【考案の詳細な説明】 産業上の利用分野 本案は、筒状容器の中途部分が左右に若干屈曲し得るよ
うになる極め斬新的な棒状化粧品容器に関するものであ
る。 従来の技術及び考案が解決しようとする問題点 口紅等の棒状化粧品容器において、回転繰出式の容器並
びに上下スライド式の容器が一般的に知られているとこ
ろであるが、口紅等の尖端部分によつてきめ細かな化粧
を施す際には該尖端部分を化粧箇所に略々直角或はそれ
に近い角度で接触させることが望ましく、この場合に従
来のこの種容器においては容器全体を略々水平に近い状
態で保持する等の使用者の手先操作に委ねられる部分が
多く、本案はこのような不便を解消し、容器の上半分を
屈曲せしめることによつて自然の状態で化粧品の尖端部
分が化粧箇所に好ましい角度で接触し得るようになる従
来の容器とは全く異質の興趣性豊かな棒状化粧品容器を
提供せんとするものである。 問題点を解決するための手段 本案は、化粧品の繰出機能を損うことなく、容器の中途
部分を左右に屈曲せしめることによつて前記の目的を達
成しようとするもので、筒状容器内に収納した化粧品が
前記筒状容器内に組込んだ繰出機構により該容器内を上
下動して化粧品の繰出及び収納を行うようになる化粧品
容器において、前記筒状容器が中途部分で左右に屈曲可
能とした点が第１の特徴点であり、前記筒状容器は上段
容器と下段容器の二部材によつて構成され、前記上段容
器の下部並びに下段容器の上部に夫々ジヨイント部材を
固定すると共に該両ジヨイント部材を枢軸によつて連結
し、前記上段容器が前記枢軸を支点として左右に回動可
能とした点が第２の特徴点であり、更に前記上段容器に
化粧品を、又下段容器に化粧品繰出機構を組込み、上段
容器の化粧品皿の底部に突設した軟質樹脂等からなる屈
曲可能な脚柱が前記ジヨイント部材に穿設してなる貫孔
に係合貫通して前記下段容器内に垂下し、下段容器の内
周面に穿設してなる螺旋溝に前記脚柱の下部両側に突設
してなるピンが係合し、下段容器の回転によつて前記化
粧品皿が上段容器内を上下動するようになる点が第３の
特徴点とするものである。 実施例 以下本案の具体的構成を図面に示す実施例について説明
する。 実施例１（第１図乃至第５図） 図において、Ａは下段容器、Ｂは上段容器を示す。下段
容器Ａは外側の袴筒１、中具２及び内周面に螺旋溝４を
有する回転筒３によつて構成され、開口部に嵌着した下
段のジヨイント部材５は外周面に突設した環状凸部６が
前記回転筒３の上部内周面に穿つた環状凹部７に係合
し、回転筒３の回転作用を損わずにジヨイント部材５と
回転筒３の一体結合関係を保障している。ジヨイント部
材５は下部に２個の相平行する脚片８，８を有し、この
脚片８，８が前記回転筒３内に挿入垂下され、ジヨイン
ト部材５の上部には軸孔１０，１０を有する２個の軸承
片９，９が突設されており、且つ上面を半球面状の凹面
１１に形成すると共に中央部に縦方向に貫通する帯状の
貫孔１２を穿設してあり、又、中央部に前記貫孔１２と
同形状の貫孔１４を有し且つ全体が半円弧状に屈曲する
板バネ１３を前記下段のジヨイント部材５の凹面１１上
に設置する。次に上段容器Ｂの下部に嵌着固定した上段
のジヨイント部材１５は縦方向に前記貫孔１２と同形状
の貫孔１６を穿設し、該貫孔１６の下部を末広がり状態
の拡幅部１６′に形成すると共に下部に転子１７を設
け、該転子１７の両側に突設したピン１８，１８が前記
下段のジヨイント部材５における軸承片９，９の軸孔１
