Claims (12)
- 本体と、
前記本体に脱着可能に結合され、エアロゾル生成物質を保有するカートリッジと、
前記カートリッジに配置され、他面に配置される電極を含み、一面と他面に電極を含み、エアロゾル生成物質を振動させる超音波振動子と、を含み、
前記電極は、前記超音波振動子に蒸着される、エアロゾル生成装置。 - 前記電極の厚さは、0.5μm~5μmである、請求項1に記載のエアロゾル生成装置。
- 前記電極は、
前記超音波振動子の第1面に配置される第1電極と、
前記超音波振動子の第2面に配置される第2電極と、を含み、
前記第1電極と前記第2電極は、互いに電気的に絶縁される、請求項1に記載のエアロゾル生成装置。 - 前記第1電極は、前記超音波振動子の側面(side surface)の少なくとも一部を覆いつつ、前記第1面から前記第2面に延び、前記第1電極は、前記第2面に配置される前記第2電極と離隔され、前記第1電極と前記第2電極は、電気的に絶縁される、請求項3に記載のエアロゾル生成装置。
- バッテリは、前記超音波振動子の前記第2面に蒸着された前記第1電極及び前記第2電極と電気的に連結される、請求項4に記載のエアロゾル生成装置。
- 前記第1電極は、前記超音波振動子の側面(side surface)の少なくとも一部を覆いつつ、前記第1面から前記第2面に延び、
前記超音波振動子は、前記側面から前記第2面に延び、前記第1電極が前記第2電極から電気的に絶縁されるように前記第2面の前記第1電極と前記第2電極との間に配置される絶縁体を含む、請求項3に記載のエアロゾル生成装置。 - 前記超音波振動子の前記第2面上で、前記絶縁体の面積は、前記第1電極の面積と同じであるか、あるいはそれよりも広い、請求項6に記載のエアロゾル生成装置。
- 前記カートリッジは、前記超音波振動子を前記カートリッジの内部に固定する固定部材を含み、
前記固定部材は、長手方向に延びる中空及び前記中空に交差する方向に陥没されて前記超音波振動子の少なくとも一部が挿入される挿入部を含む、請求項1に記載のエアロゾル生成装置。 - 前記電極は、第1電極及び第2電極を含み、
前記第1電極は、前記超音波振動子の第1面に蒸着され、前記超音波振動子の側面を覆いつつ、前記超音波振動子の第2面に延び、
前記カートリッジの側面視において、前記第2面上の前記第1電極の長さは、前記挿入部の長さよりも長く、前記超音波振動子の一部が前記挿入部に挿入されるとき、前記第2面上の前記第1電極が前記中空に露出され、
前記第2電極は、前記超音波振動子の前記第2面に蒸着されるが、前記第1電極と電気的に絶縁される、請求項8に記載のエアロゾル生成装置。 - 前記中空の直径は、前記超音波振動子の直径よりも小径である、 請求項8に記載のエアロゾル生成装置。
- 本体と、
前記本体に脱着可能に結合され、エアロゾル生成物質を保有するカートリッジと、
前記カートリッジに配置され、前記エアロゾル生成物質を振動させる超音波振動子と、
前記超音波振動子の第1面及び第2面に蒸着された第1電極と、
前記超音波振動子の前記第2面に蒸着された第2電極と、を含む、エアロゾル生成装置。 - 前記第1電極は、前記超音波振動子の側面を覆いつつ、前記第1面から前記第2面に延び、前記第2電極は、前記第1電極が前記第1電極と電気的に絶縁されるように前記第1電極から離隔される、請求項11に記載のエアロゾル生成装置。
