報がなく、これらの状態・予知・推定が充分に行えるも
のでなかった。更に、特開昭59−217082号公報
には、トルク検出機構が開示され、実開昭64−205
81号公報には電磁弁の非励磁・励磁の記録する技術が
開示されているが、トルク値が設定値を超えると警報す
るシステム及び開閉時のトルク値と操作時とを関連づけ

の作動状態・損耗、開閉装置の作動状態・損傷・耐久性
・交換時期・異常の検出・分析・予知・推定が行え、弁
開閉情報を与えることができるという優れたバルブ開閉
監視装置を提供することにある。
