Abstract
Description
複数の電池セルと、
複数の電池セルのうちのいずれか一つ以上の温度を測定するように構成された温度センサと、
複数の電池セルを内部に収容するように構成され、温度センサを収容するように凹んだ空間が設けられた収容部を備えるモジュールケースと、
収容部の凹んだ空間に挿入されて凹んだ空間の少なくとも一部を満たす大きさを有し、温度センサを支持するように構成されたホルダーと、を含む。
温度センサの少なくとも一部が挿入されて固定されるように、本体の一部が凹んだ挿入溝を備え得る。
挿入溝の一部に、接着剤が流れ込むように、温度センサと離隔した空間を形成するように構成された切欠が備えられ得る。
接着剤の一部がホルダーの内部に流れ込むように、内側に貫通した貫通孔を備え得る。
弾性復元可能な素材を含み、
収容部の凹んだ空間に圧着された状態で挿入された後、弾性復元力によって温度センサを電池セルに向かって押し付けるように構成され得る。
ホルダーは、固定リブが挿入されるように、一部が固定リブと対応する大きさで凹んだ固定溝を備え得る。
本発明のバッテリーパックは、モジュールケースの内部に総84個の円筒型電池セルが収容されている。このような84個の円筒型電池セルは、電気的に直列で接続された14個の円筒型電池セルを一つのグループにして、6個のグループが電気的に並列で接続されている。このようなモジュールケースに収容された電池セルのうち、モジュールケースの内部温度を確認するため、モジュールケースの中央、外郭などに位置した20個の電池セルの温度を温度測定機(thermal coupler)を用いて直接測定した。測定された温度の最高値と平均値を図9のグラフに示した。
比較例1と同じバッテリーパックの収容部に、ホルダーなしに温度センサ(NTC thermistor)を挿入した後、温度センサを通じて測定される電池セルの温度をBMSを通じて算定した。測定された温度を図9のグラフに示した。
比較例1と同じバッテリーパックの収容部に、温度センサ(NTC thermistor)を固定したホルダーを、温度センサが円筒型電池セルの外面に密着するように挿入した後、温度センサを通じて測定される電池セルの温度をBMSを通じて算定した。測定された温度を図9のグラフに示した。

Claims (10)
- 複数の電池セルと、
前記複数の電池セルのうちのいずれか一つ以上の温度を測定するように構成された温度センサと、
前記複数の電池セルを内部に収容するように構成されており、前記温度センサを収容するように凹んだ空間が設けられた収容部を備えるモジュールケースと、
前記収容部の凹んだ空間に挿入されて前記凹んだ空間の少なくとも一部を満たす大きさを有し、前記温度センサを支持するように構成されたホルダーと、
を含む、バッテリーパック。 - 前記ホルダーは、
前記温度センサの少なくとも一部が挿入されて固定されるように、本体の一部が凹んだ挿入溝を備える、請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記収容部の凹んだ空間に充填されるように構成された接着剤をさらに含む、請求項2に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記ホルダーは、
前記挿入溝の一部に、前記接着剤が流れ込むように、前記温度センサと離隔した空間を形成するように構成された切欠が備えられる、請求項3に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記ホルダーは、

弾性復元可能な素材を含み、
前記収容部の凹んだ空間に圧着された状態で挿入された後、弾性復元力によって前記温度センサを前記電池セルに向かって押し付けるように構成されている、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記収容部は、前記ホルダーの位置をガイドするように突出した固定リブを備え、
前記ホルダーは、前記固定リブが挿入されるように、一部が前記固定リブと対応する大きさで凹んだ固定溝を備える、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記固定リブは、前記ホルダーの一部を加圧することで、前記ホルダーに固定された前記温度センサが前記電池セルに密着するように前記温度センサに向かって突出している、請求項7に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパックを少なくとも一つ含む、電子デバイス。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパックを少なくとも一つ含む、自動車。
