(Prior art and its problems) In the conventional automatic cutting and stacking of SMC material, the lower end of the hanging SMC is cut while guiding it laterally on the horizontally moving table surface, and the predetermined number of sheets are stacked. However, when the drooping SMC material reaches the table surface, it causes waist bending deformation, falls over to an unexpected position and accumulates, and the following pressing process is performed. It had a negative effect on the quality of the final product.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention is a method for solving the above problems, the gist of which is to cover the both surfaces of an SMC material with a film and send it out by an intermittent drive roller while the film at the exit of the roller. When a predetermined number of sheets are deposited on a slide table that horizontally moves while cutting the hanging SMC material with a cutter, when the lower end of the SMC material comes close to the slide table surface, the lower end is guided by a guide member. By changing the moving direction of the slide table to guide it to a predetermined position on the table and then cutting, or guiding the lower end surface of the SMC material along a stopper provided on the surface of the slide table that moves horizontally, and then cutting. A method for cutting and depositing SMC materials, which comprises depositing and depositing.

FIG. 1 shows a process for cutting and depositing an SMC material according to the present invention and a pre-process thereof. While passing an SMC material 1 having a film B attached to both sides fed in the direction of an arrow through an intermittent drive roller A. The film B is peeled off, and the film B is wound around the bobbins C, C. The SMC material from which the film B is peeled off is cut by the cutter 2 in a suspended state via the tension roller D and the like.

That is, as shown in FIG. 2 (a), when the lower end of the SMC material 1 approaches the surface of the slide table 4 which moves to the left, the SMC material is synchronized with the moving speed of the slide table 4 or independently. The guide member 3 provided in the width direction of 1 is moved to the left so as to be put near the lower end of the hanging SMC material 1, and as shown in FIG.
At the position where the lower end of the SMC material 1 comes into contact with the surface of the slide table 4 after the material 1 has been swept laterally, the slide table 4 moves to a speed that does not shift, and thereafter, as shown in FIG. The SMC material 1 is cut with the cutter 2 to a predetermined length while the SMC material 1 is not displaced, and the cut SM
The C material 1 lays down on the surface of the slide table 4 (in the direction of the arrow) and accumulates.

After the above steps (a), (b), and (c), the first SMC material 1 is placed on the slide table 4, the slide table 4 moves in the opposite right direction, and then is fed out. SM

By repeating the operations in the order of (b) and (c), the second cut SMC material 1 is deposited on the first sheet with its end faces aligned. The same procedure can be repeated thereafter to deposit a predetermined number of SMC materials 1 with their end faces aligned.

In the above example of the present invention, while the SMC material 1 is wiped leftward by the guide member 3 and the SMC material 1 is laid down rightward, the cutting and depositing method is carried out one by one with movement in one direction, whereas It is also possible to synchronize the hanging speed of the SMC material 1 with the moving speed of the slide table 4 and to deposit two SMC materials 1 in both left and right directions, that is, one reciprocating movement.

Next, according to the present invention shown in FIG. 3, when a predetermined number of SMC materials 1 are cut and accumulated on a horizontally moving slide table 4, a side of the SMC material 1 is used by using a stopper 5 provided laterally on the surface of the slide table 4. This is a method of depositing with the edges aligned.

That is, as shown in FIG. 3 (a), the lower end of the hanging SMC material 1 is slid along the inner wall surface of the stopper 5 to the slide table 4
Simultaneously with reaching the surface, the slide table 4 is moved to the left, and then the SMC material 1 bends in the direction of the arrow while keeping the lower end of the SMC material 1 in contact with the stopper 5 as shown in (b). As described above, the moving speed of the slide table 4 to the left is controlled, and thereafter, as shown in (C), the slide table 4 is cut into a predetermined length, laid down in the direction of the arrow and deposited, and this operation is repeated. Predetermined number of SMC materials 1
Can be cut and deposited with the edges aligned.

Also in the method of the present invention, similarly to the method described in FIG. 2, the cutting and accumulating method of each sheet according to the movement of the slide table 4 in one direction is adjusted to the cutting dimension width of the SMC material 1. Providing stoppers 5 on both sides at intervals,
It is also possible to synchronize the drooping speed of the SMC material 1 with the reciprocating speed of the slide table 4 to deposit two SMC materials 1 in both left and right directions, that is, in one reciprocating motion.

That is, when the lower end of the SMC material comes close to the slide table surface, the lower part of the SMC material is wiped by the guide member in the moving direction of the slide table to guide the lower end of the SMC material to a predetermined position, or on the slide table surface. After guiding the side end surface of the cut SMC material along the stopper provided in
Since it is a method of cutting and depositing, it is a flexible and surface-adhesive SMC material, but there is no inconvenience such as waist bending deformation or falling to an unexpected position and depositing as in the past, and SMC material A predetermined number of sheets were reliably set and deposited with their side edges aligned, and the product obtained by press molding using the obtained SMC laminated product had excellent appearance quality.
