Embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. Note that the present invention is not limited to the following embodiments.
As shown in FIG. 1, the
When moisture absorption occurs in the lamp, the air inside the lamp is warmed by solar radiation to the lamp or lighting of the lamp, and moisture is released into the air. If the interior of the lamp is rapidly cooled down in such a state, dew condensation may occur inside the lamp, and fogging may occur on the inner surface of the light transmitting member, which is a member that transmits light from the light source in the lamp. For example, events such as car washes and rain can cause the interior of the lamp to cool rapidly. If a phenomenon such as a large area of fogging on the inner surface of the light-transmitting member or a continued fogging on the inner surface of the light-transmitting member for a long period of time occurs, user dissatisfaction may increase. On the other hand, according to the
As shown in FIG. 1, the
As shown in FIG. 1, in the
The
As shown in FIG. 1, the
The
The ventilation membrane may be a single layer membrane or a multilayer membrane. When the gas permeable membrane is a multilayer membrane, each layer may be one selected from the group consisting of a porous membrane, a nonwoven fabric, a cloth, and a mesh. The ventilation membrane may desirably include a porous membrane and a nonwoven fabric, and may include at least one of cloth and mesh and the porous membrane, or may include a plurality of nonwoven fabrics. The gas permeable membrane is typically made of an organic polymer (resin). The material of the porous membrane is, for example, fluororesin. As the fluororesin, for example, polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), polychlorotrifluoroethylene, tetrafluoroethylene-hexafluoropropylene copolymer, or tetrafluoroethylene-ethylene copolymer can be used. Materials for nonwovens, cloths, and meshes are, for example, polyesters such as polyethylene terephthalate, polyolefins such as polyethylene and polypropylene, nylon, aramid, or ethylene vinyl acetate copolymers.
The vent membrane includes, for example, an expanded PTFE porous membrane. In this case, the expanded porous PTFE membrane may be laminated to a breathable support material such as a nonwoven fabric.
The gas permeable membrane may be subjected to liquid repellent treatment, if necessary. The liquid-repellent treatment is performed, for example, by forming a liquid-repellent film containing a fluorine-based surface modifier having a perfluoroalkyl group on the ventilation membrane. Formation of the liquid-repellent film is not particularly limited, but for example, by a method such as an air spray method, an electrostatic spray method, a dip coating method, a spin coating method, a roll coating method, a curtain flow coating method, or an impregnation method. This is done by coating a porous resin membrane with a solution or dispersion of a fluorine-based surface modifier having perfluoroalkyl groups. Further, a liquid-repellent film may be formed by an electrodeposition coating method or a plasma polymerization method.
The
The arrangement of the
The
The
The

The temperature of the lens surface of each lamp unit rises from the start of lighting of the 8 beam lamps, and the temperature of the lens surface of each lamp unit is maintained at approximately 40 to 60 degrees Celsius approximately 60 minutes after the start of lighting of the 8 beam lamps. Ta. Note that as long as each lamp unit is warmed in this manner, each lamp unit may be warmed by a method other than the method using a beam lamp in evaluating ventilation performance.
When evaluating ventilation performance using the lamp unit according to each example, the pump in the lamp unit was started at the timing when the power of the beam lamp was turned off in order to turn off the beam lamp. At a predetermined timing after the power of the beam lamp was turned off, water was sprayed onto the surface of the lens of each lamp unit for 90 seconds. The temperature of the water used for water spraying was about 11°C. After the water spray was finished, the presence or absence of cloudiness on the lens surface was checked, and if cloudiness was confirmed, the time T required for the cloudiness to disappear was measured. Note that if there was no clouding, the time was determined to be 0 minutes. In the pump unit according to each example, the pump was started at the timing when the power of the beam lamp was turned off, and the pump was operated according to Pattern I or Pattern II below. The pressure p inside the lamp unit housing during pump operation was read from a pressure gauge. Pressure p is gauge pressure. Pump unit used for each evaluation, pump operation pattern, pressure inside the lamp unit housing p [kPa] during pump operation, pump discharge time t [seconds], and time required until fogging disappears. Table 1 shows T [minutes]. FIG. 8 shows the relationship between the time T required for clouding to disappear in each evaluation and the value of 1000·p·t·P·A/V.
Pattern I: Before discharging water, the pump is operated for a predetermined discharge time t, and the pump is stopped immediately before the start of discharging water.
Pattern II: The pump is operated even when water is being sprayed, and the pump is stopped after 1 minute has elapsed from the start of water spraying.
As shown in Table 1, the time T in the evaluation of ventilation performance using the pump units according to each example (evaluation No. 1 to 14) is the same as the time T in the evaluation of ventilation performance using the pump units according to comparative examples 1 to 3 ( It was shorter than the time T in evaluation Nos. 15 to 17). Therefore, it is understood that the pump units according to each example can exhibit better ventilation performance than the pump units according to comparative examples 1 to 3.
According to Figure 8, it is understood that if the condition of 1000 p t P A/V ≧ 3.0 is satisfied, fogging will not occur or the fogging on the lens surface will be cleared in a shorter time. be done.
