The object of the present invention is to effectively store, supply and stably hold equipment in a small space, to effectively use the space above and below the held equipment, and to move the equipment holding device to any location.
In particular, you want to keep the cooking utensils you use while cooking without soiling the surrounding area or the utensils themselves.
I want to reduce the cost burden.

An utensil holder is attached to the top of the jar to hold the utensil.

The tool holder is attached to the bottle by including a shape that fits over the mouth of the bottle.

The utensil holder is attached to a cap that fits over the mouth of the top of the bottle.

The equipment is held on a surface, two or more lines, three or more points, or a combination of these, of the equipment holding device.

The equipment is held with one portion of the equipment support under one member of the equipment support and another portion of the equipment support resting on another remote member of the equipment support.

An instrument having a hole or hook for hanging is hung by passing the hole or hook through the protruding thin rod of the instrument holding device of the present invention.

The implements are stored in an upper open receptacle of the implement holder of the present invention.

The tool holding device is provided with a rubber band storage section that stores a plurality of rubber bands and allows them to be removed at will.

An equipment retaining device holds the bag in its open position.

The equipment holding device has an electronic equipment holding section.

The implement is held on three or more upwardly extending projections of the implement holder of the present invention.

One end of the utensil is placed in a vessel, pot, frying pan, etc., and the other part of the utensil is held by leaning it against the indentation on the outer periphery of the utensil holder of the present invention.

The equipment is held by clipping it into the equipment holding device of the present invention.

A large portion of the underside of the utensil holder of the present invention, when removed from the bottle, lies in one plane with no portion projecting below that plane.

The part of the equipment holding device of the present invention that comes into contact with the equipment is provided with an anti-slip coating.

The tool holding device is attached to the top of the bottle at a high position, and the floor surface can be effectively used except for the bottom part of the bottle.
The bottle equipped with the tool holder can be moved and its location can be changed depending on the situation.
Bottles are discarded after the contents are used, so this is a way to make effective use of them.
Also, when filled with water, it becomes heavy and becomes a stable base, so multiple cooking utensils can be placed on it or multiple tiers can be stably held on it.
Moreover, there is a wide variety of bottles available, so you can choose the thickness, capacity, and height that suits you.

The shape of a cap that fits onto the mouth of the upper part of a bottle is included in the tool-holding device of the present invention, and when the tool-holding device is attached to the bottle in that shape, it can be firmly attached to the bottle.

When a tool holding device is attached to a cap that fits onto the mouth of the top of a bottle, it can be attached to many bottles since the caps have a relatively standardized external shape, and the user can freely select the bottle thickness, capacity, height, etc.
Furthermore, it is possible to avoid the need for a complicated shape and structure, such as forming a cap shape to seal the container without leaking.

The equipment can be easily held by placing it on a surface, two or more lines, three or more points, or a combination thereof, of the equipment holding device of the present invention.

When a part of an utensil is placed under a member of the utensil-holding device of the present invention and another part of the utensil is placed and held on another member of the utensil-holding device at a separate position, the force from the utensil applied to both members of the utensil-holding device of the present invention is greater than when the utensil is simply placed on the utensil, as the two members act like the fulcrum of a lever, making it less likely that the utensil will shift or fall off due to vibration, etc.
In this holding method, a couple of forces act on the tool holding device, but the weight of the bottle and its contents acts against the bottom of the bottle, making it less likely to tip over.
In addition, it can accommodate equipment that does not have a flat portion, does not have the holes or hooks described below, or has an inappropriate center of gravity, and can hold a wide range of equipment sizes.

When an implement having a hole or hook for hanging is hung through the hole or hook on the protruding thin rod of the implement holding device of the present invention, the implement becomes vertically long, its horizontal projection area is small, it is less likely to get in the way, and a relatively large amount of implement can be held stably.

When tools are placed in an upright, bottomed container of the tool holder of the present invention, they can be held simply and stably.
Furthermore, adding a lid or the like can prevent dirt from dust and steam, and also improve the appearance.

