[0003] In the diffuser type, as shown in FIG. 7, a fluidized bed incinerator 1 is provided with a dust supply port 2 and a supply port 3 for supplying a fluid medium such as sand. A plurality of air diffusers 6 formed with a large number of ejection ports 5 along the longitudinal direction on both sides are horizontally arranged at intervals. This diffuser 6
Is connected at its end to the primary air supply header 7. An exhaust port H is formed above the furnace, and a secondary combustion air nozzle 8 is provided in a free board portion F of the furnace. On the other hand, a hopper-type incombustible material discharge port 9 is provided below the furnace, and a sand cooling pipe 10 for cooling the sand and incombustible material falling in the packed bed is provided above the incombustible substance discharge port 9. Can be Although not shown, an unloading machine is provided at the noncombustible material discharge port 9. The carry-out machine is provided with a classifier, and the classifier is provided with a circulation device so as to circulate the classified sand to a sand supply port.

As for the incinerated material, a fluid medium such as sand is supplied from a dust supply port 2 to a diffuser 6 through a supply port 3, and the fluid and the incinerated material are fluidized by primary air from the diffuser 6. Then, the combustibles in the incinerated material are burned. A part of the combustible material in the fluidized bed becomes combustible gas, is burned by the secondary air from the secondary air nozzle 8 in the freeboard section F, and is exhausted from the exhaust port H above the furnace. At the bottom of the air diffuser 6,
A packed bed is formed by the fluid medium descending through the gaps between the diffuser tubes 6 and the non-combustible material in the incinerated material, and is discharged from the non-combustible material discharge port 9 and carried out of the furnace by the unloader. The sand is classified by a classifier, circulated to the sand supply pipe 3 by a circulation device, and the incombustibles are collected outside the furnace.

By the way, in the fluidized bed incinerator 1 described above, if the operation is performed with the minimum amount of fluidized air required for fluidization, the incineration material supplied from the dust supply port 2 can be removed. Non-combustible materials such as metal pieces such as wires and cans and debris etc. contained therein do not fall through the gaps between the diffuser tubes 6 and accumulate over one or more diffuser tubes 6. There is. If incombustibles accumulate on the air diffuser 6, fluidization is hindered, and a good combustion state of the incinerator cannot be maintained, and long-term continuous operation cannot be performed. For this reason, conventionally, the amount of fluidizing air (primary air) supplied to the air diffuser 6 is unavoidably set to about 1.5 times the minimum amount of air necessary for fluidizing, and the fluidizing state is increased. Although the incombustibles are prevented from accumulating on the trachea 6, they are not completely prevented, and the operation is often stopped. In addition, when the supply amount of the primary air from the air diffuser 6 increases, fluidization of the fluidized bed becomes intense, local combustion proceeds, and the amount of secondary air decreases, so that good combustion can be maintained. There was no problem.

On the other hand, in a diffuser plate type fluidized bed incinerator, accumulation of incombustible materials on the diffuser plate is inevitable.
For example, as disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Application Laid-Open No. 60-83895, a rotating arm for removing incombustible substances is provided on a diffuser plate, and the non-combustible substances accumulated on the diffuser plate are removed by the rotating arm outside the furnace. Although discharge is performed, it is not preferable to provide a mechanical movable member on the diffuser plate. For this reason, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 63-271
As in 016, the hearth is inclined from the furnace wall toward the center of the furnace, and incombustibles deposited on the hearth are moved along the inclination and discharged out of the furnace. However, since the fluidized state is not uniform when the hearth is inclined, the lower surface of the inclined diffuser plate is partitioned by a plurality of wind boxes, and the amount of fluidizing air supplied to each wind box is changed to make the fluidized bed uniform. However, there is a problem that the structure becomes complicated.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention comprises a tubular body, which is horizontally arranged at a plurality of intervals in a lower part in an incinerator and is disposed in a longitudinal direction on both sides of the tubular body. A large number of jet ports are formed along the diffuser pipe of the fluidized bed incinerator for fluidizing the fluid medium supplied above the pipe body. Incombustible material is provided so as to penetrate toward the furnace wall or from one furnace wall to the other furnace wall, and between the opposite end portions of the tubular body or between the distal end of the tubular body and the other furnace wall. A sliding member which forms a falling port and is provided upright on the upper surface of the tube body, the height of which gradually decreases from the furnace wall to the tip. Further, the sliding member is formed in a hollow shape and communicates with the tube, and is provided with an ejection port at a tip of the sliding member.

As shown in FIG. 3, a fluidized medium and a substance to be incinerated are supplied on the air diffuser 6 to form a fluidized bed, and combustibles in the substance to be incinerated are burned. In addition, the incombustibles in the fluid medium and the incinerated material descend in the packed bed through the gap between the diffuser pipes 6, but the wire that is to be straddled on the diffuser pipes 6,
A non-combustible material such as a metal piece such as a can and debris rolls or slides on the inclined portion 12 of the sliding member 14 provided in the air diffuser 6 to a non-combustible material drop port 19 formed by the tips of the air diffuser 6. It is moved and descends through the drop 19. Further, since the incombustible drop 19 is formed over the entire width of the furnace, a long incombustible also descends through the drop 19. Thereby, good combustion is maintained. Also, as shown in FIG. 1, primary air is introduced into the sliding member 14 from an ejection port 21 near an attachment portion of the tube 4,
Since the gas flows through the jet port 23 provided at the distal end portion 22 of the sliding member 14, the sliding member 14 is cooled, so that it is protected from oxidation and high-temperature corrosion.

In a diffuser pipe of a fluidized bed incinerator for fluidizing the supplied fluid medium, the pipe body is penetrated from the furnace wall to the other furnace wall in the incinerator, or from one furnace wall. A non-combustible material drop port is formed so as to penetrate toward the other furnace wall, and between the end portions of the opposed tube bodies or between the tip of the tube body and the other furnace wall, and the furnace wall is provided on the upper surface of the tube body. A diffuser pipe of a fluidized bed incinerator, characterized in that a sliding member having a height gradually decreasing from an end to a tip is provided.
