によって作動する構造である。落下停止までにタイムラ
グがあり、構造的にも仮設装置としてふさわしいとは言
えなかった。もっと簡単な構造で適確に作用するものへ
の要望があった。

に強度の弱いものとし、ケージ吊下ロープが破断した一
瞬、このレバ吊下ロープも同時に破断するようにしてお
