において、１枚のシート状の吸水部(7) の裏面の略全面
にプラスチックフィルム製の防水部(8)を、その両者が
略全面に亘って密着状に結合するようにラミネート加工
により装着し、支持材(11)の一側面に粘着剤層(12)を、
他側面に発泡状軟質樹脂材料層(9) を夫々有する付着部
材(13)を備え、この付着部材(13)を粘着剤層(12)を介し
てマット本体(5) の防水部(8) に貼付し、前記発泡状軟
質樹脂材料層(9) により感圧付着部(6) を構成したこと
