However, the lubricating oil supplied to the points of application of these forces enters the compression chamber and cannot be supplied in sufficient quantity, often resulting in wear. In order to solve such a problem, for example, in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 51-137909, self-lubricating graphite is mixed with iron powder, and this is sintered to form a vane. Describes a method of improving wear resistance. However, in this method, only a part of the mixed graphite comes out on the sliding surface for which the wear resistance is desired to be improved, so that a considerably large amount of graphite must be mixed in order to improve the wear resistance. Since graphite does not bond with iron even if it is sintered, sintered iron containing a large amount of graphite has a weak powder bonding degree and cannot have high strength. Therefore, when the vane is made of such a material, it may break due to an impact load applied when the compressor causes liquid compression.

It is composed by. A compression unit 12 is incorporated in the lower portion of the closed container 8, and the compression unit 12 is composed of a cylinder 13, upper and lower end plates 14 and 15, a crankshaft 16, a roller 17, a vane 18, and a vane spring 19. . The torque of the electric part 9 is transmitted by the crankshaft 16,
The rotation of the flank shaft 16 causes the roller 17 to rotate while performing an eccentric movement. A vane 18 is installed in a part of the cylinder 13, and the outer peripheral surface 20 of the roller 17 and the vane 18 are
One end of is always contacted. Further, the vane 18 performs reciprocal sliding movement in the vane groove 21 of the cylinder 13 in accordance with the eccentric movement of the roller 17.

The sintered material has sufficient strength because the iron powders are firmly bonded to each other. There are holes 23 between the iron powders. Contact surface 18a with the vane groove 21, which is a sliding surface, roller surface 20
Contact surface 18b with and contact surfaces 18c with upper and lower end plates 14 and 15 are finished by polishing. Immerse the finished vane 18 in a liquid tank in which molybdenum disulfide is mixed with a solvent. As a result, the solid lubricant molybdenum disulfide is impregnated into the pores 23 of the sintered body 22. If an organic solvent-based solvent is used as the solvent, it can be impregnated near the surface layer portion by spraying, brush coating or the like. After impregnation, heat to remove the solvent. The surface of the vane thus prepared is shown in FIG. 2 (b). Molybdenum disulfide 24, which is a solid lubricant, remains in the pores 23. A vertical sectional view of the vane is shown in FIG. Molybdenum disulfide is impregnated and remains in the holes 23a that are directly opened in the sliding surface 18a. Since the molybdenum disulfide dissolved in the solvent also penetrates into the holes 23b communicating with the sliding surface 18a in the vicinity of the sliding surface 18a, molybdenum disulfide is contained in some of the holes. However, molybdenum disulfide is not impregnated into the deep holes and the holes 23c that are not in communication with the sliding surface 18a. That is, the molybdenum disulfide is concentrated in the vicinity of the sliding surface 18a.

できるという効果を持っている。When the electric part 9 is driven, the crankshaft 16 rotates, which causes the roller 17 to rotate while eccentrically moving, and the vane 18 reciprocates in the vane groove 21 of the cylinder 13. The vane 18 is pressed against the outer peripheral surface 20 of the roller 17 by the vane spring 19 and the discharged high-pressure gas from the back and slides. In the compression process, the force of F1, F2, and F3 acts on the vane 18 due to the pressure difference between the compression chamber and the suction chamber.
The lubricating oil supplied to the point of application of this force is the lubricating oil that enters from the lubricating oil reservoir under the pressure of the discharge gas behind it at points F1 and F2, and the lubricating oil mixed in the intake gas at point F3. Since it is oil, both flow into the suction chamber and the compression chamber and reduce the efficiency of the compressor. Therefore, a large amount of lubricating oil cannot be supplied. Further, since the sliding portion is in line contact, an oil film is hard to be generated and wear is likely to occur. In such a situation, in the vane of the present invention, molybdenum disulfide impregnated and left in the pores of the sliding surface acts as a solid lubricant on the sliding surface even if the oil film breaks, and prevents wear. Further, since the molybdenum disulfide remaining in the pores gradually comes out, it has an effect that the lubricating effect can be maintained for a far longer period than when the steel material is coated with the solid lubricant.
