Description

The present disclosure relates to traction jigs.

Uninterruptible construction methods using bypass cables are being used in the branch connection work of distribution lines. In the uninterruptible construction method, for example, an electrical device installed on a utility pole A and an electrical device installed on a utility pole B are connected by a bypass cable. By ensuring power transmission between the utility pole A and the utility pole B by the bypass cable, construction work between the utility pole A and the utility pole B becomes possible without stopping the power transmission. A switch etc. are mentioned as an electric equipment.

An end portion of the bypass cable is provided with a terminal portion for connection to an electrical device. Examples of the terminal portion include a cap nut type connector configured by a cap nut with a screw, or a one-touch type connector described in Patent Document 1. The screwed cap nut connector is connected to the electrical equipment by being threadedly coupled to the connector of the electrical equipment. On the other hand, the one-touch connector is electrically and mechanically connected to the connector of the electrical equipment by being inserted into the connector of the electrical equipment. The use of one-touch connectors has increased in recent years because they can improve the efficiency of on-site connection work.

When installing a bypass cable, after fixing one end of the bypass cable to an electrical device, the other end of the bypass cable is pulled by a traction device and connected to another electrical device. When the bypass cable is towed by the tow device, a tow jig is attached to the end of the bypass cable, and the bypass cable is towed via the tow jig.

A pulling jig at present is a pulling eye that is screwed to a cap nut type connector. The work of screwing the pulling eye to the connector is very troublesome. In addition, although the current pulling eye can be attached to a cap nut type connector, it cannot be attached to a one-touch type connector. Therefore, in the current erection work, an adapter is attached to the one-touch connector, and a pooling eye is attached to the adapter. In this case, the workability of the uninterruptible construction method is not good because it takes time and effort to attach the adapter and to screw the pooling eye to the adapter.

One of the objects of the present disclosure is to provide a traction jig that can be easily attached and detached to and from the terminal portion of the cable regardless of the structure of the terminal portion.

[Description of Embodiments of the Present Disclosure]
First, the embodiments of the present disclosure are listed and described.

<1> The traction jig according to the embodiment is
A pulling jig attached to the terminal portion of the cable when the cable is pulled by the pulling device,
a first member arranged on the outer peripheral surface so as to cover a part of the outer peripheral surface of the terminal portion in the circumferential direction;
a second member that tightens the first member toward the outer peripheral surface so that the first member is fixed to the terminal portion;
and a string-like third member attached to the first member.

Since the first member does not cover the entire outer peripheral surface of the terminal portion of the cable, it can be easily arranged on the outer peripheral surface of the terminal portion regardless of the configuration of the outer peripheral surface of the terminal portion. By tightening the first member against the outer peripheral surface by the second member, the first member firmly grips the terminal portion of the cable. In the pulling jig, the cable held by the first member is pulled by pulling the string-shaped third member by the pulling device.

<2> In an example of a traction jig according to the embodiment,
The shape of the first member is C-shaped.

The C-shaped first member is easy to attach to the terminal portion of the cable. For example, by pressing the C-shaped opening against the outer peripheral surface of the terminal portion, the first member is deformed so as to open the opening. As a result, the first member can be fitted from the radially outer side of the terminal portion. Of course, the diameter of the first member may be expanded, and the first member may be fitted into the terminal portion from the axial direction side of the terminal portion.

<3> In an example of a traction jig according to the embodiment,
The first member has one of a convex portion and a concave portion on the inner peripheral surface of the first member,
One of the protrusion and the recess is arranged at a position corresponding to the other of the protrusion and the recess formed on the outer peripheral surface.

According to the above configuration, the first member of the pulling jig is less likely to come off from the terminal portion when being pulled by the pulling device. This is because one of the convex portion and the concave portion of the first member fits into the other of the convex portion and the concave portion of the outer peripheral surface of the terminal portion, and the movement of the first member in the axial direction is restricted.

<4> In an example of a traction jig according to the embodiment,
The second member is a tightening band that tightens the first member from the outer circumference.

According to the tightening band that tightens the first member from the outer circumference of the first member, the first member can be easily fixed to the outer circumference of the terminal portion of the cable.

<5> In an example of a traction jig according to the embodiment,
a fourth member disposed between the traction device and the third member during traction by the traction device;
The fourth member comprises a plate-like member,
The plate member has an insertion hole through which the third member is inserted.

