Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a syringe system and a method for manufacturing a prefilled syringe.
When administering a liquid such as a drug solution to a patient, a method of directly injecting it into the body using a syringe and an injection needle or a catheter may be adopted.
In recent years, active research has been conducted on therapeutic methods called regenerative medicine using cells and tissues cultured outside the body. In such a regenerative medicine field, a cell suspension containing the cells to be transplanted is filled into a syringe connected to an injection needle, and injected directly into the organ to be treated. A syringe connected to a catheter is filled with a cell suspension containing the cell suspension, and the distal end of the catheter is transported to a treatment target site before being injected.
When performing a treatment in which a liquid such as a drug solution or cell suspension is directly administered into the body, the operation of filling the syringe with the liquid on site is complicated and time-consuming. In order to reduce such on-site work burden, a prefilled syringe and a storage container for the prefilled syringe that can be transported in a state filled with a liquid in advance, as described in
However, the prefilled syringe described in
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to remove the syringe from the injection needle or the catheter in a state where the treatment target is punctured with the injection needle or the treatment target is inserted with the catheter.
As shown in FIGS. 2 to 5, the
The
The
As shown in FIG. 4, the
The
As shown in FIGS. 3-5, the
The shape of the
The
The
The
The shape of the
The
At least one of the
As the
FIG. 7 shows a mode in which the
FIG. 8 shows a mode having a
By providing the
Next, in the
In the
The
As another embodiment for filling the lumen of the
As another aspect of applying pressure to the
When performing the aspect of applying pressure to the
As described above, the
In the
As shown in FIG. 11, it is preferable that at least one of the
As shown in FIG. 9, the
