Some of the components were granulated and colored. Therefore, at the time of use of the bath additive, even if it is granulated, the time required for dissolving these components is long, which gives discomfort during use. Furthermore, when encapsulating a part of the composition components, for example, a fragrance or a pigment, and granulating,
Compared to multi-components, not only does it take longer to dissolve, but it also sinks or dissolves in a suspended state in a bathtub. Needed the power. An object of the present invention is to provide a bath agent containing a water-soluble film component having excellent stability during storage of a dye, an enzyme, a fragrance, and the like, which can solve the above-described problems of the related art. Aim. <Means and Structure for Solving the Problems> According to the present invention, there is provided a bath preparation containing a water-soluble film-like component containing an enzyme and triglucopolysaccharide and polyvinyl alcohol as film-forming components. In the present invention, the water-soluble film-like component contains an enzyme, and contains triglucopolysaccharide and polyvinyl alcohol as essential components as film-forming components. The production of this water-soluble film-like component, for example, after blending enzymes, various vitamins and the like as necessary to the film-forming component, to form a water-soluble film-like composition,
It is preferable to prepare the film by performing film formation and drying. At this time, if necessary,
Water can also be used as a solvent. Glycerin or the like can be contained as a film-forming component. The dissolution time, the dissolution temperature, the dissolution pH, and the like can be adjusted by adjusting the thickness of the water-soluble film component and the mixing ratio of the film forming component. Since the bath additive of the present invention contains the water-soluble film-like component, it can be rapidly dissolved when put into a bath. When a pigment is contained in the water-soluble film component, a desired pattern can be printed on the film surface. In addition, it is possible to improve the quality stability of long-term storage of pigments, enzymes, fragrances and various vitamins which are unstable components as bath additives. Further, by making the water-soluble film-like component into an arbitrary shape (for example, a heart shape or a star shape), the appearance of the product can be made pleasant and the purchase motivation can be increased. <Examples> Next, the present invention will be specifically described based on examples. Production Example 1 According to the composition shown in Table 1 , the water-soluble film component (a
To h) were prepared. The 4,4,6-triglucopolysaccharide powder was dissolved in ion-exchanged water and adjusted to a 15 to 35% aqueous solution. Next, polyvinyl alcohol is dissolved in ion-exchanged water, and 8 to 30%
Adjusted to aqueous solution. Methylcellulose was dissolved in ion-exchanged water to prepare a 15 to 35% aqueous solution. After that, glycerin, coloring matter, fragrance, and enzyme were mixed and defoamed with 4,4,6-triglucopolysaccharide powder, polyvinyl alcohol, and methylcellulose (solid content) in the respective amounts shown in Table 1 to prepare an adjustment film. A solution was prepared. Next, the adjusted film-forming solution was coated on a polyester film by a casting method, dried, and then peeled off from the polyester film to produce water-soluble films a to h having the compositions shown in Table 1. The water-soluble film a
To h are 30 μm, 20 μm, 25 μm, 52 μm, 30 μm,
30 μm, 30 μm, 30 μm, and the shape was 5 mm square. These dimensions can be cut and blended into appropriate thicknesses, sizes and shapes according to the blending. [Table 1] Reference Examples 1 and 2 and Comparative Examples 1 to 4 Bath agents containing a water-soluble film prepared in Production Examples according to the compositions shown in Table 2 were prepared. The characteristics of each bath agent shown in Table 3 for each bath agent were tested on 60 subjects. The results are shown in the same table. [Table 2] [Table 3] From the results shown in Table 3, the bath agent containing the water-soluble film of the present invention can be dissolved more readily as a bath agent without adhering to the bath tub, as compared with the comparative example formed with other film-forming components. In addition, it can be seen that quality stability during long-term storage of the dye is ensured. In addition, it can be seen that blending the fragrance into the water-soluble film can ensure the quality stability during long-term storage. Example 1 and Comparative Examples 5 to 8 Bath agents containing the water-soluble films prepared in the Production Examples were prepared according to the compositions shown in Table 4. The stability over time of the dye and enzyme blended for each bath agent was examined. The residual ratio of the dye was measured by the absorption spectrum of 630 μm for Brilliant Blue FCF and 490 μm for Uraninconc. The enzyme was measured by the tyrosine-forin method using milk casein as a substrate, and the residual ratio of the enzyme activity was measured using 1 μg of tyrosine-equivalent folin coloring as one unit per minute. The storage conditions in this measurement over time are room temperature, 4
It was stored under two conditions of 0 ° C. and 75% RH for 50 days and 100 days. The results are shown in Table 5. [Table 4] [Table 5] From the results shown in Table 5, the bathing agent containing the water-soluble films (ad) containing the triglucopolysaccharide and polyvinyl alcohol of the present invention as film-forming components is a water-soluble solution obtained by combining polyvinyl alcohol and methylcellulose as film-forming components. Water-soluble film e of polyvinyl alcohol alone, water-soluble film g of triglucopolysaccharide alone, and water-soluble film h of methylcellulose alone, all of which have excellent long-term storage stability against dyes and enzymes contained therein. You can see that there is.