If the equipment holding device of the present invention is provided with a rubber band storage section that can store multiple rubber bands and remove them at will, it can be moved to any location, and the weight of the bottle and the water inside it will prevent the equipment holding device of the present invention from moving due to the force of pulling on the rubber bands, which is convenient.

When the tool holder of the present invention holds a bag with its mouth open, the user can use both hands to put items in and take items out of the bag without having to use his or her hands. Also, if a mechanism for closing the mouth is provided, the user can use both hands to operate the device.
When items are placed inside the bag, the weight is increased, and even during the aforementioned closing process, the weight of the bottle and the water inside keeps the bag stable.

When an electronic tool is held by the tool holder of the present invention and used at the height of the top of the bottle, it is possible to prevent the user's line of sight from being directed upward, which can lead to hunched back, straight neck, myopia, etc.
When working standing up, such as when cooking, electronic utensils on the floor are far away from the eyes and difficult to see, but with the utensil holding device of the present invention, they can be used at a high position, which is convenient when working while looking at a recipe, etc.
Of course, the tool holder of the present invention can be removed from the bottle and placed on the floor for use as a standard electronic tool holder.
The tool holder of the present invention can be realized at low cost by simply drilling a hole in the center of a floor-standing base of a normal electronic tool holder for fitting a bottle cap therein.

Pot lids get dirty underneath as ingredients and steam get on them when placed upright; they have handles and knobs, and when placed upside down on the floor they are unstable and take up a large flat surface. Moreover, since they are opened and closed frequently, it is often difficult to find a place to put them.
However, if the equipment is held on three or more protrusions extending upward from the equipment-holding device of the present invention, it can be placed stably above the equipment-holding device.
It does not interfere with the use of the equipment holding device in general and does not soil other parts.

When one end of a utensil is placed inside a vessel, pot, frying pan, etc. and the other part is held against the indented portion on the outer side of the utensil holding device of the present invention, it is convenient when frequently stirring the contents with the utensil, the end with the mixed ingredients can be kept inside the vessel, pot, frying pan, etc., the gripping part is in a position suitable for reuse, and the utensil is away from the fire to prevent it from overheating or catching fire.

If the holding mechanism of the equipment holding device of the present invention is a clip, the elastic force of the clip can firmly hold the equipment.

When removed from the bottle, most of the underside of the tool holder of the present invention is on a single plane, with no parts protruding below that plane, so that the tool holder of the present invention can be placed stably on the floor and used on a flat floor.

By providing an anti-slip material to the portion of the equipment holding device of the present invention that comes into contact with the equipment, it is possible to prevent the equipment from slipping or falling off.

Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a utensil holding device 1 according to the present invention in use, with the inner shape of a cap attached to the upper opening of a bottle 2 located approximately in the center and firmly attached to the bottle.
The inner shape 30 of this cap is shown in FIG.
The method of attachment to the bottle may be by attaching to a cap 40 that fits onto the mouth of the bottle as shown in Figs.

The measuring spoon 6 is placed on the upper flat portion 77 of the utensil holding device 1 of the present invention.
The cooking chopsticks 7 are placed on the horizontal bars 11 and 12 of the utensil holding device 1 of the present invention.
This method makes it easier to grasp the center of the tool and get your fingers underneath to pick it up or put it down, rather than placing it on a flat surface.
In FIG. 2, the ladle 21 is placed in the same manner.

In FIG. 1, the tip of the handle of ladle 8 is placed under cross bar 14 of tool holding device 1 of the present invention, and the central portion of ladle 8 is placed on cross bar 13 and held thereon.
This method is also suitable for holding objects that are small, have an uneven center of gravity, or are shaped in a way that makes them unsuitable for carrying.
Moreover, the contact pressure of the ladle 8 against the horizontal bars 13, 14 becomes greater than its own weight, unlike when it is simply placed on the table, and falling off due to vibration or the like can be prevented.
Furthermore, the couple of forces acting on the equipment holding device 1 at this time will tend to tip the holding device over, but this can be easily prevented by putting water in the bottle to give it weight.
In addition, in FIG. 3, a small utensil, a spoon 31, is held in a similar manner.

