In this case, since it is necessary to carry out repair work without interrupting the transportation of the fluid in the pipe such as gas, conventionally, the repair work was carried out by the following procedure. That is, as shown in FIG. 3, first, branch saddles 3 and 4 are connected to the upstream side and the downstream side of the synthetic resin pipe 2 in which defective portions such as pinholes and dents are generated, and the branch saddles 3 and 4 are bypassed. Connect with tube 5.

Next, the synthetic resin pipe 2 is closed by squeezing between the branch saddles 3 and 4 and the defective portion with the clamps 6 and 7, and the both sides of the defective portion are cut at the positions A and B, and then this cutting is performed. A joint is fusion-bonded to one end of the synthetic resin pipe 2 and the joint is connected to the other end of the synthetic resin pipe 2 using a mechanical joint. Then, the clamps 6 and 7 are removed, and the branch saddles 3 and 4 are removed.
The bypass pipe 5 is closed at the respective positions close to, and the bypass pipe 5 is cut off at the position outside thereof.

(Means for Solving the Problems) A repair member of the present invention is to embed a heating wire at a predetermined interval along a concave curved surface of a synthetic resin plate material that is curved as desired, and also to a central portion from an outer peripheral edge portion of the plate material. The burial position of the heating wire becomes deeper as it gets closer to.

Further, the heating wire is deeper in the buried position as it approaches the center from the outer peripheral edge of the plate material, so when the heating wire is heated by setting it so that the defective portion is located in the center part of the plate material. The heating wire is not exposed on the concave curved surface and does not come into contact with the defective portion.

In the repair member 1 of the present invention, a rectangular or circular synthetic resin plate material 11 is curved so as to match the outer peripheral surface of the synthetic resin pipe 2 requiring repair, and a nichrome wire or the like is formed along the concave curved surface. The heating wire 12 is embedded at a predetermined interval.
When the synthetic resin tube 2 is made of medium density polyethylene resin, a plate material 11 made of medium density polyethylene resin is used, or a medium density polyethylene layer is formed on the concave curved surface of the polyethylene resin plate material 11, The heating wire 12 may be embedded in the layer.

When embedding the heating wire 12 along the concave curved surface of the plate material 11 at a predetermined interval, for example, a method of continuously spirally winding from the outer peripheral edge portion to the central portion of the plate material 11, one opposite side edge of the plate material 11 It is conceivable to alternately fold back the other part and the other side edge part, but in any case, the heating wire 12 is buried as the plate material 11 approaches from the outer peripheral edge part to the center part. It is important to set the position deep. When the heating wire 12 is buried deeper toward the center of the plate material 11 as described above, the plate material 11 is heated when the heating wire 12 is energized to generate heat.
The heating wire 12 is not exposed from the concave curved surface in the central part of the.

(Effect of the Invention) As described in detail above, in the repair member of the present invention, the heating wire is embedded in the concave curved surface of the synthetic resin plate material at a predetermined interval. Therefore, the repair member is pressed against the outer peripheral surface of the synthetic resin pipe to electrically Defects such as pinholes and dents can be easily repaired simply by energizing the hot wire. Further, since the heating wire is deeper in the buried position as it approaches the center from the outer peripheral edge of the plate, heat is generated when the defect is set in the center of the plate and fusion bonding is performed. The heating wire is not exposed on the concave curved surface. Therefore, there is no risk of causing a fire accident by igniting the gas or the like in the synthetic resin pipe from the heating wire that has generated heat.
