[0003] Further, in this type of electric moving shelf device, articles are taken in and out by using a passage formed between adjacent moving shelves, and in that sense, formation of the passage is extremely important. As means for forming this passage, a marker provided along the guide rail of the movable shelf is read by a detecting means provided on the movable shelf, the absolute position of the movable shelf is detected, and the absolute position of the adjacent movable shelf is detected. There is also a structure that sets the width of the passage from the difference, but in order to more easily form a predetermined passage, a limit switch is fixed to the top plate near the pivot point of the wiring rod, When a passage of a predetermined width is formed between adjacent movable shelves, a wiring rod operates a limit switch to stop the movement of the movable shelf.

However, a wiring rod that rotates around a pivot point at a base end thereof with the movement of a movable shelf to operate a limit switch has a simple structure, but is basically a contact type. The limit switch may be damaged due to excessive force. For example, when the limit switch is activated and a predetermined passage width is formed, that is, in a state where the wiring rod is in contact with the limit switch, an operator or a sudden collision with the movable shelf causes the movable shelf to move. When vibration occurs, a problem occurs in terms of mechanical strength. In addition, since the limit switch has a contact in terms of a circuit, there is a possibility that a contact failure may occur due to micro-vibration caused by the repeated opening and closing of the contact and the movement of the movable shelf even during normal use, and there is a problem in reliability.

In the first embodiment of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 3, the moving body detecting means 2 is fixed to one side of the wiring rod 1,
At the lower part of the wiring rod 1, a notch 16 which is open downward and communicates with the gap 14 of the moving body detecting means 2 is formed.
As the shutter means 3, a shield 17 curved along a circumference centered on the pivot point 11 is fixed to the top plate 10, and the pivot point 11 is spaced from the shield 17 at a predetermined interval. The through holes 15a, 15
b is formed. Further, the continuous or intermittent pulse-like projection light from the light emitting element 12 of the moving body detecting means 2 is detected by the light receiving element 13 and converted into an electric signal, which is input to the control circuit of the moving shelf A. And the optical axis L of this projection light is
It is also set in the radial direction with the pivot point 11 as the center. Then, when the wiring rod 1 rotates around the pivot point 11 with the movement of the movable shelf A, the shield 17 passes through the gap 14 of the moving body detecting means 2 and enters the notch 16. Normally, the length of the shield 17 is set so that the projection light from the light emitting element 12 of the moving body detecting means 2 is blocked by the side surface of the shield 17 and does not reach the light receiving element 13.

Then, the wiring rod 1 rotates and the optical axis L of the projected light
When a certain rotation position R1 is reached, the light reaches the light receiving element 13 through the through hole 15a, and a first electric signal is generated. If the moving shelf A is stopped based on this signal, a constant passage width is always formed. When the optical axis L coincides with the rotational position R1, one passage width is set. Further, when the moving shelf A further moves to increase the passage width, the wiring rod 1 rotates, and the optical axis L reaches a rotation position R2, the light emitting element 12
Reaches the light receiving element 13 through the through-hole 15b, a second electric signal is generated, and the moving shelf A stops in the same manner as described above to form a wide passage 6, which is reduced to a width of 2 passages. Set to be. Although there is no particular distinction between the first electric signal and the second electric signal, the first electric signal and the second electric signal are generated as the passage width changes from a narrow state to a wide state. If a control circuit is provided with a circuit for changing the state each time a signal is input, such as a counting circuit for counting the number of these signals, a flip-flop, or the like, the control circuit can be easily distinguished.
In this way, by arranging the through holes 15a and 15b on the circumference centering on the pivot point 11 and appropriately setting the relative positions, the movable shelf A can be set to have one passage width and two passage widths. It is possible to stop it.

FIG. 4 shows a second embodiment of the present invention. This embodiment is different from the first embodiment only in the shutter means 3, and the shutter means 3 of the present embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that The shielding pieces 18a and 18b are arranged at positions R1 and R2 on a circumference centering on the pivot point 11, respectively, and protrude therefrom. That is, usually, the light emitting element 12 of the moving body detecting means 2
Is incident on the light receiving element 13, a constant level DC voltage is generated when the projection light is continuous light, and an intermittent pulse voltage is generated when the projection light is pulse light, and the wiring rod 1 rotates. As a result, the shielding piece 18a or 18b reaches the gap 14, and when the projection light is blocked, the voltage fluctuates rapidly and drops. If this voltage drop is captured as a signal using a differentiating circuit and a comparator, a first electric signal and a second electric signal can be obtained as described above. Others are the same as above.

FIG. 5 shows a third embodiment of the present invention.
In this embodiment, the same moving body detecting means 2 is fixed to the top plate 10 of the moving shelf A, and the side surface of the wiring rod 1 has an arc shape along the circumference centered on the pivot point 11. The shielding plate 19 is fixed, and the shielding plate 19 is set so as to move in the gap 14 of the moving body detecting means 2 by the rotation of the wiring rod 1. The shielding plate 19 is set at the rotation position R1 as shown in FIG. The through hole 15a is formed correspondingly, and the through hole 15b is formed corresponding to the rotation position R2. As the width of the passage 6 increases from the state in which the movable shelves A are accumulated, first, the projection light from the light emitting element 12 whose through hole 15a reaches the gap 14 of the moving body detecting means 2 and is blocked by the shielding plate 19 becomes 13, the width of one passage is defined as in the first embodiment.
As a result, the width of the two passages is defined. Although the meanings of the rotational positions R1 and R2 here are different from those described above,
The relationship between the moving object and the optical axis L of the moving object detecting means 2 is only a difference between the moving objects and a relative one.

As described above, the passage width defining device in the electric movable shelf device according to the present invention has a plurality of movable shelves arranged so as to be movable in a direction perpendicular to their storage surfaces. In a motorized moving shelf device in which a passage having a predetermined width is formed between the moving shelves, the base ends are pivotally pivoted on the top plate of the adjacent moving shelf so as to be horizontally rotatable, and the distal ends are bent. One of the wiring rods connected as possible and one of the top surfaces of the top plate to which the wiring rod is pivotally attached is fixed to a moving body detecting means in which a light emitting element and a light receiving element are provided with a gap provided therebetween, and the wiring rod is connected to the other. Shutter means comprising at least two through holes or shielding pieces arranged on a circumference centered on a pivot point of the base end is fixedly provided, and a gap between the moving body detecting means is provided by two of the through holes or shielding pieces. So that when it crosses, 1 passage width and 2 passage width are formed Since the relative position is set, the relative rotation of the shutter means is detected by the moving body detection means using the relative movement between the wiring rod which rotates and changes according to the passage width and the top plate of the movable shelf, By setting the rotation position where the shutter means is provided with a through hole or a shielding piece, the width of the passage can be specified to a predetermined width of two or more steps, and since it is non-contact and non-contact, reliability and durability are high and vibration is high. It is also strong.
