Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 発名の分野 本発名は、対象物のまわりにストラップまたはカフを
装着する器具に係わる。
便宜上、本発明は、無能となった静脈弁の位置にある
静脈のまわりにカフを装着することに係わるものである
が、本発明がそれだけに限定されず、前記対象物のまわ
りにストラップまたはカフを装着し固定することが望ま
れるところならどこでも使用できる装着器にも係わるこ
とを理解されたい。
発明の背景となる技術 国際特許明細書第PCT/AU87/00215号には、無能となっ
た静脈弁の能力を復帰させるためのカフのことが記載さ
れている。静脈弁は、弁部分の静脈壁の肥大によって先
ずその機能を損う。その結果、弁尖頭が互いにシールで
きなくなり、血液の逆行を許すことになる。
前記の特許明細書の教示するところによれば、生理拒
絶性がなく、反応性のない物質でできたストラップを弁
の位置にある静脈のまわりに巻き付け、弁がもう一度活
動できるようになるまで、円周を小さくする。所望の円
周になった時、ストラップの重複した端部を互いに縫合
して、弁位置の静脈のまわりにカフを形成させる。スト
ラップの端をそのままにしておくと脱落することがあ
る。
本発明の一つの目的は、静脈用カフのようなストラッ
プまたはカフの装着法を簡易化し、装着に要する時間を
最小にすることのできる装着用の器具を提供することで
ある。
発明の詳細な説明 本発明によれば、対象物のまわりに長いストラップを
装着する装着器を提供するもので、この装着器はストラ
ップの一端を係留する手段と、この係留手段を移動自在
で、かつ前記対象物のまわりにループを形成させた後ス
トラップの他端を係合し、このストラップの他端を動か
して前記ループによって形成されたカフの直径を調節す
るようにした手段と、前記ストラップの重複する部分を
固定する手段とを包含する。
ストラップの重複部分を固定する手段としては、本体
部分に装着したステープリング・ガン（綴り銃）で、そ
の中に１本以上のステープルを有するものであればよ
い。この綴り銃を使う時には、ステープルを綴じるため
のアンビルが普通ストラップの受け手段側に形成されて
いる。
本発明の好ましい形式のものでは、このステープルが
カートリッジ内に格納されており、ステープルを綴じる
ためのアンビルを包含する。また、カートリッジはステ
ープル・ドライバとカフ調節引張具またはそれらの部品
類を包含していてもよい。
この装着器は、ストラップの重複部分を相互に固定し
た後、過剰のストラップを切除する切断手段を有してい
てもよい。自動送り手段も装着されていて、ストラップ
を静脈のまわりおよび装着器の背部まで送付し、ストラ
ップの自由端が本体部分に摺動自在な係合手段として固
定できるようになっている。
また、この装着器は、１本のストラップと組み合わさ
れた固定手段、または複数のストラップと組み合わされ
た固定手段を有していてもよい。逆に、装着器はストラ
ップを有していなくともよい（ストラップは外科医が別
に操作できるので）が、複数のストラップの装着を容易
にするには複数の固定手段が必要とされる。
この装着器を使い捨て用具として構成し、１本または
複数のカフ装着に使用した後捨ててしまってもよい。一
方、装着器は常用するように構成してもよいが、この場
合には手術後再消毒する注意が肝要である。
ストラップの重複部分は、前記のステープル以外の通
常のどんな方法で相互に固着させてもよい。例えば、適
当な接着剤を用い、周囲のどこかを加圧または加熱する
ような接着方法を用いてもよい。重複部分を相互に機械
的にまたは材料結合させてもよい。さらに、カフス・ボ
タン等を、装着器の本体部分に取り付けたストラップの
端末に装着して、ストラップの重複部分をこのカフス・
ボタンで固定させてもよい。
本発明の別の特徴としては、上記に係わる装着器用の
カートリッジを提供することである。本発明の一つの形
式としては、このカートリッジは、ステープル・ドライ
バと、アンビルと、前記ステープル・ドライバの作動に
よってアンビルの方に移送されるステープルと、アンビ
ル上を通過してカフの先端を係合させるカフ引張具とを
支持するハウジングを包含する。好ましくは、このカー
トリッジはアンビル上にカフを正しく位置させる支持ク
ランプをも包含する。
本発明の別の形式としては、カートリッジはステープ
ルと、アンビルとカフ支持手段のみを包含する。