A turner 10, which is a tool with a hole 9 at the tip of the grip, is hung and held through the protruding thin rod 34 of the tool holder 1 of the present invention. Many kitchen tools have holes or hooks for hanging, and are often stored by hanging them on a wall with a protruding thin rod. With the present invention, the bottle 2 can be moved to a different location for use, and the protruding thin rod 33 can be provided three-dimensionally around the bottle, rather than being arranged on a wall. If the protruding thin rod 33 is provided on the base 70 as shown in Figure 2, tools of an appropriate length can be hung depending on the height of the bottle. If the protruding thin rod 34 is provided in the middle of the upwardly extending protrusions 84, 85, longer tools can be hung.

The upper open container 27, which is a square tube with a bottom, stores small, thin toothpicks 28. Of course, the size can be changed to hold bamboo skewers, chopsticks, spoons, etc. upright, or it can be expanded flat to hold them horizontally, and can store and hold utensils of many shapes.
A lid can also be attached to protect the contents.

In FIG. 2, cooking chopsticks 22 are inserted into a pot 23 during cooking, and the upper part of the cooking chopsticks 22 is held against the side of the horizontal bar 13 of the utensil holding device 1 of the present invention.
An extended side wall 71 of a base 70 to which the horizontal bar 13 is attached and a rubber band storage body 24 at the tip of the horizontal bar 13 protrude from the horizontal bar 13, forming an indented part 74 as a horizontal surface, which prevents the cooking chopsticks 22 from sliding sideways and falling off.
When stirring ingredients in a pot or doing other work, the chopsticks 22 can be leaned against the utensil holder 1 of the present invention as shown in the figure, and the chopsticks 22 are held in almost the same position and angle as when held in the hand. Therefore, they can be quickly grabbed and returned to their usable state, and the process can be repeated.
Also, because the chopsticks 22 are away from the flames of heat, they will not burn or scorch. Unlike placing the chopsticks 22 in other places, the tips of the chopsticks 22 will not become unsanitary and will not soil the place where they are placed.
The chopsticks 22 can be similarly hung and held in the same manner by the indentation 75 formed by the base 70, the extended side wall 71 and the other extended side wall 72, and by the indentation 76 formed by the extended side wall 72, the other cross bar 11 and the anti-fall-off plate 73 at its tip.
Of course, just like chopsticks, ladles and turners can also be held in this same leaning manner.

The rubber band storage section 24 holds the rubber band 25 and can be taken out as needed. When taking out the rubber band, the rubber band is pulled, but it does not move due to the weight of the bottle 2 and the water contained therein, and it can be moved and placed near the place where it is used, which is very convenient.

In FIG. 4, a ring 41 having a circular hole that fits snugly onto a plastic bottle cap 40 is joined to a substantially circular plastic bag retaining ring 42 .
The plastic bag holding ring 42 has hinges 44, 44 at a position dividing the ring into almost two equal parts, and the front half ring 43 can rotate to positions 45, 46 and 47, so that the plastic bag holding ring 43 can be opened at position 45 and closed at position 47.
If the plastic bag 49 is hung on the plastic bag holding ring 42 and the elastic string 53 is hung on it, the plastic bag 49 will not easily come off. Furthermore, the elastic string 53 will remain in a stable position by the elastic string drop-out prevention piece 54 so that it will not come off vertically.
The plastic bag holding ring 42 is maintained in the maximum open state by the restricting pieces 51 and 52 so as not to rotate downward beyond the 45 position.
Plastic bags are convenient and often used as garbage bins. This method is very convenient because it can be kept open above the floor and can be frequently closed to prevent odors or for aesthetic reasons, and the location of the bag can be changed. It is also stable due to the weight of the bottle and its contents.

