The ionic compound is preferably solid at room temperature. Antistatic performance can be maintained for a long period of time as compared with the case of using an ionic compound that is liquid at room temperature. From the viewpoint of such long-term antistatic stability, the ionic compound preferably has a melting point of 30° C. or higher, more preferably 35° C. or higher. On the other hand, if the melting point is too high, the compatibility with the base polymer will be poor.

Among them, polyisocyanate compounds are preferred. The content of the cross-linking agent is usually 0.1 parts by mass or more and 1 part by mass or less with respect to 100 parts by mass of the resin (base polymer) contained in the first pressure-

The transparent conductive layer may be a transparent conductive layer made of metal oxide such as ITO, or a metal layer made of metal such as aluminum, copper, silver, gold, titanium or alloys thereof. The transparent electrode layer is formed by a sputtering method, a printing method, a vapor deposition method, or the like. A photosensitive resist is formed on the transparent electrode layer, and then an electrode pattern layer is formed by photolithography. As the photosensitive resist, a negative type photosensitive resist or a positive type photosensitive resist is used, and the photosensitive resist may remain or be removed after patterning. When the film is formed by the sputtering method, the electrode pattern layer can be formed by arranging a mask having an electrode pattern shape and performing sputtering.
The separation layer is a layer formed on a substrate such as glass to separate the transparent conductive layer formed on the separation layer from the substrate together with the separation layer. The separation layer is preferably an inorganic layer or an organic layer. Examples of materials for forming the inorganic layer include silicon oxide. Materials for forming the organic layer include, for example, (meth)acrylic resin compositions, epoxy resin compositions, and polyimide resin compositions. The separation layer can be formed by coating with a known coating method and curing with heat curing, UV curing, or a combination thereof.
A protective layer can be provided in contact with the transparent conductive layer to protect the conductive layer. The protective layer includes at least one of an organic insulating film and an inorganic insulating film, and these films can be formed by spin coating, sputtering, vapor deposition, or the like.
The insulating layer can be formed of, for example, an inorganic insulating material such as silicon oxide, or a transparent organic material such as (meth)acrylic resin. The insulating layer can be formed by thermal curing, UV curing, thermal drying, vacuum drying, or the like after application by a known coating method.
Base films for touch sensor panels include triacetyl cellulose, polyethylene terephthalate, cycloolefin polymer, polyethylene naphthalate, polyolefin, polycycloolefin, polycarbonate, polyethersulfone, polyarylate, polyimide, polyamide, polystyrene, and polynorbornene. A thermoplastic resin film is mentioned. Polyethylene terephthalate is preferably used from the viewpoint of easy formation of a base film having desired toughness. The thickness of the base film is preferably 50 µm or less, more preferably 30 µm or less, and usually 5 µm or more.
A touch sensor panel can be manufactured, for example, as follows. In the first method, first, a substrate film is laminated on a substrate via a bonding layer. A transparent conductive layer patterned by photolithography is formed on the base film. By applying heat, the substrate and the base film are separated to obtain a touch sensor panel composed of the transparent conductive layer and the base film. The substrate is not particularly limited as long as it maintains flatness and has heat resistance, but is preferably a glass substrate.
The second method is to first form an isolation layer on the substrate. A protective layer is formed on the separation layer, if necessary. A protective layer may be formed so that the protective layer is not formed on the portion where the pad pattern layer is formed. A photolithographically patterned transparent conductive layer is formed on the separation layer (or protective layer). An insulating layer is formed on the transparent conductive layer so as to bury the electrode pattern layer. A protective film is laminated on the insulating layer, and the insulating layer to the separation layer are transferred to the protective film to separate the substrate. By peeling off the protective film, a touch sensor panel having insulating layer/transparent conductive layer/(protective layer)/separation layer in this order is obtained.
The thickness of the touch sensor panel including the base film is, for example, 5 μm or more and 2000 μm or less, and may be 5 μm or more and 100 μm or less. The thickness of the touch sensor panel that does not include the base film is, for example, 0.5 μm or more and 10 μm or less, preferably 5 μm or less.
The circularly polarizing plate according to the present invention is highly effective in suppressing corrosion of metal electrodes and the like in a moist and hot environment. Therefore, in an image display device in which the circularly polarizing plate is laminated on an image display element, even if the circularly polarizing plate is in contact with the transparent conductive layer of the touch sensor panel, or the circularly polarizing plate and the touch sensor Corrosion of the transparent conductive layer is less likely to occur even when a layer (for example, protective layer, separation layer, etc.) interposed between the panel and the transparent conductive layer is thin.
EXAMPLES Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to examples and comparative examples, but the present invention is not limited to these examples.

(2) Content of antistatic agent in second adhesive layer after wet heat test Cut the optical laminate of the circularly polarizing plate into a size of 300 mm × 200 mm, and put an adhesive layer on the protective layer (HC layer). A test piece was obtained by bonding a non-alkali glass plate using a non-alkali glass plate and bonding a separate film on the second pressure-sensitive adhesive layer. The obtained test piece was subjected to a wet heat test in which it was stored in an oven at a temperature of 85° C. and a relative humidity of 85% RH for 250 hours. After the test, the separate film was peeled off and part of the second pressure-sensitive adhesive layer was scraped off to obtain a pressure-sensitive adhesive sample. A weighed adhesive sample was dissolved in acetonitrile and filtered through a syringe filter. The obtained sample solution is measured by liquid chromatography (LC-MS, SIM mode), quantified from the peak area of the antistatic agent, and the content of the antistatic agent when the second pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is 100% by mass. Amount (% by mass) was determined. The measurement conditions for liquid chromatography are as follows.

(4) Measurement of single transmittance and luminosity correction degree of polarization The luminosity correction degree of polarization of the circular polarizer is measured by making the linearly polarized light from the prism incident on the linearly polarizing plate side of the circular polarizer, and using a spectrophotometer with an integrating sphere. (“V7100” manufactured by JASCO Corporation). The MD transmittance and TD transmittance were obtained in the wavelength range of 380 nm to 780 nm, and the single transmittance and the degree of polarization at each wavelength were calculated based on the formulas (A) and (B). Further, visibility correction was performed using a 2-degree field of view (C light source) of JIS Z 8701, and the visibility-corrected degree of polarization (Py) was obtained. The “MD transmittance” is the transmittance when the direction of the polarized light emitted from the Glan-Thompson prism is parallel to the transmission axis of the polarizing plate sample. In formulas (A) and (B), "MD transmittance" is expressed as "MD". The "TD transmittance" is the transmittance when the direction of polarized light emitted from the Glan-Thompson prism and the transmission axis of the polarizing plate sample are perpendicular to each other. rate” is denoted as “TD”.
Single transmittance (%) = (MD + TD) / 2 Formula (A)
Degree of polarization (%) = {(MD-TD) / (MD + TD)} × 100 formula (B)

It was dried by heating for 3 minutes. Using a UV irradiation device (“SPOT CURE SP-7” manufactured by Ushio Inc.), the obtained dry film was irradiated with UV light at an exposure amount of 500 mJ/cm 2 (365 nm standard) to form a protective layer (HC layer ) was formed.