In the above configuration, the string-like third member is pulled through the fourth member when the towing device is used to pull. Since the pulling force of the pulling device does not directly act on the string-shaped third member, excessive load on the third member is suppressed. In addition, by inserting the third member into the insertion hole of the plate member provided in the fourth member, the third member comes into surface contact with the inner peripheral surface of the insertion hole during towing, and the stress acting on the third member is dispersed. be done. As a result, problems such as breakage of the third member are less likely to occur.

<6> In one example of the traction jig according to <5> above,
the fourth member comprises a U-shaped fitting connected to the traction device;
One end and the other end of the U-shaped metal fitting are respectively fixed to the plate member.

According to the above configuration, when the vehicle is towed by the towing device, the pulling force of the towing device can be borne by the U-shaped fitting. Therefore, the plate-like member is less likely to be damaged during towing. Further, by pulling the plate-like member via the U fitting, the plate-like member is pulled straight in the thickness direction of the plate-like member. Therefore, excessive load on the third member due to twisting of the string-like third member is suppressed.

[Details of the embodiment of the present disclosure]
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in detail with reference to the drawings as appropriate. The same reference numerals in the drawings indicate the same names. The present invention is not limited to the exemplification of the embodiments, but is indicated by the scope of the claims, and is intended to include all modifications within the scope and meaning equivalent to the scope of the claims.

<Embodiment 1>
In Embodiment 1, a traction jig used in an uninterruptible construction method for overhead power transmission lines will be described. A traction jig is a jig attached to a cable when the cable is pulled by the traction device. The pulling jig facilitates pulling of the cable by the pulling device and suppresses damage to the cable.

As shown in FIG. 1, the cable β pulled through the pulling jig α of this example is a bypass cable. Cable β is not limited to a bypass cable. For example, the cable β may be a power cable installed in a pipeline, or may be a cable other than a power cable.

≪Cable≫
Before describing the traction jig α, the cable β of this example will be briefly described. The cable β of this example includes a cable body 8 and a terminal portion 9 provided at the end of the cable body 8 . The cable body 8 includes a conductor, an insulating layer arranged around the conductor, a shielding layer arranged around the insulating layer, and a sheath arranged around the shielding layer. The insulating layer may comprise at least one of an inner semi-conducting layer and an outer semi-conducting layer (not shown). Only the sheath 80 arranged on the outermost periphery of the cable body 8 is illustrated in FIG. The terminal portion 9 of this example is a one-touch type male connector. The one-touch type male connector is electrically and mechanically connected to the female connector by being inserted into the female connector of a power device such as a switch. Different from this example, the terminal portion 9 of the cable β may be a female connector, and the connector of the electrode device may be a male connector.

The internal configuration of the terminal unit 9 is substantially the same as the configuration described in Patent Document 1. The terminal portion 9 has a cylindrical sleeve 9S. The sleeve 9S of this example is cylindrical. The sleeve 9S may have a polygonal tubular shape.

A male terminal (not shown) is arranged inside the sleeve 9S. The male terminal is connected to the conductor of the cable body 8 . In addition, an insulating cylinder constituting a stress cone and the like are arranged inside the sleeve 9S.

A concave portion 91 is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the terminal portion 9, that is, on the outer peripheral surface 90 of the sleeve 9S, as shown in FIG. When the terminal portion 9 is connected to a female connector of an electric device, the engaging portion arranged inside the female connector fits into the concave portion 91 . As a result, it becomes difficult for the terminal portion 9 to come off from the female connector. When the terminal portion 9 is removed, the engaging portion of the female connector is removed from the recess by operating a switch or the like provided on the female connector. As a result, the terminal portion 9 can be removed from the female connector.

The number of recesses 91 is not particularly limited. The shape of the recess 91 is also not particularly limited. The recess 91 of this example is a circumferential groove extending in the circumferential direction of the sleeve 9S. The recessed portion 91 of this example is formed over the entire circumference of the outer peripheral surface 90 of the terminal portion 9 . The shape of the inner peripheral surface of the recess 91 perpendicular to the extending direction of the recess 91 is semicircular.

