断装置である。具体的に述べると、屋根瓦職人が瓦葺き

幾種類もの寸法に切り分けた銅線のことで、まさにこの

更に目盛り上にはピン(A)、(A’)をスライドさせ
るための溝(B)をつける。ゼロの位置より左右どちら
か片側を(11)、もう一方を(12)とする。更に目
盛りゼロの位置を切断位置(3)とし、ハサミ等で切断
容易にするため切断位置(3)にくぼみをつける。切断
台(1)の(11)、(12)それぞれの目盛り上のス
ライド溝(B)へ、ピン(A)、(A’)を装置し適当
な目盛りの位置へ移動させ固定する。コイル状の針金束
(C)の端を、切断位置(3)をスタートとし、ピン
(A)から(A’)また(A)へと何度か巻きつける。
適当な巻量に達した後、切断位置(3)にてハサミ等で
切断すると、U字型の緊結線となる。以上のような簡単
な方法にて緊結線を容易に作製できる。

れば、一度の作業で左と右と違った寸法の緊結線の作製
が可能となる。 (ハ)ピンの頭に折れをつけてあるので、左右のピンの
折れ先をそれぞれ外へ向ければ、針金等を巻きつける作
業において、針金が外れるミスがない。 (ニ)長方形の切断台をさらに長くして、目盛りを増や
せば、かなり長い緊結線の作製が可能となる。 (ホ)本考案は、瓦葺き作業に適した緊結線を作製する
ことを目的としているため、切断したとき二本線(U字
型)となるが、なぜなら瓦葺き作業において二本線を使
用する場合が多いからであるが、U字型の曲がりを延ば
せば、一本線となる。以上のように、本考案はきわめて
簡単なものだが、効果は絶大である。
