【考案の詳細な説明】 [産業上の利用分野] 本考案は、電力ケーブル(CVケーブル)のステンレス
被作業時においてステンスの溶接点下におけるケーブル

るためにケーブルコア保護ガイド6として第3図に示す
ように、横断面(C)に示すようなステンレス管と同曲
率にした鉄板より作られたケーブルコア保護カイド6で
ステンレス被溶接場所直下のケーブルコアを保護する様
に長手方向に伸びた形状であり溶接場所に入る前は三角
形状に拡がり持ち上がった形状をしており、ケーブルガ
イド6を支える為のスタッドボルト11を付けた構造であ
った。

持たせたものである。

造を作るためには一枚の材料を用いて形成させてもよい
し、二枚の鉄板の縁部を溶接させて形成させてもよい。

れるように曲率を有する袋状の構造7を有し、第1図
(c)に示すようにケーブルコア保護ガイド6bの外部よ
り該袋状の空隙7の中を通して第1図(a)平面図、
(b)側面図に示すように不活性ガスを供給する供給口
8と、第2図(b)の側面図に示すように該不活性ガス
を溶接点5に向って噴射する噴射孔9をケーブルコア保
護ガイド面に有するものである。
