1. A stepped portion which is made of a tubular metal and has a wall thickness of a certain value or more and a length substantially equal to the diameter of the insertion tube, and one end portion of which has a diameter smaller than the inner diameter of the central portion. The inner diameter of the other end has a radius that is shorter than the thickness of the wall thickness of the insertion tube as a large taper wall for the difference between the step and the inner diameter of the central portion. A metal fitting for a copper pipe, characterized in that a tapered inner wall surface is formed so as to decrease in diameter in the axial direction from the rounded portion so as to continue to the inner wall surface of the central portion.

2. A copper pipe to be joined by flaring the mouth end of one copper pipe to form an insertion pipe, another copper pipe as an insertion pipe, and inserting the insertion pipe into the flare portion. In the joining method, the fitting for fitting is inserted into the insertion pipe, the insertion pipe is inserted into the flare portion of the flared insertion pipe, and the flare portion base end of the insertion pipe is locked. It is fixed with a receiving jig to be held, and the metal fitting fitted and inserted in the insertion pipe is pushed and moved in the axial direction by another pushing jig so as to be pushed and fitted into the flare portion of the insertion pipe to be inserted into both pipes. 3. A copper pipe into which a mouth end portion of one copper pipe is flared, and another copper pipe is inserted as the insertion pipe, and the flare portion has a wall thickness of a certain value or more, and A cylindrical metal having a length approximately equal to the diameter of the insertion tube, one end forming a step portion having a diameter smaller than the central portion inner diameter, and the difference between the step portion and the central portion inner diameter is large. The tapered wall has a diameter that allows the insertion tube to be inserted therein, and the other end has a radius whose inner mouth end is shorter than the wall thickness dimension, and the inside diameter of the taper decreases from the radius portion toward the axial direction. A joint structure for a copper pipe, characterized in that a metal fitting for forming a wall surface is formed so as to follow the inner diameter wall surface of the central portion, and the insertion pipe and the inserted pipe are bonded by the metal fitting.
