A heat-insulating cooker in which a cooking pot with a lid is stored in a heat-insulating container composed of a lid and a container body so that the pan can be freely inserted and removed, and a handle is attached to both side walls of the container body of the heat-insulating container. The lock pieces are rotatably provided on both sides of the lid above the attachment shaft, and the container main body attachment portion of the handle is erected from the erected state of the handle to one side from the erected state. The upper surface of the heat insulating container is engaged with the upper surface of the lock piece while the upper part of the heat insulating container is engaged with the upper surface of the lock piece, and the engaging part is rotated from the upright state to the other side to release the engagement during the fall state.
