部を回動不能に嵌合させ、かつ、その板部外周上面から
複数攪拌棒を起立した摺動部材と、該摺動部材を上方へ
付勢するコイルスプリングとで形成し、キャップを螺脱
させると、コイルスプリングの上方付勢により摺動部材
