(57)【特許請求の範囲】(57) [Claims] 【請求項1】 圧延機における所定板材の連続的な圧延
に際して、操作側と駆動側のベンダに対するベンダ差圧
操作量及び操作側と駆動側の圧延荷重における差荷重変
化量を用い、それらベンダ差圧操作量及び差荷重変化量
から、被圧延板材の蛇行量及びその微分量並びにベンダ
差圧変化量を推定し、その得られた蛇行量推定値、蛇行
微分量推定値及びベンダ差圧変化量推定値に応じてベン
ダ差圧操作量を調整し、かかる被圧延板材の蛇行現象を
解消せしめるようにしたことを特徴とする圧延機におけ
る板の蛇行制御方法。

から、被圧延板材の蛇行量及びその微分量並びにベンダ
差圧変化量を推定し、その得られた蛇行量推定値、蛇行
微分量推定値及びベンダ差圧変化量推定値に応じてベン
ダ差圧操作量を調整し、かかる被圧延板材の蛇行現象を
解消せしめるようにする一方、被圧延板材の蛇行量を実
際に検出し、その蛇行検出量に応じて圧下装置における
片圧下操作量を調整して、蛇行量を零とするようにした
ことを特徴とする圧延機における板の蛇行制御方法。