本発明のまた別の目的としては、生理拒絶性を示さな
い、移植可能な材料でできたバンドが、その重複した部
分で脈管を取り巻くだけの長さを有し、さらに装着器に
固定できる頭部と、カフ調節具に係合できるリーダ部と
を有するものよりなるカフを提供するものである。

好ましい実施例の説明 第１図から第４図に示す装着器（10）は、手で保持で
きる本体部分（11）と、交換自在なカートリッジ（13）
を支持するカートリッジ格納部分（12）とを包含する。
この装着器（10）は、静脈（15）のまわりに静脈用カフ
（14）を装着するのに適している。装着位置が決ると、
カフ（14）はタブ（16）で周囲の組織に固定される。
この実施例の場合、カートリッジ（13）は、ステープ
ルとステープル・アンビル（後述）とを包含し、カフ
（14）を支持している。カフ（14）はテンショナ（17）
で作動、操作されてカフ（14）の直径を調節し、カート
リッジ（13）からステープルを打ち出して、両側部のア
クチュエータまたはトリガ手段（18）と協働してカフ
（14）の重複部分を相互に固定する。カートリッジ（1
3）はエジェクト・ボタン（19）を作動させて装着器（1
0）から取り出す。
第３図に示すように側部のアクチュエータまたはトリ
ガ手段（18）は、本体部分（11）のベース（24）上で、
この本体部分（11）のカバー（25）の後端から下方に延
び、ベース（24）の後部で凹み（26）に係合しているピ
ン（20）のまわりを回動する。それぞれの側部アクチュ
エータまたはトリガ手段（18）の拡大した前端（27）は
係合面（28）を有し、この係合面（28）はベース（24）
の対応する開口部（29）を介して外方に突出している。
各トリガ手段（18）の拡大した前端（27）は一部が上
面（30）と下面（31）を形成し、それぞれが混合する突
出部（32）と凹み（33）とを有し、トリガ手段（18）の
内側への移動を制約している。トグル・リンク（34）が
それぞれのトリガ手段（18）の前端（27）に装着され、
ベース（36）に支持されたピン（35）のまわりを回動す
るようになっている。このトグル・リンク（34）はリン
ク・ピン（37）でステープル・ドライバ延長部（38）に
係合されている。このピン（37）は、ベース（24）に形
成した長い凹み（40）と上方の凹み（41）中を摺動す
る。側部のアクチュエータまたはトリガ手段（18）を内
方に押すと、このトグル・リンク（34）がステープル・
ドライバ延長部（38）を矢印（39）の方向に動かす。側
部のアクチュエータまたはトリガ手段（18）を緩める
と、スプリング（21）の力でアクチュエータまたはトリ
ガ手段（18）を外方に移動し、それによってステープル
・ドライバ延長部（38）は矢印（39）とは逆の方向に移
動する。
テンショナ（17）は親指で摺動できる接点（42）を有
し、本体部分（11）のカバー（25）に設けられた凹み
（43）中を摺動する。この接点（42）は横向きの突起
（44）を有し、テンション凹み（43）の側部にある凹み
（45）と係合してテンショナ（17）を負荷位置（Ｌ）に
錠留めするようになっている。テンショナ（17）は、そ
のドライブ用突起（48）を受ける長穴（47）を有する支
持ベッド（46）に沿って摺動する。テンショナ（17）の
摺動量の増減は、テンショナ（17）の下面にある「のこ
歯」状手段（49）で実施され、この「のこ歯」状手段
（49）は順次支持ベッド（46）の弾力性端部（50）と係
合している。
テンショナ（17）のドライブ用突起（48）は、カフ引
張具延長部（52）の開口部（51）と係合する。このカフ
引張具延長部（52）は細長い間隙（53）を有し、リンク
・ピン（37）の摺動を円滑化させている。このカフ引張
具延長部（52）の前部は、ベース（24）上部のハウジン
グ（54）で支持されている。また、引張具延長部（52）
の先端にはスロット（55）と下方に垂れ下がった突起
（56）があって、下方に湾曲してベース（24）に設けら
れた凹み（57）に嵌合するようになっている。
第２図および第４図に示すカートリッジ（13）は、ト
ラック部分（62）と嵌合するＵ字形のハウジング（61）
の一端に装着されたアンビル（60）を有している。この
ハウジング（61）の上面には、スプリング・ラッチ（6
3）があって、カートリッジ（13）の一端が格納部分（1
2）に圧入された時、カートリッジ・エジェクト・ボタ
ン（19）の下方にある接合面（64）（第５図参照）と係
