殺菌力評価は、Time-Kill試験にて行った。すなわち、予め25℃の恒温器に保存した実施例および比較例の各殺菌剤組成物19.8mLを滅菌バイアル瓶にとり、これに前培養した試験菌液を1%量(0.2mL)接種した。接種したのち、30秒後にその1mLを採取し、LP希釈液9mLで希釈した。この希釈液をさらに段階希釈し、寒天平板混釈法により生菌数を測定し、下記評価基準により評価した。結果は、表1~2中に示した。なお、試験菌は、C.xerosis(NBRC16721)を用い、初期の生菌数は表1~2中に示した。

Bactericidal activity was evaluated using a Time-Kill test. That is, 19.8 mL of each of the disinfectant compositions of Examples and Comparative Examples, which had been previously stored in a thermostat at 25°C, was placed in a sterile vial, and 1% amount (0.2 mL) of the pre-cultured test bacterial solution was inoculated thereto. . After inoculation, 1 mL of the inoculation was collected 30 seconds later and diluted with 9 mL of LP diluent. This diluted solution was further serially diluted, and the number of viable bacteria was measured by the agar plate pouring method, and evaluated according to the following evaluation criteria. The results are shown in Tables 1 and 2. The test bacteria were C. xerosis (NBRC16721), and the initial number of viable bacteria is shown in Tables 1 and 2.
