Description

The present invention relates to fibers used for hair decoration products such as wigs, hairpieces, braids, and hair extensions (hereinafter simply referred to as "artificial hair fibers"), fiber treatment agents, and methods for producing artificial hair fibers. .

Consumers who use headdress products do not wash their hair frequently, and odor components are generated when the scalp bacteria decompose the sebum on the scalp. Therefore, there is a need for the development of headdress products that have deodorizing effects.

In Patent Document 1, deodorizing properties are imparted to the wig by using paper threads having deodorizing properties in the base net of the wig.

However, in the technique of Patent Document 1, although the base net has a deodorizing effect, there is a problem in that the deodorizing effect on the hair portion is low.

The present invention has been made in view of these circumstances, and provides an artificial hair fiber having deodorizing performance.

1. Fiber for artificial hair The fiber for artificial hair according to one embodiment of the present invention includes polyvinyl chloride fiber, polyester fiber, and polyamide fiber. Artificial hair fibers are manufactured through a melt spinning process, a drawing process, and an annealing process. In the melt-spinning process, undrawn yarn is manufactured by melt-spinning the resin composition. Specifically, a single screw extruder, a twin screw extruder, a roll, a Banbury mixer, a kneader, etc. are used, and polyvinyl chloride resin, polyester resin, or polyamide resin, an antistatic agent, a heat stabilizer, a lubricant, Various additives such as flame retardants and ultraviolet absorbers are melt-kneaded and melt-spun using a known melt-spinning method to obtain an undrawn yarn. At this time, the fineness of the undrawn yarn is controlled by adjusting the take-up speed.

In the drawing step, a drawn thread is produced by drawing the undrawn thread at a draw ratio of 1.5 to 5.0 times. The stretching ratio is preferably 2.0 to 4.0 times. This is because as the stretching ratio increases, the strength of the fibers is more likely to develop, and as the stretching ratio decreases, thread breakage becomes less likely to occur during the stretching process.

The temperature during the stretching treatment is preferably 80 to 120°C. If the stretching temperature is lower than 80° C., the strength of the fibers will decrease and yarn breakage will occur easily. When the stretching temperature is higher than 120° C., the surface becomes smooth and the gloss becomes high.

In the annealing step, the drawn yarn is preferably heat treated at a heat treatment temperature of 100 to 200°C. This heat treatment can reduce the thermal shrinkage rate of the drawn yarn. The heat treatment can be performed continuously after the stretching treatment, or can be performed at intervals after the film is once wound up.

The single fineness of the artificial hair fiber is preferably 20 to 100 dtex, more preferably 35 to 80 dtex. In order to achieve this single fineness, it is preferable that the fineness of the fiber (undrawn yarn) immediately after the melt spinning process is 300 dtex or less. If the fineness of the undrawn yarn is small, the stretching ratio can be made small in order to obtain fine-grained artificial hair fibers, and it becomes difficult for the artificial hair fibers to become glossy after the drawing process.

The artificial hair fiber is preferably an artificial hair fiber formed from a vinyl chloride resin or an artificial hair fiber formed from a polyamide resin.