合するようになっている。カフ調節引張具（65）とキャ
リヤ（66）とは、ハウジング（61）の下面とトラック
（62）の下面の間に摺動自在に装着されていて、切断刃
（67）を支持している。
ステープル（68）はクランプ（70）の下方にあるステ
ープル用ベッド（69）上に置かれ、その足はアンビル
（60）に向かっているが、カフ通路（71）を確保してい
る。ステープル（68）は、ハンドルまたは本体部分（1
1）のステープル・ドライバ延長部（38）と係合するド
ライバ（72）によりアンビル（60）の方に動かされる。
このドライバ（72）はカフ・クランプ（70）の下方を通
過するようになっている。
ステープル・ドライバ（72）は、このドライバ（72）
の凹み（74）に装着したスプリング（73）の力で後方に
戻される。ドライバ（72）が、トグル機構（34,38）の
作用でドライバ延長部（38）によってアンビル（60）の
方へ動かされると、クランプ（70）は移動して通路（7
1）にあるカフの重複部分と係合し、ステープル（68）
はアンビル（60）の方へ打ち出される。スプリング（7
3）はクランプ（70）によって移動できる僅かな距離だ
け移動する。
カートリッジ（13）をハンドルまたは本体部分（11）
に係合させる方法は、第５図から第７図に詳細に示され
ている。カートリッジ（13）をハンドルまたは本体部分
（11）に挿入すると、カフ引張具延長部（52）の突起
（56）はベース（24）の凹み（57）上にくる（第５図参
照）。カートリッジ（13）が前方へ進められると、この
引張具（65）の後端にある錠留め突起（75）が、引張具
延長部（52）の突起（56）を凹み（57）に嵌合させる
（第６図参照）。カートリッジ（13）をさらに前進させ
ると、この錠留め突起（75）はカフ引張具延長部（52）
のスロット（55）と係合（第７図参照）し、スプリング
・ラッチ（63）は接合面（64）と係合して、カートリッ
ジ（13）をその位置に固定する。第７図に示されている
ように、錠留め突起（75）がスロット（55）に係合する
と、この突起を垂直に動かす間隙が不十分となり、スロ
ット（55）からの離脱が不可能となる。
以下に記載されていることであるが、カフ引張具延長
部（52）を第８図の矢印（76）の方向に動かすことによ
って前記突起（75）とスロット（55）の係合部は凹み
（57）から外され、カフ（14）が静脈（15）のまわりに
しっかりと固定されることになる。カートリッジ（13）
を本体部分（11）から取り外す時には、第９図に示すよ
うに、突起（75）をスロット（55）から外す前にカフ引
張具延長部（52）を第６図に示す位置まで戻すことによ
り、突起（56）はベース（24）の凹み（57）に戻され
る。同時に、テンショナ（17）の摺動接点（42）を負荷
位置（Ｌ）まで戻し、ここで横向きの突起（44）を錠留
め凹み（45）に係合させる。
第１図および第２図に示す装着器は、第10図に示すカ
フ（80）の装着に特に有効で、この装着器はヘッドまた
はループ部分を有し、それによってアンビル（60）の頭
部で固定されるようになったストラップ部分（81）でで
きている。このストラップ部分（81）は静脈（15）のま
わりを通り、カフ（80）のリーダ部（83）がカフ引張具
（65）の端部にある通路（71）中に開口部（76）を介し
て挿入されるようになっている。このリーダ部（83）は
ヘッド・スロット（85）の両側に一対の舌状部（84）を
有し、この舌錠部（84）は外方に向いた「かかり」（8
6）を有し、これを介してストラップ（81）がテンショ
ナ（17）の作動下に引張具（65）によって引張られるよ
うになっている。
このリーダ部（83）は第10図に示す矢印（87）の方向
に挿入され、舌状部（84）は、「かかり」（86）の側面
とカフ引張具（65）の先端の開口部（76）の側面間の接
触により固持される。従って、十分に動かすと、「かか
り」（86）がクリップ状の音を発して、開口部（76）を
通過し、外科医に、前記リーダ部（83）がカフ引張具
（65）と十分係合したことを知らせるようになってい
る。
次に、カフ引張具（65）をテンショナ（17）の作用に
より第12図および第13図の右方向に引張ると、カフのリ
ーダ部（83）はトラック部分（62）の先端を回動する。
カフ引張具（65）を十分に移動させると、カフのリーダ
部（83）はカフ引張具（65）と平行になり（第13図参