０，１０に回動自在に係合して両容器Ａ，Ｂを連結し、
前記軸承片９，９の上端半円弧状部９′，９′との接触
を回避するため前記ピン１８，１８の直上部に半円弧状
の切欠部１９，１９を設ける。２０は上段容器Ｂ内に収
納した化粧品皿であつて、下部に軟質樹脂その他柔軟性
資材からなる屈曲可能な帯状の脚柱２１を有し、この脚
柱２１が前記一連の貫孔１２，１４，１６を貫通して下
段容器Ａの回転筒３内に誘導され、該脚柱２１の下部両
側に突設したピン２２，２２が前記下段のジヨイント部
材５における２個の脚片８，８間から突出し、回転筒３
の螺旋溝４に係合すると共に脚柱２１の両側部が前記脚
片８，８の内側に穿設した縦孔８′，８′に係合し、脚
柱２１の回転を阻止する。２３はジヨイント部材５，１
５を被覆する軟質樹脂その他柔軟性資材からなるジヤバ
ラ状筒体である。 実施例２（第６図及び第７図） 第６図及び第７図は第２の実施例を示すもので、下段容
器Ａ及び上段容器Ｂは前記第１実施例に示す構造と全く
同一であるため、同一符号をもつて表わし、前記とはそ
の構造を異にするジヨイント部材並びにこれに附随する
部分について別符号をもつて詳述する。第６図及び第７
図において、２４は浅い皿状をなす下段のジヨイント部
材であつて、外周面に突設した環状凸部２５を下段容器
Ａにおける回転筒３の開口部内周面に穿設した環状凹部
２６に係合して回転筒３の回転可能な状態でジヨイント
部材２４を回転筒３に連結し、ジヨイント部材２４の底
壁に貫孔２７を穿設すると共に下部に相平行する２個の
脚片２８，２８を突設し、この脚片２８，２８を前記回
転筒３内に挿入垂下せしめる。２９は中央部に前記貫孔
２７と同様の貫孔３０を有し、前記ジヨイント部材２４
内に設置した板バネ、３１はジヨイント部材２４内にお
いて前記板バネ２９上に設置される中間のジヨイント部
材であつて両側に軸孔３３，３３を有する軸承片３２，
３２を突設し、上面に半球面状の凹面部３４を設けると
共に該凹面部３４の中央部に前記貫孔２７，３０と対応
する同形状の貫孔３５を穿設し、且つ前記軸承片３２，
３２の内側基部に位置する前記凹面部３４上の両側に係
止凸起３６，３６を夫々突設する。３７は上段容器Ｂの
下部に固定した上段のジヨイント部材であつて、下部に
外周面を前記凹面部３４に対応する球面状に形成した転
子３８を設け、この転子３８の両側に突設したピン３
９，３９を前記軸承片３２，３２の軸孔３３，３３に夫
々回動自在に係合し、且つ該転子３８の下側面に前記係
止凸起３６，３６に順次断続的に係合する複数個の係合
凹部４０を設けると共に、中央縦方向に前記貫孔２７，
３０，３５と同形状の貫孔４１を穿ち、該貫孔４１は下
半部に末広がり状態の拡幅部４１′を設け、又、両側中
間位置に前記軸承片３２，３２の上端に設けた半円弧状
部３２′，３２′との接触を回避するための半円弧状切
欠部４２，４２を形成する。４３は上段容器Ｂに収納し
た化粧品皿、４４は該化粧品皿４３の下部に設けた軟質
樹脂その他柔軟性資材からなる若干屈曲可能な帯状の脚
柱であつて前記ジヨイント部材３７，３１，２４並びに
板バネ２９に夫々穿設してなる一連の貫孔４１，３５，
３０，３７を貫通して回転筒３内における前記下段のジ
ヨイント部材２４の脚片２８，２８間に垂下せしめ、該
脚柱４４の下部両側に突設したピン４５，４５が前記脚
片２８，２８間から突出して前記回転筒３の螺施溝４に
係合すると共に前記脚片２８，２８の内側に穿設した縦
孔２８′，２８′に脚柱４４の両側部が係合して該脚柱
