線式の住宅用分電盤の充電部固定台及び充電部支持台の
改良に係り、詳しくは、板厚の異なる母線バーの固定支
持及びそのワンタッチ取り付けを可能となす技術に関す
るものである。 【0002】 【従来の技術】図6及び図7は、夫々従来使用されてい
る単相三線式の分電盤の充電部支持台30及び充電部固
定台40の概略説明図で、図6において、31は支持台
爪部、32は充電部カバー、33は厚さ2mmの母線バ
ー、34は安全ブレーカで、このように構成された充電
部支持台30は分電盤内に複数個連設され(図4参
照)、充電部支持台30の各々の支持位置に三本の母線
バー33、33、33を夫々重置してそれらを支持し、
母線バー33のたるみを防止していた。そして、支持台

のために充電部固定台を必要とした。このように、常に
充電部支持台と充電部固定台の両方を製造し在庫して置
かなければならないという煩わしさや無駄があった。 【0005】又、充電部固定台を使用する場合は、狭い
スペース内でネジ止めしなければならないので、作業が

とから成る平面コ字状の基板の前記底板中央部に、母線
バーの第1固定支持部材を設けると共に、底板の延長部
上方及びその延長部と反対側の前記端板の先端部外側上
方に、支柱を介して前記第1固定支持部材と同形状且つ
それと同じ向きの第2固定支持部材及び第3固定支持部
材を夫々設け、更に前記第2固定支持部材側の端板の先
端部及び前記第3固定支持部材側の底板端側部に、基板
固定用の長孔を夫々設け、前記固定支持部材が、断面コ
字状の弾性枠板の両端板先端部に内向きに対向する係止
爪を夫々設け、更に底板中央部に開口側へ向けて係止突
起を垂設し、その左右両側部に前記係止爪方向へ付勢す
る弾性部材を夫々設けて成ることにある。 【0007】 【作用】分電盤の中底板に基板がネジ止めされ、その基
板の底板中央部の第1固定支持部材の対向する係止爪の
間に母線バーを押圧すると、係止爪はその弾性により外

に、他の二本の母線バーが前記と同様の動作で夫々挟持

圧するだけで良いので、ワンタッチ取り付けを可能とな

と異なっても、弾性部材の弾性力により母線バーが弾性

図3に示すように、充電部固定支持台1は対向する安全
ブレーカ2、2間に設けられ、図1において、3は充電

及び第3固定支持部材としての第1、第2及び第3母線

取り付けネジ7によって分電盤の中底板23に固着され
る。尚、基板3の底板3a中央部は第1母線バー固定支
持部4と一体化することなく、第1母線バー固定支持部
4と分離した底板3aであって、その表面に第1母線バ

両側には母線バー固定爪11方向へ付勢する弾性部材と
してのスペーサバネ14、14が一対設けられている。

長され、その延長端部には固定支持台爪部17が夫々設

上記の如く各構成部を合成樹脂等の弾性体により一体的
に構成する必要はなく、例えば、スペーサバネ14の代
りに鋼製の板バネやコイルバネを装着することも出来

ので母線バー15が母線バー固定爪11下方に押下げら

て母線バー固定爪11方向へ付勢され、そのスペーサバ

弾性枠板の両端板先端部に内向きに対向する係止爪を、
底板中央部に係止突起を、更にその左右両側部に前記係
止爪方向へ付勢する弾性部材を夫々設けて構成したもの
であるから、母線バーの支持及び固定が出来ると共に、
同一品種で板厚の異なる母線バーに兼用使用が出来るの
で、生産及び部品管理上のメリットが多く、しかも、従
来のようにネジ止めする必要が無く、ワンタッチで取り
付けられるので作業が容易である等、実用上優れた効果
を奏するものである。
