DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION [Field of Industrial Application] In the present invention, a thin metal sheet material is formed in a concave shape in cross section, and its decorative surface portion is provided with a concavo-convex pattern by means of a split type embossing roll composed of a rotatable free roll. The present invention relates to a roll device useful for.

[Prior Art] Generally, in a building material using a metal plate, many attempts have been made to improve a cold and smooth bad image of a metal by providing an uneven pattern on the decorative surface. As the manufacturing apparatus, for the entire metal hoop material, embossing is performed via an embossing roll composed of a main shaft and a roll as one member, and then formed into a predetermined shape, or after embossing in a necessary portion. It is manufactured by any device such as simply forming it into a predetermined shape. Further, the conventional roll is usually a forming roll in which the main shaft and the forming roll are formed by one member, or the main shaft and the forming roll are separately formed and are integrally formed by a cotter, a key and the like.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] However, the apparatus of this kind of configuration has the following problems. That is, in the former case, the coil diameter is significantly increased, the number of windings is reduced, and the uneven patterns are likely to come into contact with each other to be scratched. In addition, a winding habit is added, and tension is added during unwinding during formation. Therefore, there is a drawback that twisting, warping, pebbles, etc. occur after formation. Also, in the latter case, embossing is applied only to a certain area of the central part of the metal hoop width,
Since it is supplied to the molding machine in that state, there is a disadvantage that the boundary of the decorative surface and the uneven pattern are “shifted”. This is because both edges of the embossed metal hoop material become wavy due to residual stress, and even if this is used as a guide and supplied to the molding machine, the edge of the uneven pattern and the edge of the predetermined range of the decorative surface match. It is due to not doing. Further, since the main shaft and the roll portion are integrated, if a part of the roll is worn, it is expensive and it takes a production period of about one month.

[Means for Solving the Problem] In order to eliminate such drawbacks, the present invention forms at least an embossing roll arranged in the middle of a group of forming rolls in a split mold, and only the embossing roll part is formed even if the roll is worn. It can be exchanged at a low cost so that it can be manufactured in a short period of time, and if necessary, all other forming rolls can be split, and the embossing roll can be formed from a freely rotatable free roll to reduce distortion and twisting. And a metal thin plate forming roll device capable of producing a beautifully embossed decorative body.

[Embodiment] An embodiment of a thin metal sheet forming roll device (hereinafter, simply referred to as a roll device) according to the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing an outline of the above apparatus, in which 1 is a guide portion, 5 is a forming roll group, 10 is an embossing roller, 16 is a frame, 17 is a stand, and A is a thin metal plate material. More specifically, the guide portion 1 is at the entrance of the roll device, has the same height as the pass line of the roll group, and the mounting plate 2 that is horizontal and has a flat surface, and the width of the thin metal plate A at the front end of the mounting plate 2. An elastic guide plate (hereinafter, simply referred to as a guide plate) 3 fixed in a V shape at a pitch corresponding to W 0 and a guide roller 4 arranged and supported immediately before the entrance of the roll group at the same pitch as above. , A pressing roller provided with a width corresponding to the width W 0 of the thin metal plate material A as required.
1a and mainly serves to accurately guide the thin metal plate material A to the roll group. The distance between the guide plate 3 and the guide roller 4 is about 50 to 500 mm. Further, the forming roll group 5 has, for example, a plurality of stages of rolls 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, ... Having a cross-sectional shape as shown in FIGS.
n is formed by using n, and as shown in FIG. 3, for example, as shown in FIG. 3, the bent portions 6a and 6b of the thin metal plate A and the intermediate flat portion 6c are divided into the main shaft B. It is fixed. As shown in FIG. 4, the embossing roller 10 is formed by bending portions 10a and 10b and an embossing portion 10c, which are formed separately. Of course, the embossing roller 10 is arranged at an arbitrary position of the forming roll group 5 . It depends on the embossing area and position of the decorative surface B of the molded body C. Further, as shown in FIG. 5, the embossing roller 10 is one in which the embossing rolls 10 and 11 are freely rotatable, and a gear D is attached to synchronize the embossing rolls 10 and 11 with an embossing pattern.
This is to prevent the embossing rolls 10 and 11 from shifting. In particular, when the embossing rolls 10 and 11 are freely rotatable rolls, the rolls 8 and 12 at the front and rear ends pass under the condition of being simply pressed while being stretched. It can be embossed as a decorative surface.

Next, the operation of the roll device according to the present invention will be described. Now, all the rolls 6 ... n on the frame 16 are driven by a motor (not shown) through a chain (not shown), and the pass lines have the same diameter so that they have the same peripheral speed.
It is assumed that the rotation speed is selected. The embossing roller 10 has a pattern with a depth of 0.5 mm shown in FIG. In addition,
The thin metal sheet A is a 0.27 mm thick color steel plate with a total width of W 0
= 500mm was prepared. Therefore, a color steel plate A having a length of 3636 mm is fed onto the mounting plate 2 of the guide portion 1 with a cross section as shown in FIG. 2 (a), and on the mounting plate 2, the guide plate 3 and the guide rollers 4 are fed. It goes straight horizontally between the spaces and is supplied to the forming roll group 5 . In this forming roll group 5 , the cross section shown in FIG. 2 (a) is sequentially formed by a flower diagram (not shown). In addition, in the middle of the process, male and female embossing rolls
By 10 and 11, the surface of the thin metal sheet A to be the decorative surface is
The uneven patterns α and β shown in the figure are formed. The thin metal plate material A that has passed through the embossing rolls 10 and 11 is then formed according to the flower diagram, and is delivered as a molded body C from the outlet thereof.

[Advantages of the Invention] As described above, according to the roll device of the present invention, since the forming roll group is formed as a split mold and made of a material corresponding to each function, it is inexpensive and the wear part can be easily replaced. . Further, there is an advantage that various moldings can be molded by one unit by simply exchanging the molding roll groups individually. In addition, when the embossing roll is a rotatable free roll, it has a feature that a beautiful embossed decorative surface can be formed without causing wear, damage, and residual strain on the material, as compared with the prior art.