≪Towing Jig≫
The traction jig α is attached to the terminal portion 9 and grips the terminal portion 9 . The towing jig α is connected to a towing hook of a towing device (not shown) via a cannula 7 . When the pulling hook of the pulling device is pulled, the terminal portion 9 is pulled via the pulling jig α, and the cable β is pulled. The traction jig α of this example includes a first member 1 , a second member 2 , a third member 3 and a fourth member 4 . The fourth member 4 is not essential. Each configuration of the traction jig α will be described in detail below.

[First member]
The first member 1 is a member arranged on the outer peripheral surface 90 of the terminal portion 9 when being pulled by the pulling device. The first member 1 is tightened toward the outer peripheral surface 90 by the second member 2 described later and fixed to the outer peripheral surface 90 . As a result, the first member 1 grips the terminal portion 9 from the outer peripheral side.

As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the first member 1 of this example has a substantially C-shape when viewed from the axial direction. The axial direction is the direction along the axis of the cylindrical surface extending from the outer peripheral surface or the inner peripheral surface 19 of the first member 1 in the circumferential direction. In other words, the first member 1 is a substantially cylindrical member having a slit 10 in which a part of the peripheral surface is cut in the axial direction. Therefore, the first member 1 covers a part of the outer peripheral surface 90 when arranged on the outer peripheral surface 90 of the terminal portion 9 . The diameter of the arc forming the inner peripheral surface 19 of the first member 1 is the same as or slightly larger than the diameter of the outer peripheral surface 90 of the terminal portion 9 . 3 and 4, the index line of the slit 10 indicates the end of the C-shape forming the slit 10. FIG.

The first member 1 may be made of metal, or may be made of resin. The first member 1 made of resin has excellent elastic deformability. Therefore, the resin-made first member 1 can be fitted into the terminal portion 9 from the radially outer peripheral side of the terminal portion 9 . Moreover, the first member 1 made of resin is lighter than the first member 1 made of metal, and the outer peripheral surface 90 of the terminal portion 9 is less likely to be damaged.

As shown in FIG. 4, the formation angle θ1 of the substantial portion of the first member 1 when viewed from the axial direction is preferably more than 180° and 300° or less. That is, it is preferable that the formation angle θ2 of the slits 10 of the first member 1 viewed from the axial direction is 60° or more and less than 180°. If the formation angle θ1 is within the above range, the first member 1 can firmly grip the outer peripheral surface 90 of the terminal portion 9 . Further, if the forming angle θ2 is within the above range and the first member 1 is made of resin, the first member 1 can be easily fitted into the terminal portion 9 from the outer peripheral side in the radial direction of the terminal portion 9 . The formation angle θ1 is preferably 200° or more, more preferably 240° or more. The formation angle θ1 of the first member 1 of this example is 270°.

As shown in FIG. 3, a first flange 11 is provided at one end of the first member 1 in the axial direction. The first flange 11 protrudes in the radial direction of the first member 1 . The first flange 11 has two locking portions 11A and 11B. The locking portions 11A and 11B protrude in the radial direction of the first member 1 from other portions of the first flange 11 . The locking portion 11A and the locking portion 11B are provided at symmetrical positions with respect to the central axis of the first member 1 . A through hole 11Ah penetrating through the first member 1 in the axial direction is provided in the engaging portion 11A. A through hole 11Bh passing through the first member 1 in the axial direction is provided in the engaging portion 11B. Both the through-hole 11Ah and the through-hole 11Bh are arcuate long holes extending along the circumferential direction of the first member 1 . The length of the long axis of the long hole is slightly longer than the width of the third member 3, which will be described later.

A second flange 12 is provided at the end of the first member 1 opposite to the first flange 11 in the axial direction. The second flange 12 has substantially the same configuration as the first flange 11 . That is, the second flange 12 includes a locking portion 12A having a through hole 12Ah and a locking portion 12B having a through hole 12Bh (see FIG. 2). The through-hole 12Ah has a shape that matches the through-hole 11Ah when the first member 1 is viewed from the axial direction, as shown in FIG. The through-hole 12Bh has a shape that matches the through-hole 11Bh when the first member 1 is viewed from the axial direction.

The difference between the first flange 11 and the second flange 12 is that, as shown in FIG. It is longer than the length of the stop portion 11A and the length of the locking portion 11B. The reason why the locking portions 12A and 12B are long is that the tension when the third member 3 is pulled acts mainly on the locking portions 12A and 12B.

