を図ると共に、品質の向上を図るようにしたタイヤ成形
工程に於ける仮圧着方法を提供するものである。

られたタイヤ成形材料に対して進退,かつ圧着可能に構
成し、第1段階のグリーンタイヤ成形工程において、ス
テッチングローラをかける前に、前記仮圧着ローラを所
定の形状を有するタイヤ成形材料に対して一定の圧力に
より圧着させると共に、その形状に追従させ、成形ドラ
ムを回転させることによりタイヤ成形材料の側縁部にお
ける波状部分の手直しや、エアー溜りを除く作業を、人
手を介することなく自動的に行い、生産性の向上を図る
と共に、品質の向上を図るようにしたものである。