４４の回転を阻止し、回転筒３の回転で前記化粧品皿４
２が上段容器Ｂを上下動するようになる。尚、４６はジ
ヨイント部材２４，３１，３７を被覆する軟質樹脂その
他柔軟性資材からなる筒体を示す。 作用 実施例１ 第１図において、脚柱２１の両側部が下段のジヨイント
部材５における脚片８，８の縦孔８′，８′に係合して
該脚柱２１の回転が阻止され、したがつて回転筒３を回
転すると化粧品皿２０が上昇し、化粧品を露出せしめた
状態で上段容器Ｂを左右いずれか一方に押圧すると第５
図に示す如く上段のジヨイント部材１５はピン１８，１
８を支点として貫孔１６の拡幅部１６′の範囲内におい
て回動し、この回動作用によつて化粧品皿２０の脚柱２
１が屈曲すると共にジヨイント部材１５の転子１７が若
干傾倒し、その下部側端縁部が板バネ１３の***部１
３′に係止して転子１７の元位置に対する復元を阻止
し、上段容器Ｂの屈曲状態が維持され、又この状態にお
いて上段容器Ｂを前記とは反対方向に押圧するとジヨイ
ント部材１５が反対方向に回転し、転子１７が板バネ１
３の***部１３′を乗越えて上段容器Ｂは下段容器Ａに
対し垂直状態に復帰する。尚、化粧品皿２０の脚柱２１
は軟質樹脂その他柔軟性資材からなり折損する虞れは全
くなく、上段容器Ｂの屈曲状態においても化粧品皿２０
の上下動が可能である。 実施例２ 第６図において、化粧品皿４３の脚柱４４はその両側部
が脚柱２８，２８の縦孔２８′，２８′に係合して回転
が阻止され、回転筒３を回転すると化粧品皿４３は上段
容器Ｂ内を上下動し、化粧品を繰出した状態で上段容器
Ｂを左右いずれか一方に強く押圧すると上段のジヨイン
ト部材３７の転子３８はピン３９，３９を支点として前
記貫孔４１の拡幅部４１′の範囲内において回転し、こ
の転子３８の回転によつて化粧品皿４３の脚柱４４並び
に上段容器Ｂがジヨイント部材から屈曲し、この状態に
おいて中間のジヨイント部材３１は下段のジヨイント部
材２４内で板バネ２９に弾持されて常時転子３８との圧
接状態を保ち、前記転子３８の任意の係合凹部４０に係
止凸起３６が係止し、前記屈曲状態が維持される。又、
上段容器Ｂを反対方向に押圧すると屈曲状態が解除され
て下段容器Ａと垂直状態に復帰する点並びに上段容器Ｂ
おいて化粧品皿４３の上下動が可能となる点等は前記実
施例１と全く同様である。 考案の効果 本案は化粧品を収納した筒状容器がその中途部分で屈曲
可能としたもので、化粧時において化粧品の尖端部を化
粧箇所、例えば唇等に対し特別の手動操作を要すること
なく楽な姿勢で直角或はこれに近い状態で接触させるこ
とが可能となり、非常に使い易い化粧品容器を得ること
が出来るものである。又前記筒状容器を上段容器と下段
容器の二部材をもつて構成し、上段容器の下部並びに下
段容器の上部に夫々設けたジヨイント部材を枢軸によつ
て上段容器が該枢軸を支点として左右に回動可能とする
と共に上段容器に収納した化粧品の底部に軟質樹脂その
他柔軟性資材からなる屈曲可能な脚柱を突設し、この脚
柱が前記ジヨイント部材を貫通して下段容器内に垂下
し、脚柱に突設したピンが該下段容器内の螺旋溝に係合
し、且つ前記脚柱の回転を阻止する手段を施してなり、
更に前記ジヨイント部材に屈曲状態を保持する係止手段
を付設してあり、上段容器はジヨイント部材から容易に
左右に対し屈曲し、且つ前記係止手段によつて屈曲状態
を正確に保持するようになり、前記筒状容器の中途部材
から屈曲可能とした興趣豊かな棒状化粧品容器を確実に
