1. A pretensioned PC girder for manufacturing a pretensioned PC girder comprising: a vertically long plate portion having a plurality of PC steel material insertion holes formed at intervals in a vertical direction, and a horizontal shaft portion protruding to both sides from a portion near a lower end thereof. A pair of PC steel holding members arranged inside a mold, and a pair of PCs which can be inserted into and removed from both sides of the mold and have a fitting portion with the horizontal shaft formed at an inner end thereof;
A PC steel material lowering device in a pretensioning PC girder manufacturing device, comprising: a steel material holding metal fixing rod; and a holding device that holds the rod so as to be movable in the axial direction.