照）「かかり」（86）の後部は引張具（65）の下方に垂
れ下がったフランジ（77）の後に固定される。
カフ（80）のリーダ部（83）を構成する種々の方法
が、第14図から第16図、第17図から第21図、第22図およ
び第23図、第24図および第25図に示されている。第14図
から第16図に示す実施例では、カフ・ストラップ（81）
はダイ・カットした開口部（90）が付与されている。リ
ーダ部（83）は、二股に別れた末端（91）を有する一枚
のポリエチレン成形品でできており、この末端（91）は
ストラップ（81）の他端と嵌合するようになっている
（第14図および第15図参照）。組立られた後、末端（9
1）は開口部（90）を介して別の末端（91）と相互に熱
融着される。この末端（91）は超音波により溶着しても
よいが、この場合には末端（91）の一方に開口部（90）
が位置するように溶着ビードを接合させる。
第17図から第21図に示す実施例では、第10図から第16
図に示したものと少し形態の異なったリーダ部（83）
が、ポリエチレンのような折曲げたシート材料で作られ
ている。第17図に示す実施例では、このリーダ部（83）
はスロット（85,85a）が予め形成されており、第18図か
ら第21図に示す実施例では、リーダ部（83）をストラッ
プ（81）に溶着した後所定の大きさと形にダイ・カット
した空隙部で形成されている。前述したように、このス
トラップは、溶着した時リーダ部（83）の末端が一体化
できる開口部（90）を有している。第21図には、溶着部
分が参照番号（92,93）で示されている。
リーダ部（83）の別の実施例が第22図および第23図に
示されている。この実施例では、リーダ部（83）は低密
度ポリエチレン製の２片の部品（83a,83b）で構成され
ている。下方のリーダ部品（83b）は開口部（90）に嵌
合するような大きさの熱融着性のリブ（94）を有してい
る。このリーダ部品（83a,83b）の接合面は、第23図に
示すように相互に熱融着されている。
第24図および第25図の実施例では、リーダ部（83）は
シリコン製のストラップ（81）内に成形された低密度ポ
リエチレン製の挿入物でできている。
先に述べたように、カートリッジ（13）はアンビル
（60）と、ステープル（68）と、ステープル・ドライバ
（72）と、カフ引張具（65）とを包含している。カフを
装着するため、カートリッジ（13）をハンドルまたは本
体部分（11）に取り付け、次いでストラップ（81）を静
脈（15）のまわりに送入し、リーダ部（83）をカフ引張
具（65）に係合する。次いで、ストラップ（81）の形成
するループの直径を、静脈弁機能が回復するまでテンシ
ョナ（17）で低下させる。
静脈弁の能力をテストした後、ステープル・ドライバ
延長部（38）を、側部のアクチュエータまたはトリガ手
段（18）を作動させて前方に引張り、ストラップ（81）
の方へ動かして、クランプ（70）でストラップ（81）の
重複部分をヘッドまたはループ部分（82）に対し強固に
締め付ける。次に、ステープル（68）をドライバ（72）
で前方に押し出し、ストラップ（81）中を通過させて、
ヘッドまたはループ部分（82）はステープル・アンビル
（60）により綴じられる。ストラップの、ステーブル
（68）を越えた自由端は切断刃（67）で切除する。次
に、この装着器（10）をカフ（14）から外し、カフをそ
の位置に縫合して、カフが静脈（15）の弁部分から外れ
ないようにする。
第26図および第27図に示す装着器（110）は、一端（1
13）にハンドル（112）と、他端（115）にカフ・ホルダ
（114）とを有する本体部分（111）を包含している。こ
の装着器（110）は第29図に示した種類の静脈用カフを
装着するのに好適なもので、このカフは自由端（141）
と他端（143）にループ（142）を有する細長いストラッ
プ（140）でできている。このループ（142）はストラッ
プ（140）の上面（144）から上方へ延びている。
このストラップ（140）のループ側の端部（143）に
は、横向きのタブ（145）があり、相対する保持耳部（1
46）を有し、これによってカフの周囲の組織または静脈
への縫合が実施されるようになっている。ストラップ
（140）の自由端（141）には一つの打抜き孔（147）が
設けられていて、この自由端が第26図および第27図に示
した装着器に装着できるようになっている。
