DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION [Industrial field of use] The present invention relates to an agrochemical composition which can be used by simply shaking it without diluting it with water or the like when applied to plants, and can prevent harmful insects and diseases harmful to plants. The present invention relates to various agricultural chemicals to be protected, herbicides, growth regulators, and other agrochemical compositions that can be widely used for agriculture and horticulture.

Conventionally, emulsions and wettable powders have been generally used as agrochemical formulations for liquid spraying. Emulsions generally consist of an agrochemical main ingredient, a surfactant and a large amount of organic solvent, but they have drawbacks such as the flammability and malodor of organic solvents, which account for most of the formulation, and phytotoxicity to plants. On the other hand, a wettable powder is a powdered agricultural chemical main ingredient mixed and homogenized with a hydrophilic clay mineral carrier, and a surfactant is also used as a preparation, which is suspended in water at the time of trial use. It is inconvenient to handle because it disperses in powder or does not disperse rapidly and uniformly when suspended in water, and its stability over time is inadequate, and there are drawbacks such as anxiety about solidification. There were many things.

For this reason, the main agricultural chemicals are dispersed in water or an aqueous medium with a surfactant so that no dust is generated during the preparation of the spray liquid and the emulsion can be handled quantitatively like conventional emulsions. Investigation and development of a water-suspended pesticide composition and a water-based emulsion composed of a water-surfactant-pesticide main ingredient that has been solubilized by wet-grinding the pesticide main ingredient in water or an aqueous medium Has been done. Further, these dosage forms generally have a drawback that dispersed particles are precipitated or oil is easily separated and is difficult to be re-dispersed, and various proposals have been made to solve these drawbacks (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 52-148625). , JP-A-53-

The conventional emulsions and wettable powders are those for diluting a high-concentration emulsion or water solvent with water and spraying it to exterminate and cure target pests or plant diseases. Further, even in the case of a water-suspended pesticide composition or an aqueous emulsion composition, it is basically a composition that is presumed to be diluted with water as in the case of other emulsions. When performing pest control or weeding work on plants with such a pesticide composition, it is time-consuming to dilute a high-concentration drug to a use concentration, and discomfort given to the worker during the work, that is, an inconvenience such as a foul odor or a dirty hand. , There are drawbacks. Since the aqueous emulsion composition has little flammability, it may be used as a concentrated trace amount spray liquid unlike other emulsions, but this spray method (ULV method) requires a special sprayer. There is a problem, and in a narrow sense, it can be said to be a technology in a different field from the dilution spraying method.

Also, conventionally commercially available emulsions, wettable powders, etc. are not so problematic when sprayed immediately after being diluted with water, but since the stability of the main agricultural chemicals in the diluted solution over time is not considered, If it is stored as it is, the powder will precipitate and the oil will agglomerate and float, and the drug will be easily decomposed. Therefore, there is a problem that it cannot be stored for a long time. Therefore, it cannot be diluted in advance to the use concentration. The same applies to water-suspended pesticide compositions and aqueous emulsion compositions, and various examinations and proposals have been made regarding the suspension and dispersibility of the main pesticide in the pesticide composition before dilution. No study has been conducted on the suspension and dispersibility over time. It is considered that this is because the conventional pesticide composition is diluted with water and sprayed.

That is, the pesticidal composition of the present invention has the problem of a conventional diluent such as an emulsion, that is, when left standing for a while and stored.
When the main pesticide is a powder, it causes precipitation and re-dispersion is poor, and when it is an oil, it agglomerates and floats, so the drug is easily oxidized and decomposed. Thus, the main ingredient of the agricultural chemicals is located in the upper layer portion, and moreover, is made to exist in the water-in-oil emulsion phase or the oil phase above the water phase. Furthermore, since a large amount of water was used, it was already in the composition range at the time of dilution, and it was possible to redisperse the agrochemical main ingredient by shaking gently, so that the composition could be applied as it is. It constitutes a diluted pesticide composition. Such a low-concentration undiluted pesticide composition that is applied as it is without dilution is a completely new pesticide composition that has not existed in the past.

As a result of the earnest studies by the present inventors, a specific organic solvent and a surfactant were used, and by mixing these with water and a main agricultural chemical agent in a specific quantitative ratio, a slight amount of water was added to the upper part of the aqueous phase during standing. There is a water-in-oil type emulsion phase or a further oil phase in which a powdered or liquid (oil) main agricultural chemical is dispersed and contained, and it can be easily suspended into a uniform suspension by gently shaking during use, and It has been found that an agrochemical composition having excellent redispersibility and resuspension that can be stably maintained as it is (for several minutes to several tens of minutes) is obtained. Further, the active ingredient is stably dispersed and exists in the water-in-oil emulsion phase or the oil phase, and therefore the active ingredient is hardly decomposed and is extremely stable over time.

If an example of the method for producing an undiluted pesticide composition according to the present invention is shown, first, a predetermined amount of a powdered pesticide main ingredient and / or a liquid pesticide main ingredient, an organic solvent, and a surfactant are mixed, and a certain period of time, for example, 10 to 30. After stirring for about a minute to dissolve the liquid agricultural chemicals main ingredient and the powdery agricultural chemicals main ingredient sufficiently mixed with the organic solvent and the surfactant, a predetermined amount of water is added and the mixture is stirred again. This gives a uniform suspension, but if this is left for a long time, depending on the harmony of the emulsified state, etc., there is a water-in-oil emulsion phase containing the main agricultural chemical in the upper part of the aqueous phase. , Or the oil phase separates on top of it. In terms of suspension stability after shaking, the former suspension state is better than the latter, but in either state, shaking a few times gives a uniform suspension, and this state is maintained for a relatively long time. Since it is maintained (several minutes to several tens of minutes), there is sufficient margin for spraying.

As is clear from the test results shown in Table-6, if the amount of the main agrochemical agent is too small, sufficient insecticidal effect cannot be obtained, and conversely, if it is too large, phytotoxicity occurs. Although it depends on the type of the agrochemical main agent used, it is generally desirable to set the concentration within the range of 0.01 to 1% by weight, preferably 0.1 to 0.5% by weight.

[Effects of the Invention] As described above, the pesticide composition of the present invention uses a water-insoluble organic solvent having a specific gravity of 1 or less and a specific surfactant having an HLB of 10 or less, and these and water and the pesticide base in specific amounts. By mixing it in a proper proportion, a water-in-oil type emulsion phase containing a fine powdery or liquid pesticide base or an oil phase will be present on the upper part of the aqueous phase when standing, and it will be gently shaken. By this, a uniform suspension can be easily obtained, and this state is maintained for a relatively long time.

Therefore, the agrochemical composition of the present invention is excellent in redispersibility and dispersion stability after shaking, and since the agrochemical main ingredient has already been set to the use concentration, it is not necessary to further dilute with water, and simply shaken gently. The so-called undiluted pesticide composition can be applied as it is to the plants as it is, and there is a sufficient margin for spraying.

In addition, since the main agricultural chemical is present in a water-in-oil emulsion phase or dispersed stably in the oil phase during standing and storage, there is no precipitation of fine powder or agglomerates of the main agricultural chemical, and more effective ingredients. Almost no decomposition and is extremely stable over time.