A second member 2 , which will be described later, is arranged in an intermediate portion 13 of the first member 1 sandwiched between the first flange 11 and the second flange 12 . The second member 2 arranged in the intermediate portion 13 is difficult to move in the axial direction of the first member 1 . This is because the movement of the second member 2 is restricted by the first flange 11 and the second flange 12 projecting radially from the outer peripheral surface of the intermediate portion 13 .

The inner peripheral surface 19 of the first member 1 is in close contact with the outer peripheral surface 90 of the terminal portion 9 when the first member 1 is tightened by the second member 2 described later. A convex portion 15 is provided on the inner peripheral surface 19 as shown in FIGS. The convex portion 15 in this example is a ridge extending in the circumferential direction of the first member 1 . As shown in FIG. 2 , the projection 15 fits into the recess 91 of the terminal portion 9 when the first member 1 is attached to the terminal portion 9 . The shape of the outer peripheral surface of the convex portion 15 matches the shape of the inner peripheral surface of the concave portion 91 . Therefore, the first member 1 clamped by the second member 2 is difficult to move in the axial direction and is difficult to come off the terminal portion 9 . If the outer peripheral surface 90 of the terminal portion 9 is provided with a convex portion, the inner peripheral surface 19 of the first member 1 may be provided with a concave portion.

[Second member]
The second member 2 is a member for tightening the first member 1 toward the outer peripheral surface 90 and fixing the first member 1 to the outer peripheral surface 90 . The second member 2 is not particularly limited as long as it can tighten the first member 1 toward the outer peripheral surface 90 . The second member 2 in this example is a tightening band. The tightening band of this example includes a band portion 20 and a buckle portion provided at one end of the band portion 20 . The band portion 20 is a belt-like member obtained by weaving or knitting natural fibers, synthetic fibers, or metal fibers, for example. The buckle portion has a function of fixing the other end side of the band portion 20 . Since the buckle part has a known structure, illustration of the buckle part is omitted. The tightening band may be a stainless steel band whose tightening force can be adjusted by turning a screw, or a resin Insulok (registered trademark).

The second member 2 of this example is a member independent of the first member 1 . Unlike this example, the second member 2 may be integrally attached to the first member 1 . A specific example of a configuration different from this example will be described in Embodiments 2 and 3, which will be described later.

The second member 2 in this example is wrapped around the intermediate portion 13 of the first member 1 . At that time, the detailed arrangement of the second member 2 will be explained when the third member 3 is explained.

[Third member]
As shown in FIG. 2 , the third member 3 is a string-like member attached to the first member 1 . The third member 3 of this example is a rein-like member configured by connecting the first band 31, the second band 32, and the third band 33 together. Different from this example, the third member 3 may consist of a single rein-like band.

The first band 31 passes through the through holes 11Ah and through holes 12Ah of the first member 1 and is folded back. A folded end of the first band 31 is joined to an intermediate portion of the first band 31 . That is, an annular portion 31C is formed on one end side of the first band 31 . The annular portion 31C is locked to the locking portions 11A and 11B of the first member 1. As shown in FIG.

The second band 32 has the same configuration as the first band 31 . That is, the second band 32 includes an annular portion 32C that passes through the through holes 11Bh and 12Bh of the first member 1 and is folded back. The annular portion 32C is locked to the locking portions 12A and 12B of the first member 1. As shown in FIG.

The third band 33 is connected to the first band 31 and the second band 32 via the engagement mechanism 35 . By providing the engagement mechanism 35, for example, when the first member 1 is damaged or the fourth member 4 described later is damaged, only the damaged member can be replaced. The engaging mechanism 35 is not particularly limited as long as it is detachable. The engaging mechanism 35 may be, for example, a combination of a tongue and a buckle, such as an engaging mechanism of a seat belt.

The second member 2 is arranged in the intermediate portion 13 of the first member 1 while being inserted through the annular portion 31</b>C of the first band 31 and the annular portion 32</b>C of the second band 32 . With such an arrangement, the string-like third member 3 is unlikely to come off from the first member 1 even if the locking portion 12A or the locking portion 12B is damaged when the cable β is pulled. For example, when the locking portion 12A is damaged and the first band 31 is disengaged from the locking portion 12A, the annular portion 31C is caught by the second member 2 . Once the annular portion 31C is caught by the second member 2, it is suppressed that the annular portion 31C is caught by the locking portion 11A due to impact. As a result, breakage of the engaging portion 11A is avoided, and dropout of the first band 31 due to breakage of the engaging portion 11A is also avoided.