第26図に示すカフ・ホルダ（114）は本体部分（111）
の下面に固着されたベース部分（116）と、第29図に示
すようにストラップ（140）のループ（142）と嵌合する
直立したタブまたはピラー（117）とでできている。こ
のカフ・ホルダ（114）を変性したものが第27図に示し
てあり、この図ではカフ・ホルダ（114）は本体部分（1
11）と一体化されているのでベース部分（116）はな
い。
カフ・ホルダ（114）に隣接して開口部（118）があり
（第27図参照）、静脈のまわりを取り巻いた後この開口
部（118）を介してストラップ（140）の自由端（141）
が通過するようになっている。
本体部分（111）の下面に摺動自在に装着されたカフ
調節器（120）は、この装着器（110）のハンドル（11
2）に隣接する引掛け部分（121）と、第28図に示すよう
に、他端でストラップ（140）の打抜き孔（147）と係合
するようになった係合手段（122）とを有している。こ
のカフ調節器（120）は、装着器本体部分に対して摩擦
装着されている。本発明のこの実施例では、摩擦はラチ
ェット機構で誘起され、前記調節器（120）がハンドル
に対しては可動性で、選ばれた位置に保持できるように
なっている。もし希望するならば、この調節器（120）
のラチェットの１歯の進みでカフの直径が1mmづつ変る
ようにラチェットに3.14mmの刻みを持たせてもよい。
この実施例では、ストラップ（140）の重複部分を固
定する手段が本体部分（111）の上面に摺動自在に装着
されたステープリング・ガン（130;綴り銃）を包含し、
スタッド（133）で装着器（110）の本体部分（111）に
摺動自在に装着された本体部分（132）を有している。
この綴り銃本体（132）の一端にはピラー（117）に隣接
して、凹み（134）があり、この綴り銃本体（132）の他
端にある開口部（135）を介して挿入されたステープル
（131）を格納するようになっている。また、綴り銃（1
32）の他端は開口部（118）が設けられていて、カフの
絡みを防ぐようになっている。図には示されていない
が、カフ・ホルダ（114）のピラー（117）には内方に向
いた面（119）にグルーブがあって（第30図参照）、ピ
ラー（117）がステープルを綴じさせるためのアンビル
の役目をするようになっている。
装着器（110）の本体部分（111）の上面には、綴り銃
（130）用の操作レバー（136）が摺動自在に装着されて
いる。このレバー（136）は鍵形の通路（137）を有し、
これを介してファスナ（138）で留められている。ま
た、このレバー（136）は装着器（110）のハンドル（11
2）を越えて突出しており、ハンドル（112）を握ったま
ま外科医の手の親指で操作できる垂直のタブ（139）を
有している。
この綴り銃（130）と操作レバー（136）とは両方とも
自動的に動かすことができ、かつカフ・ホルダ（114）
の開口部（118）（第27図参照）が常時開いていて、操
作レバー（136）を作動するまでステープル（131）が凹
み（134）に保持されているように、引付け位置に保持
できる。
第30図に示す本発明の変性された装着器では、本体部
分（111）の上部で、綴り銃（130）の下部にギロチン
（150）が装着され、カフから過剰のストラップを切除
するようにされている。このギロチン（150）の作動
は、ステープリング作用とは別個にまたは組み合わせて
行なってもよい。
第31図に示した本発明の変性された装着器では、ガイ
ド（151）がカフ・ホルダ（114）と一体化されていて、
静脈のまわりにストラップのループを形成するのを助け
るようになっている。このガイドは、前記カフ・ホルダ
と一体化させる必要はない。ストラップの自動送入手段
をこの装着器に組み込んでもよい。
装着器は、使い捨て用、または多数回使用用にも設計
できる。後者の場合には、綴り銃とカフ調節器は、消毒
の完全性と綴り銃の装着の簡便さのために本体部分から
の脱着が簡易化されている。第28図から明らかなよう
に、カフはループ（142）をピラー（117）上を滑らせ
て、装着器に装着する。対に、ストラップ（140）を湾
曲したピンセットかガイド（151）の案内作用のどちら
かによって、静脈のまわりに送入する。ストラップ（14
0）の自由端（141）を開口部（118）を介して挿入し、
ストラップをこのループ（142）に密着または重複して