The electronic tool holder 60 is integrally assembled to a base 61 via an angle-changing hinge 62 .
In FIG. 5-1, a hole 64 is provided in the center of the base 61 to fit into the cap 40 of the bottle 2, and the base 61 is firmly attached to the bottle via the cap 40.
The electronic tool holder 60 is held at a high position by the length of the bottle, so that the user can see the electronic tool 63 at a high position.
In recent years, the use of electronic devices has led to serious problems such as hunched backs, straight necks, myopia, and stiff shoulders due to the need to view them from a low position.
This method of use also improves the drawback of being difficult to see when viewing electronic equipment while standing, such as while cooking, because the equipment is placed on the floor and far away from the eyes.
The method of use shown in Figure 5-1 allows the height to be changed depending on the type of bottle 2, the bottle is stabilized by the weight of the water put in, it is easy to move the bottle to another position, and requires less floor space.
When it is desired to use the electronic equipment in the normal position, it can be simply removed from the cap 40 and placed on the floor. Since the conventional electronic equipment holder is simply provided with a hole 64 into which the cap 40 fits, the manufacturing is easy and there is no cost involved.
This electronic tool holder can be combined with other tool holders, and can have an internal shape of a cap (shown as 30 in FIG. 3) that fits over the top opening of bottle 2, allowing it to be firmly attached to the bottle.

When cooking, pot lids are often removed and then replaced. When removed, the lid is usually placed near the range, but since water droplets from the steam drip from the pot, it is often turned upside down and placed horizontally.
Around the range during cooking, there are ingredients before and after heating, seasonings, serving utensils, and various other utensils, and there is very little space to store them. In addition, pot lids are unstable and easy to fall over when turned upside down, and they take up a large area.
A pot lid 16 can be placed upside down on three projections 83, 84, and 85 extending upward from the utensil holding device 1 of the present invention.
The pot lid 16 can be stably held at three points by draining the water off the pot and placing it upside down on the projections 83, 84, and 85 with the hand holding it facing down.
Since the space between the projections 84 and 85 is wide, it is easy to insert and remove the hand holding the inverted pot lid 16.
The tip of the projection is positioned at the center of the bottle, so that the center of gravity of the pot lid 16 placed on it is above the center of the bottom of the bottle 2. The bottle 2 is filled with water and has weight, so it is very stable.
Although the pot lid has a large horizontal area, the length of the projections allows it to be held at a high position above the base 70 of the utensil holding device 1, so there is no hindrance to the operation of utensils held below. Furthermore, the pot lid and the utensils held below it are all in the air, and only the bottom of the bottle occupies the floor, so they rarely get in the way.
In FIG. 1, the three projections 83, 84, and 85 are made separately from the main body and are inserted into holes in the main body from above to be integrated therewith.
By making the protrusions separate, the product package can be made smaller, reducing the storage volume, saving on shipping costs, reducing the display space required in stores, and facilitating injection molding.
Also, if the lid is not held, this protrusion may not be attached.
Since the projection extends upward, providing the protruding thin rod 34 above it is advantageous in that even if a long tool is hung, it will not touch the floor.
In FIG. 3, projections 83, 84 are made integral with the body.

A clip 80 is attached via a hinge 81 to the fall prevention wall 73 at the tip of the horizontal bar 11 in FIG.
The clip 80 is useful for holding thin and small objects such as a kitchen timer, memo paper, or a dish towel.
The clip shape allows you to hold smartphones, calculators, etc.
When the tool is secured to the clip, there is no risk of the tool falling off when the tool-holding device of the present invention is moved or subjected to vibration.

When the utensil holder of the present invention is removed from the bottle or bottle cap and placed on the floor as shown in FIG. 5-2, most of the underside of base 61 is on one plane and no part protrudes below that plane, so it will not become unstable.

Protrusion tips 86, 87, and 88 of protrusions 83, 84, and 85 extending upward in FIG. 2 are coated with a material having a high coefficient of friction.
This is to prevent any equipment placed on top from slipping off.
Portions that come into contact with other equipment can also be similarly treated with anti-slip material.
