(57)【特許請求の範囲】(57) [Claims] 【請求項1】平板状のキャビネット部材を内面に凝縮パ
イプを取付けてコ字状に屈曲成形することにより、外箱
の両側板と天板または底板を構成する冷蔵庫外箱の製造
方法において、外箱の前面開口部に相当する位置に配置
して上記キャビネット部材に予め直立して設けたコ字形
溝部に上記凝縮パイプの一部を摺動可能に嵌め、冷蔵庫
の上,下室を区画する仕切壁前面部になる位置に左,右
一側部の凝縮パイプに側板面と直角に設けたU字状ベン
ド部を配設し、上記仕切壁前面部または冷蔵庫の天板に
接する位置に左,右他側部の凝縮パイプに側板面と直角
に設けたU字状ベンド部を配設し、上記両U字状ベンド
部を互いに対向するように上記コ字形溝部から突出させ
ると共に、上記両U字状ベンド部先端の湾曲部の巾より
も根元部の巾を所定寸法Xだけ大きい寸法に予め設定し
た状態で平板状のキャビネット部材と凝縮パイプとを同
時にコ字状に屈曲成形することを特徴とした冷蔵庫外箱
の製造方法。
1.
