Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to interior materials for vehicles.
Interior materials that constitute the ceiling of vehicles such as automobiles are provided with various functional parts such as sun visors, mirrors, lighting devices, etc. as shown in
As shown in
The present invention was made in view of such circumstances, and it is possible to realize a vehicle ceiling equipped with various functional parts with simple work, and to improve the design while ensuring rigidity. Our objective is to provide interior materials for vehicles.
In order to solve the above problems, the vehicle interior material of the present invention includes:
A first ceiling material that is the main body that covers the roof panel,
a second ceiling material adjacent to the first ceiling material and covering a portion of the roof panel including the outer edge;
Equipped with
The second ceiling material is characterized in that it supports the first ceiling material by being superimposed on the edge of the first ceiling material from below.
In the vehicle interior material disclosed in the present application, at least a part of the outer edge of the roof panel is constituted by a second ceiling material that is a separate member from the first ceiling material, and various types of materials are used for the second ceiling material. It can be attached to the roof panel with the functional parts assembled. That is, it is desirable that the second ceiling material has higher rigidity than the first ceiling material. For example, the first ceiling material may be formed by press molding like a general ceiling material, and the second ceiling material may be formed from thermoplastic resin by injection molding. If the second ceiling material is formed by injection molding, a detailed design can be realized and the design quality of the ceiling can be improved. Further, even if various functional parts are provided, if the second ceiling material has a sense of unity, the design can be further improved.
In the vehicle interior material disclosed in this application, the second ceiling material may be provided at any outer edge of the ceiling. For example, in the case of a car, the second ceiling material may extend in the vehicle width direction between the front end of the ceiling, that is, the front window and the first ceiling material, or the end portion in the vehicle width direction, that is, between the side door and the first ceiling material. 1 and the ceiling material. Further, when a door for getting on and off is provided on the side of the vehicle, such as a bus or a train, the second ceiling material can be provided above the door for getting on and off.
In the above configuration, the second ceiling material extends in the width direction of the vehicle between the first ceiling material and the front window, covers the inside of the vehicle interior at the front end of the roof panel, and is mounted with various functional components. The configuration may be such that it constitutes an overhead module.
In the vehicle interior material having this configuration, the second ceiling material is provided at the front end of the ceiling. Various functional parts, such as a sun visor, a rearview mirror, and a map lamp, are mounted on the front end of the ceiling of a vehicle. According to the vehicle interior material having this configuration, there is a high degree of freedom in arranging these functional parts, and it is possible to arrange them at appropriate positions, and it is possible to improve the design. In addition, when a vehicle interior material with this configuration is adopted in a general vehicle, the separation between the first ceiling material and the second ceiling material is located at a point lowered rearward from the upper edge of the front window. , it is possible to make it difficult for passengers seated in the driver's seat or the front passenger seat to see, and it is possible to suppress deterioration in design quality.
In the above configuration, the second ceiling material includes an overhead module part that covers the inside of the vehicle at the front end of the roof panel, and a pillar garnish part that covers the inside of the vehicle in the front pillar panel of the vehicle; The pillar garnish portion may be configured to form a continuous design with respect to the overhead module portion.
Generally, the upper end of the pillar garnish comes into contact with the ceiling material, and the parting is visible to the occupants, which is a factor in deteriorating the design. The vehicle interior material with this configuration has a configuration in which the overhead module and the pillar garnish are actually integrally formed, or can be visually recognized as if they are integral, so that the design can be improved. I can do it. Note that the vehicle interior material having this structure may have a structure in which the overhead module and the pillar garnish are integrally formed, or may have a structure in which the overhead module part and the pillar garnish part are separate members, or the overhead module part and the pillar garnish part may be formed as separate members. The structure may be such that the pillar garnish is divided into two parts, and a part of the overhead module part and the pillar garnish part are integrally formed.
In the above configuration, of the first ceiling material and the second ceiling material, at least the first ceiling material includes a porous material, and the second ceiling material is compared to the first ceiling material. It is possible to obtain a structure in which the porosity is low.
In the vehicle interior material having this configuration, the porosity is, for example, the ratio of the volume of pores to the total volume. Note that the first ceiling material includes a material having a porosity of approximately 0, that is, a material not using a porous material. Therefore, the second ceiling material has higher rigidity than the first ceiling material, and is suitable for assembling functional parts.
The above configuration may include a drawer member that is accommodated on the back side of the second ceiling material and can be pulled out from a position where it separates from the first ceiling material.
The interior material for a vehicle having this structure has a structure in which functional parts are provided using the separation between the two ceiling materials. Examples of the "drawer member" in the vehicle interior material having this configuration include a card holder, an assist grip, etc., which will be described later. According to the vehicle interior material having this configuration, it is possible to make the drawer member difficult to visually recognize when the passenger is looking forward, and it is possible to suppress deterioration in design.
In the above configuration, the second ceiling material is continuous with a pillar garnish part that covers the inside of the vehicle interior of the front pillar panel of the vehicle, and an upper end of the pillar garnish part, extends rearward, and is part of the roof panel. a rearward extending portion that covers the rearward extending portion, and the drawer member is an assist grip that can be grasped by an occupant, and may be configured to be able to be pulled out from the rear end of the rearward extending portion. can.
The vehicle interior material having this configuration is configured to accommodate the assist grip. Generally, there are assist grips that are fixed, or extendable or rotatable so that they can be stored. In either case, the presence on the ceiling is large and is a factor that reduces the design quality. In the vehicle interior material having this configuration, the assist grip can be stored on the back side of the second ceiling material when not in use, so that deterioration in design can be suppressed.
In the above structure, the assist grip is mainly composed of a flexible band-shaped band member, and the band member is folded in the middle, and the folded part, which is the folded part, faces rearward. The folding portion may be housed in the rear extension portion in a protruding state, and the folded portion may be configured to be able to be pulled out rearward.
Since the vehicle interior material with this configuration uses a band-shaped member as the assist grip, it is small in thickness, and the assist grip can be stored without securing a large space on the back side of the second ceiling material. .
According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a vehicle interior material that can realize a vehicle ceiling provided with various functional parts with a simple operation and that can improve design while ensuring rigidity.
<
The vehicle interior material according to the first embodiment of the present invention is a
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the
The
The
The module
Further, the pair of
Note that the
Next, the
The
The
When the
As shown in FIG. 4, a
Next, a description will be given of the
The
The

The
Further, the
Further, the light in the first emission state from the
The
Next, the
As shown in FIGS. 10 and 11, the
With this configuration, when the occupant pinches the
The
As described above, according to the
<Embodiment 2>
Similarly to the first embodiment, the vehicle interior material according to the second embodiment is a vehicle
The
The extending
A
Further, in this embodiment, as in the first embodiment, the
