【産業上の利用分野】本考案は、コイル状の針金束等
を、適当な寸法に測り、切り分けることを目的とした切
断装置である。具体的に述べると、屋根瓦職人が瓦葺き
作業において、緊結線と呼ばれる針金を使用するのだ
が、この緊結線とは、コイル状の銅線束を用途にあわせ
幾種類もの寸法に切り分けた銅線のことで、まさにこの
緊結線の作製を容易にするために考案された、大変便利
な切断装置である。更に緊結線を作製する目的だけでな

【実施例】以下、本考案の実施例を図面に基づき詳細に
説明する。第１図は本考案切断装置の切断台を示す斜視
図、第２図はピンを示す斜視図、第３図はピンの側面
図、第４図は切断台にピンを装置した状態の断面図、第
５図は切断装置使用斜視図である。ピン（Ａ）、
（Ａ’）はピン下部の蝶ねじにより切断台への着脱が可
能である。目盛り（２）は切断台の長手半分の位置をゼ
ロとして左右それぞれ端方向に増えるよう刻んであり、
更に目盛り上にはピン（Ａ）、（Ａ’）をスライドさせ
るための溝（Ｂ）をつける。ゼロの位置より左右どちら
か片側を（１１）、もう一方を（１２）とする。更に目
盛りゼロの位置を切断位置（３）とし、ハサミ等で切断
容易にするため切断位置（３）にくぼみをつける。切断
台（１）の（１１）、（１２）それぞれの目盛り上のス
ライド溝（Ｂ）へ、ピン（Ａ）、（Ａ’）を装置し適当
な目盛りの位置へ移動させ固定する。コイル状の針金束
（Ｃ）の端を、切断位置（３）をスタートとし、ピン
（Ａ）から（Ａ’）また（Ａ）へと何度か巻きつける。
適当な巻量に達した後、切断位置（３）にてハサミ等で
切断すると、Ｕ字型の緊結線となる。以上のような簡単

【効果】本考案により、次のような効果がえられる。 （イ）本考案はとても簡単な構造で且つ持ち運び可能な
大きさであるから、瓦葺作業の途中でも容易に緊結線を
作製できる。 （ロ）左右のピンを切断位置から左右違う寸法に設定す
れば、一度の作業で左と右と違った寸法の緊結線の作製
が可能となる。 （ハ）ピンの頭に折れをつけてあるので、左右のピンの
折れ先をそれぞれ外へ向ければ、針金等を巻きつける作
業において、針金が外れるミスがない。 （ニ）長方形の切断台をさらに長くして、目盛りを増や
せば、かなり長い緊結線の作製が可能となる。 （ホ）本考案は、瓦葺き作業に適した緊結線を作製する
ことを目的としているため、切断したとき二本線（Ｕ字
型）となるが、なぜなら瓦葺き作業において二本線を使
用する場合が多いからであるが、Ｕ字型の曲がりを延ば
せば、一本線となる。以上のように、本考案はきわめて
