2. Description of the Related Art In recent years, the influence of external radio waves on electronic devices such as electronic computers has become a problem, and various work rooms having an electromagnetic shield function have been developed to block such influences. There is. As a shield material for such an electromagnetically shielded room, a copper foil, a copper plate, or an iron plate is used, and a joint portion of these shield materials is soldered in a conventional method, and in the prefabricated method, the shield material is used. It used a metal panel that integrated the.

Further, as described above, in the method of screwing the shield material, there is a problem that the material bends at the screwing point,
In order to prevent the deterioration of the shield performance due to the leakage of electromagnetic waves from the gap in the middle portion between the screws, the screw interval had to be reduced to about 5 cm, and a great deal of time and effort was required to construct the joint part.

[0008] On the other hand, a means of using a wire mesh as a shield material has been proposed in order to provide transparency in the electromagnetic shield drum, but in this case, the wire mesh is easily deformed, and the wire mesh is temporarily fixed during construction. Therefore, there is a problem that it takes time and effort. In addition, if the tension of the wire net is not sufficient, there is a problem that the finishing material is loosened and the appearance is spoiled.

Furthermore, the required performance of the electromagnetic shield drum has been changed, and the shield effect has been improved to a general level of 4
When it becomes necessary to raise the level from 0 to 60 dB to a medium level of 60 to 80 dB, all the existing shield material and finishing material must be removed and the finished shield material must be finished again, which is uneconomical. Met.

Further, it is difficult for a user of a normal shield machine to know how much the shield effect is required in various applications, and it is actually difficult to determine uncertain shield performance. However, there was a problem in that the specification of 80 dB or more was inevitable even for simple applications, considering the safety factor. It is an object of the present invention to provide a simple structure of a joint portion of an electromagnetic shield room for general industries, which can solve the conventional problems.

To achieve the above object, in the structure of the joint portion of the simplified electromagnetic shield according to the present invention, the indoor surface of the frame disposed at a predetermined position. Insulating packing material is arranged in the first wire mesh member and the end portions of the pair of first wire mesh members are respectively fitted into fitting grooves formed in the corresponding pair of frame members to set the first wire mesh member in a tensioned state and thereby the pair of frames. The material is screwed to the frame through the insulating packing material, and the tip portions of the pair of first wire netting materials are extended to the center side of the joint portion and are mutually polymerized by a predetermined dimension, A presser foot having a protrusion that comes into contact with the overlapping portion is abutted from the inside of the room, and is screwed to the frame through the overlapping portion of the pair of first wire mesh members and the insulating packing material, and the pressing member is pressed. The first contact is made by covering the hardware from the inside with a makeup cover. Forming a portion, arranging an insulating packing material on the outdoor surface of the frame, and fitting the vicinity of the end portions of the pair of second wire netting materials into the fitting grooves formed in the corresponding pair of frame materials, respectively. The second wire netting material is tensioned to fix the pair of frame materials to the frame through the insulating packing material and the tip portions of the pair of second wire netting materials are extended toward the center of the joint. Then, they are overlapped with each other by a predetermined dimension, and a presser foot having a protrusion that abuts the overlapped portion is abutted from the outside of the room to separate the overlapped portion of the pair of second wire mesh members and the insulating packing material. It is characterized in that a second joint portion is selectively formed by screwing the frame to the frame through the frame and covering the presser foot from the outside with a makeup cover.

The second joint C may be formed together with the joint B, and the second joint C may be formed later when the required shield performance is changed. That is, when the shield effect required by the user is unknown, for example, the first wire netting material 11a as a shield material has a shield performance of 40 to 60 dB in one layer. If the radio wave interference occurs due to its small size, the second wire mesh material 11
b can be added to form two layers and a shield performance of 80 dB or more can be obtained.

The frame 18 may be an insulating layer, in which case the frame 1
Since the size of 8 is about 70 mm, there is little influence on each other, and since the insulating material is required only at the joint portion and the intermediate portion can be omitted, insulating material can be saved.

In addition, even if the wire mesh material bends at the screw fastening point,
Since the underlying insulating packing material 19 is elastically deformed and a uniform tightening force is applied to the wire mesh material 11 while maintaining the compressive force, a gap is unlikely to be formed for a long period of time.

Further, since the presser foot 21 has the projections 22 formed therein, it has a larger section modulus than a strip-shaped plate and the like, and the deformation between the fixing points is small, so that the fixing interval can be set large. Furthermore, since the wire mesh material 11 is pressed by the protrusions 22, the compressive force is concentrated on the tip, and a close contact is obtained. Moreover, since the cosmetic cover 25 covers the screws and the like, it does not impair the aesthetic appearance as in the conventional case.

In the above embodiment, the unit element E was produced in advance and joined to each other. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the wire mesh material 11 may be used on site depending on the conditions. You may make it attach a frame material to it. Further, the frame may be made of a material other than an aluminum mold material, the insulating packing material is not limited to a resin material, and it is needless to say that various modifications can be made without departing from the scope of the present invention. The present invention is constructed as described above,
The following effects can be achieved. (1) Since the wire mesh material is used as the shield material, the transparency is secured and the internal condition can be easily grasped from the outside. (2) By forming two independent shield layers,
The influence of electromagnetic wave leakage of each layer can be further reduced, and high shield performance can be obtained. (3) When medium shield performance is required from the middle of use, the second wire mesh material is attached from the outside so that the finishing material and the shield material can be removed without removing the finishing material as in the conventional case. -Since it is possible to appropriately change the shield performance, limit design of the shield effect according to the application, and select whether the wire mesh material as the shield material is single or double,
It can have a rational structure. (4) When the wire mesh material is doubled, the frame can serve as an insulating layer, and since the insulating material is required only at the joint portion and the middle portion can be omitted, the insulating material can be omitted. You can save. (5) Even if the wire netting material bends at the place where the screws are fastened, the underlying insulating packing material elastically deforms and gives a uniform tightening force to the wire netting material while maintaining the compressive force. It is unlikely to occur and can effectively prevent leakage of electromagnetic waves. (6) Since the presser foot is formed with the protrusions, the fixing interval can be set to be large, and since the protrusions press the wire mesh material, close contact can be obtained. (7) Since the cosmetic cover covers the screws and the like, it is possible to prevent the appearance from being spoiled. (8) When the unit elements E are used, it is only necessary to join the unit elements E to each other on site, so the construction is easy and the workability is improved, and the tension of the wire mesh material can be managed at the time of factory production. Since it can be done, there is less risk that the wire mesh material will loosen after construction and spoil the appearance.