位置させる。このカフの自由端の打抜き孔（147）をカ
フ調節器（120）のフック（122）に装着させる。
静脈のまわりにストラップを送入した後、ストラップ
の自由端の開口部（118）への挿入とカフ調節器（120）
への装着とは自動的に行なってもよい。
次に、ストラップで作られたループの直径を、カフ調
節器を作動させて変化させ、静脈弁の機能が回復するま
で実施する。
静脈弁の機能をテストした後、綴り銃（130）を用意
して、ストラップ（140）の方へ動かしながら綴り銃本
体（132）でストラップ（140）をループ（142）に強固
に押し付ける。次いで、ステープル（131）を操作レバ
ー（136）で前進させ、前記ストラップ（140）とループ
（142）とを通過させて、ピラー（117）のアンビルで固
定させる。第30図に示したような、本発明に基づく実施
例では、ステープルより先端の、ストラップ自由端はギ
ロチン（150）で切除する。次いで、カフを装着器から
取り外し、その位置に縫合して、カフが静脈の弁位置か
ら滑落するのを防止する。
上記の記載で明らかなように、本発明に基づく装着器
によって、外科医が単独でも、静脈にカフの装着が可能
となった。一方、この装着器を使用する外科医は、カフ
を所望の直径に調節して弁の機能性をテストできる。直
径を最終調節した後、外科医はストラップの重複部分を
ステープルで綴じる。もし必要なら、ストラップの自由
端を切除してからカフを装着器から脱離する。
上記の装着器は、外科医にカフ直径の最終調節を可能
とした。このことは、静脈弁が最適の機能を果すような
直径となっていることを検討するのに重要である。この
直径以下に小さくすると、静脈の不必要な障害を齎し、
静脈系疾患の悪化の原因となる。
本発明に基づく装着器を使用した、上記のカフは、生
理拒絶性がなく、移植可能な材料でできており、ポリエ
ステル繊維織物で補強した硬化シリコンゴム・シートの
ような材料で作られているので血圧により伸張すること
はない。
本装着器の設計および構成の詳細についての種々の変
性は、本発明の範疇および範囲から外れることなくなし
得るものである。

Claims (18)

    (57)【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】対象物のまわりに細長いストラップを装着
    させる装着器であって、この装着器が、ストラップの一
    端を係留する手段と、前記係留手段に対して移動が自在
    で、ストラップが前記対象物のまわりにループを構成
    し、係留端上に位置させた後、その他端と係合する手段
    と、前記ストラップの重複部分を固定する手段とを包含
    し、さらに前記移動自在の手段が前記ストラップの他端
    を移動させて前記ループの大きさを調節できるようにな
    っていることを特徴とする静脈用カフ装着器。
  2. 【請求項２】特許請求の範囲第１項に記載の装着器であ
    って、前記ストラップの重複部分を固定する手段が前記
    装着器内に装着したステープルを包含することを特徴と
    する静脈用カフ装着器。
  3. 【請求項３】特許請求の範囲第２項に記載の装着器であ
    って、前記ストラップの一端を係留する手段がステープ
    ルを綴じるアンビルの役目をするピラーを包含すること
    を特徴とする静脈用カフ装着器。
  4. 【請求項４】特許請求の範囲第１項に記載の装着器であ
    って、前記ストラップの他端を係合する手段が、リーダ
    部をストラップの他端に係合させる手段を有するストラ
    ップ引張具であることを特徴とする静脈用カフ装着器。
  5. 【請求項５】特許請求の範囲第４項に記載の装着器であ
    って、前記ストラップ引張具がリーダ部に装着された一
    対の間隔をおいた舌状部を圧入した時受け入れる開口部
    を有することを特徴とする静脈用カフ装着器。
  6. 【請求項６】特許請求の範囲第５項に記載の装着器であ
    って、前記ストラップ引張具が前記開口部に隣接したフ
    ランジを有し、前記舌状部が「かかり」を保持してスト
    ラップの他端をストラップ引張具に錠留めするようにな
    っていることを特徴とする静脈用カフ装着器。
  7. 【請求項７】特許請求の範囲第４項に記載の装着器であ
    って、前記ストラップ引張具が前記ストラップの他端の
    開口部と係合するような突起を有することを特徴とする
