The main body of the disposable pants D is composed of a back sheet 1, a top sheet 2 and an absorber 3 housed therebetween, and the pants body is formed in an hourglass shape, and is folded in the front-back direction of the main body. The side portions are joined by welding lines 5 and 5 to form a pants type. The welding line 5 is formed by using ultrasonic sealing, heat sealing, or an adhesive. In the state of lamination in the welding line 5, two topsheets 2 and two backsheets 1 are stacked. The respective layers are joined and integrally bonded. Also, the upper body opening K1 and the lower leg opening K2
Elastic bodies 4a and 4c are additionally provided around the to form an elastic gather portion. The top sheet 2 is generally made of a water-permeable non-woven fabric mainly made of polypropylene fiber, the back sheet 1 is a water-impermeable sheet such as a polyethylene film, and the absorbent body 3 is a tissue, papermaking, crushed pulp. On the other hand, the welding line 5 generally has a shape as shown in FIG. That is, in FIG.
The welding line 5 is formed by a continuous fused portion W along the longitudinal direction of the pants body. The melting portion W having such a shape can firmly bond the top sheet 2, the back sheet 1, etc., but since the bonding is too strong, a large force is required when the welding line portion is peeled off after use. There was a problem with the detachability.

The main material of the heat-fusible nonwoven fabric 1a 1 is as follows:
Polypropylene, polyethylene, copolyester,
Known non-woven fabrics made of copolymerized polyamide or the like can be used alone or mixed or compounded, and the melting point is 8
0-180 degreeC is preferable. The material of the high melting point nonwoven fabric 1a 2 is not particularly limited as long as it has a melting point of 20 ° C. or more higher than the melting point of the nonwoven fabric 1a 1 , but since it is the outermost layer of pants, it has relatively high strength and is suitable for printing. Excellent ones are preferred. Further, as will be described later, 10 to 80% of the heat-fusible fiber constituting the non-woven fabric 1a 1 may be contained within the range where the limiting condition of the melting point can be observed. The material of the non-woven top sheet 2 is not particularly limited as long as it has good water permeability. As the water-impermeable plastic film 1b, a film of polyethylene, polypropylene, nylon or the like, a water-impermeable porous film of these, or a water-repellent treated nonwoven fabric can be used.

Further, FIGS. 6 and 7 (sectional view taken along the line AA of FIG. 6)
FIG. 6 is an explanatory view of a laminated state showing another embodiment of the present invention. The topsheet 2 and the water-impermeable film 1b arranged above and below with the absorbent body 3 sandwiched therebetween are formed in a shape lacking the side portions S (provided on the nonwoven fabrics 1a 1 and 1a 2 of the backsheet). A pair of three-dimensional gathers 9, 9 made of a water-impermeable band-shaped material is attached to the upper surface of the side portion of the second member 2. That is, an elastic body 9a is attached to one side edge of the strip-shaped sheet, and the opposite side edge (may be the widthwise intermediate portion of the strip-shaped sheet) and the front and rear ends are bonded to the upper surface of the top sheet 2. Form a three-dimensional gather with one edge rising. Furthermore, on the lower layer side of the water-impermeable film 1b, a heat-fusible nonwoven fabric 1a 1 having a side portion S (preferably water-repellent treated) and a high melting point nonwoven fabric 1a 2 are laminated, and between the both nonwoven fabrics. Elastic bodies 4a, 4b, 4c are additionally provided. Therefore, the welding allowance for forming the pants type 5
a, 5b is constituted by a nonwoven 1a 1, 1a 2 of two layers, refractory by is faced the heat-fusible non-woven fabric 1a 1, 1a 1 together as shown in FIG. 8, thereby melting a portion of the member Bond the non-woven fabric 1a 2 and the like.

As shown in FIG. 6, folding back portions 99 are provided at the front and rear ends of the high melting point non-woven fabric 1a 2 which is the outermost layer of the back sheet, and the folding back portions 99 are folded over the upper surface of the top sheet 2. It is preferable to bond them by adhesion, which makes it possible to form the opening edge of the trunk of the pants beautifully and softly.
FIG. 9 shows a longitudinal cross-sectional view of the welding margins 5a and 5b of this structure, in which the heat-fusible non-woven fabric 1a 1 is chipped at the upper ends of the welding margins 5a and 5b, and the welding may be insufficient. There is. In order to prevent such a welding defect, the high melting point non-woven fabric 1a 2 has a heat-fusible fiber (a fiber having a melting point similar to that of the heat-fusible fiber which is a main material constituting the heat-fusible non-woven fabric 1a 1 ). Is recommended to be contained in an amount of 10 to 80%, so that the high melting point nonwoven fabrics 1a 2 can be bonded together. The high melting point non-woven fabric 1a 2 is mixed with the heat fusible fiber to be laminated with the high fusible non woven fabric 1a 2.
The joining with a 1 is also reliable.

In the present invention, the shape of the welding line 5 is shown in FIG.
It is preferable to form a mesh as shown in (A) to (E).
That is, (A) is a continuous fusion of circular fused portions W in the vertical direction of the pants, and (B) is a vertical fusion of inverted triangular fused portions W. Furthermore (C)
In the figure, (D) is a deformed lattice, and (E) is a hexagonal fused part W connected in the vertical direction. The structure common to these is that the welding line is continuous in the longitudinal direction of the pants side in a mesh shape and the fusion zone W is continuous to form an intersecting portion. It will not be easily peeled off even if is applied. Moreover, by setting the size of the meshes arbitrarily, it is possible to adjust the bonding strength so that the mesh can be easily peeled off by hand. The shape of the welding line 5 according to the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment, but may be any other shape as long as it has a mesh shape and is continuous in the longitudinal direction, but it is shown in FIG. It is not preferable that the melted portion W has a planar shape over the entire surface and that the melted portion W is not continuous in the vertical direction.

The adhesive strength was measured with respect to the entire area of the welded part (including the unwelded part corresponding to the hollowed-out part of the net), and the peeling strength between the top sheet and the laminated non-woven fabric was measured at a pulling speed of 30%.
It is measured in cm / min.
