Claims (10)
- 複数のバッテリーセルが積層されるバッテリーセル積層体と、
前記複数のバッテリーセルにそれぞれ備えられた電極リードが結合されるバスバーと、
前記バッテリーセル積層体が収納されるカバーとを含むバッテリーモジュールであって、
前記バスバーは、前記バスバーの少なくとも一部が前記電極リードの上面に接触するように設けられる、バッテリーモジュール。 - 前記バスバーは、
前記電極リードの側面に接触する第1部材と、
前記電極リードの上面に接触する第2部材とを含む、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記第1部材は、正極リードと負極リードとの間に配置され、前記第2部材は、前記第1部材から前記正極リード及び前記負極リードに向かってそれぞれ延びる、請求項2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記バスバーは、全体的にT字状に形成される、請求項3に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記バスバーの前記第2部材が前記電極リードの上部に載せられた状態でレーザー溶接で接合される、請求項3又は4に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記正極リードはアルミニウム材質から製作され、前記負極リードは銅材質から製作され、
前記バスバーは、アルミニウム材質から製作され、前記レーザー溶接時に前記アルミニウム材質のバスバーが溶融して異種材質である銅材質の電極リードと接合される、請求項5に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記カバーには、前記電極リードが突出するように挿入開口が形成された支持フレームが備えられ、
前記バスバーは、前記支持フレームとの間に緩衝空間が形成されるように配置される、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記緩衝空間は、前記バッテリーセルで発生する引張力に対する緩衝のため前記バスバーの下側に形成されている、請求項7に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュールを含むバッテリーパック。
- 請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュールを含む自動車。
