(Prior Art) As a synthetic resin laminated structure that can be used as a material for bathtubs, bathroom wall materials, counters, waterproof pans, and the like, fiber reinforced plastics using unsaturated polyester resin (hereinafter referred to as FRP) are used. It is common. However, since it has been used exclusively for the purpose of increasing mechanical strength, a synthetic resin laminated structure having a patterned pattern, which is suitable for aesthetics and various other uses, has been studied in recent years. For example, a laminated structure has been proposed for preventing warpage of a molded body and cracks at the corners of a bend, using resin concrete having a transparent feel, which is hardened with an unsaturated polyester resin (Japanese Patent Publication No. 60-
No. 49426). Molding consisting of colored mica layer on the surface layer (Japanese Patent Publication Nos. 61-25542 and 25543) and resin concrete in which a pattern layer and a gel coat layer are sequentially laminated on the surface side of the surface side reinforcing layer. A body has been proposed (Shokaisho 63-125530).

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) However, when a pattern pattern having an excellent surface design property is added as in the latter case, powder does not form a pattern, so an inorganic substance or metal having a certain size is added as a filler. However, there is a limit to the pattern and the filler does not decompose uniformly in the unsaturated polyester resin,
There is a problem that it settles and becomes inhomogeneous. On the other hand, when the mixing ratio is high, there is a problem that heat resistance and wear resistance are poor. Therefore, how to easily impart an excellent pattern and the like to the durability of the synthetic resin molded body without impairing the aesthetic appearance is a problem.

(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to solve the above problems, the present invention has been conducted as a result of earnest research,
It was completed by discovering that a cellulosic fibrous body of a certain size can form a pattern from an extremely small amount of mixture, and that the pattern can be changed by changing the amount of mixture. Colored to 10-50
A synthetic resin molded article with a pattern, which comprises a gel coat layer containing 0.05 to 10% by weight of a cellulose fiber having a length of 0.1 to 2.0 m and a colored and reinforced layer.

In general, the gel coat layer is a thin synthetic resin layer that forms the surface of the product, is transparent or almost transparent, is usually made of only resin, no filler is mixed, the product has gloss, heat resistance, stain resistance, water resistance, It is a layer that provides a scratch prevention function. In the present invention, a cellulose fiber body forming a pattern is mixed in this gel coat layer. This fiber body has a fiber diameter of 10 to 50μ,
It is advisable to use cellulosic fibers with a length of 100-2000μ and with the desired coloring. The content of this fibrous body in the gel coat layer is suitably 0.05 to 10 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of the unsaturated polyester resin (gel coat resin). A coloring pattern was formed when the content of the cellulose fiber body F was 0.05 parts by weight, and
Up to 4 parts by weight (see Fig. 5 (a)), a calm and pale pattern can be formed throughout, and up to 1 part by weight (see Fig. 5 (b)) a needle-like pattern and coloring It also becomes a pretend shape. Further, in the range of 1 to 10 parts by weight (see FIG. 5 (c)), the texture is variously changed depending on the addition amount such that the coloring effect becomes large with the needle-like pattern.

As the transparent resin, an unsaturated polyester resin, particularly a bisphenol-based or isophthalic acid-based unsaturated polyester resin having various performances such as hot water conventionally used depending on the application may be used. This forming method is usually carried out by spraying a mold having a product surface shape (wooden mold, FRP mold, mold, etc.) with a mold release agent.
The appropriate thickness is in the range of 0.3 to 0.6 mm, and the viscosity is 1800.
~ 3000cps has excellent workability, and silica, styrene monomer, and organic thixotropic agent are used to adjust the viscosity.

Next, a colored layer forming a background of the pattern and a reinforcing layer or a coloring reinforcing layer for ensuring the structural strength of the product are required as a layer continuous with the colored patterned gel coat layer. This colored layer may have the same hue, lightness, and saturation as the colored gel coat layer, but if any one of them is different, a clear pattern tone can be obtained. For this colored phase, it is preferable to use a resin composition in which a transparent resin of the same type as or similar to the matrix resin of the gel coat layer is colored differently.

Instead of the colored layer, a compound layer may be formed between the colored layer and the reinforcing layer or as a colored reinforcing layer. For the purpose of imparting strength, this compound layer is prepared as a layer containing a large amount of filler in a transparent resin, forming a considerably thick layer, and being opaque or slightly transmitting light. As the transparent resin, an unsaturated polyester resin may be used similarly to the surface layer. Glass frit as the filler,
Aluminum hydroxide and others can be used. If the coloring layer is omitted, it is preferable to color this compound layer.
