラインフィルタの製造方法。
