にプリント基板8に貫挿される接続端子6bを有し、他端
にシャフト6aを備えたボリウム等の可変操作部品6とが
挿入され、また一端にウォームホイル部4aを有し、他端
にウォーム部4bを有する歯車軸4をウォーム部4b側を貫
挿される固定軸受2aにより保持するシャーシ部材2が取
着されている。シャーシ部材2は駆動モータ1及び可変
操作部品6の上方より挿入し弾性爪部2cによりプリント
基板8に固定する。また可変操作部品6の操作シャフト
6aには、一端にウォームホイル5aを有し、他端に縦スリ
ットを設けることによりかとう性を有するスリップ部5b
にスリップバネ9を挿入したボリウムギャー5を挿入し
ている。更にはビス10によりシャーシ部材2と駆動モー
タ1を強固に固定することも可能である。以上によりウ
ォームギャー3とウォームホイル部4a、及びウォーム部
4bとボリウムギャー5のウォームホイル5aとが噛み合
い、2段減速機構が構成される。このプリント基板8を
ディップはんだを行い、接続端子1a及び6bを所定の回路
に接続し、本体キャビネット11に固定し、本体完成後回
転つまみ12を挿入する。

他の操作部品の挿入作業と全く同様に実施でき、作業自