    静脈用カフ装着器。
  8. 【請求項８】特許請求の範囲第１項に記載の装着器であ
    って、前記装着器が、さらに重複部分が相互に固定され
    ると前記ストラップの過剰部分を切除する手段を包含す
    ることを特徴とする静脈用カフ装着器。
  9. 【請求項９】対象物のまわりに細長いストラップを装着
    させる装着器であって、この装着器が、ステープル・カ
    ートリッジと、ハンドル部分とを包含し、このステープ
    ル・カートリッジがステープルと、アンビルと、ステー
    プルをアンビルの方へ移動させるステープル・ドライバ
    とを包含し、前記カートリッジがさらにストラップの一
    端を係留する手段と前記対象物のまわりにループを構成
    して前記係留端に重畳した後このストラップの他端と係
    合させるストラップ引張具とを包含し、前記ハンドル部
    分がストラップ引張具に係合して前記ループの周囲を調
    節させるテンショナ手段と、前記ステープル・ドライバ
    を作動させるトリガ手段と、前記カートリッジをハンド
    ル部分に係合させる手段とを包含することを特徴とする
    静脈用カフ装着器。
  10. 【請求項１０】対象物のまわりに細長いストラップを、
    このストラップの一端を係留し、他端を前記対象物のま
    わりにループ状に巻き付けた後固定させる装着器であっ
    て、この装着器が、片手に保持できる本体部分と、この
    本体部分内にあって本体部分から突出した調節手段を有
    するストラップ・テンショナと、同じく本体部分内にあ
    って本体部分から突出し、外部手段を作動させて前記ス
    トラップの重複部分を相互に固定させる作動手段を有す
    るトリガ手段とを包含することを特徴とする静脈用カフ
    装着器。
  11. 【請求項１１】特許請求の範囲第10項に記載の装着器で
    あって、前記ストラップ・テンショナが、「留め」で係
    合自在とされ、かつこのテンショナを段階的に移動させ
    る歯のついたランクを包含することを特徴とする静脈用
    カフ装着器。
  12. 【請求項１２】対象物のまわりに細長いストラップを、
    このストラップの一端を係留し、他端を前記対象物のま
    わりにループ状に巻き付けたこの一端に重畳して固定さ
    せるのに使用するカートリッジであって、このカートリ
    ッジが、前記ストラップの他端を受け入れる係留部と、
    前記ストラップをループ状に構成した後このストラップ
    の一端に係合させる手段とを包含し、この係合手段が前
    記ループの周囲を調節できるように移動可能とされてい
    ることを特徴とする静脈用カフ装着器用カートリッジ。
  13. 【請求項１３】特許請求の範囲第12項に記載のカートリ
    ッジであって、このカートリッジがさらに前記ストラッ
    プの重複部分を介してステープルを押し出すステープル
    ・ドライバを包含することを特徴とする静脈用カフ装着
    器用カートリッジ。
  14. 【請求項１４】特許請求の範囲第13項に記載のカートリ
    ッジであって、このカートリッジがさらにステープルを
    綴じさせるアンビルを包含することを特徴とする静脈用
    カフ装着器用カートリッジ。
  15. 【請求項１５】特許請求の範囲第14項に記載のカートリ
    ッジであって、このカートリッジがさらにステープルを
    包含することを特徴とする静脈用カフ装着器用カートリ
    ッジ。
  16. 【請求項１６】対象物のまわりにループを構成するカフ
    であって、このカフが生理拒絶性がなく、移動自在な材
    料で作られたストラップよりなり、その一端を係留する
    手段と、他端をカフ装着用の装着器と係合させるリーダ
    手段とを包含することを特徴とする静脈用カフ装着器用
    のカフ。
  17. 【請求項１７】特許請求の範囲第16項に記載のカフであ
    って、前記リーダ手段が前記装着器にカフ引張具を係合
    させる一対の舌状部を包含することを特徴とする静脈用
    カフ装着器用のカフ。
  18. 【請求項１８】特許請求の範囲第16項に記載のカートリ
    ッジと、第10項に記載の装着器と、第16項に記載のカフ
    とを包含することを特徴とする静脈用カフ装着器用のキ
    ット。