[Fourth member]
The fourth member 4 includes a plate member 4P and a U-shaped metal fitting 4U. The fourth member 4 is a member that suppresses direct contact of the tow hook of the towing device with the third member 3 and reduces the load on the third member 3 . The fourth member 4 will be described mainly with reference to FIGS. 5-7. In FIG. 5, the U-shaped metal fitting 4U is indicated by a chain double-dashed line. In FIG. 6, illustration of the U-shaped bracket 4U is omitted.

The plate member 4P has an insertion hole 43 through which the third band 33 (FIG. 7) is inserted. The insertion hole 43 is provided in the protruding portion 40 that protrudes from one surface of the plate-like member 4P. The protruding portion 40 has a shape in which one side surface of a rectangular tube is integrated with the plate-like member 4P. The shape of the insertion hole 43 seen from the axial direction of the insertion hole 43 is an elongated hole shape.

The plate member 4P may be made of metal, or may be made of resin. The plate member 4P of this example is made of resin. The plate-like member 4P includes, as shown in FIG. 6, an annular rib 44 and a grid-like rib 45 that reinforce the plate-like member 4P. The annular rib 44 is provided along the outer peripheral edge of the plate member 4P. The lattice rib 45 is provided so as to connect the inner peripheral surfaces of the annular rib 44 . The plate-like member 4P including the annular rib 44 and the grid-like ribs 45 is excellent in mechanical strength even if it is made of resin.

The U-shaped metal fitting 4U shown in FIG. 5 is fixed to the plate-like member 4P via a nut 46 (FIG. 6) fitted in a hexagonal hole of the plate-like member 4P. The fourth member 4 of this example is produced, for example, as follows. One end and the other end of the U-shaped metal fitting 4U are each passed through the plate member 4P. A male screw is provided at each end of the U-shaped fitting 4U. A nut 46 is attached to each end of the U-shaped fitting 4U. The U-shaped metal fitting 4U is pulled toward the bent portion of the U-shaped metal fitting 4U, and the nut 46 is fitted into the hexagonal hole of the plate member 4P. As a result, the fourth member 4 in which the U-shaped metal fitting 4U is integrated with the plate member 4P is obtained.

<<Effects of the traction jig of the embodiment>>
The first member 1 provided in the traction jig α of this example has a C shape when viewed from the axial direction. By pressing the slit 10 of such a first member 1 against the outer peripheral surface 90 of the terminal portion 9, the first member 1 is deformed so that the slit 10 is opened. As a result, the first member 1 can be fitted from the radially outer side of the terminal portion 9 . That is, the first member 1 can be easily attached to the terminal portion 9 . After placing the first member 1 on the terminal portion 9 , the first member 1 is tightened toward the outer peripheral surface 90 by the second member 2 , thereby firmly fixing the first member 1 to the terminal portion 9 . Thus, the traction jig α of this example can be easily attached to the terminal portion 9 .

The terminal portion 9 gripped by the pulling jig α of this example may be a cap nut type connector. The C-shaped first member 1 can be fitted from the outer periphery of a cap nut type connector even if it is a cap nut type connector. In that case, it is preferable that the convex portion 15 of the first member 1 has a shape along the shape of the screw groove of the cap nut. The first member 1 is hard to come off from the connector because the projection 15 is fitted in the thread groove.

When removing the first member 1 from the terminal portion 9, first, the tightening by the second member 2 is released. Next, the circumferential edges of the first member 1 sandwiching the slit 10 are pushed to the side opposite to the slit 10 . As a result, the slit 10 is opened and the first member 1 is removed from the terminal portion 9 . Thus, the traction jig α of this example can be easily removed from the terminal portion 9 .

When pulling the cable β via the pulling jig α, the string-like third member 3 is pulled. In this example, the third member 3 is pulled via the fourth member 4 instead of being pulled directly by the pulling device. Therefore, application of an excessive load to the third member 3 is suppressed. Further, by inserting the third member 3 into the insertion hole 43 of the plate-shaped member 4P provided in the fourth member 4, the third member 3 is in surface contact with the inner peripheral surface of the insertion hole 43 during towing, and the third member The stress acting on 3 is distributed. As a result, problems such as breakage of the third member 3 are less likely to occur.

≪Other configurations≫
The opening of the terminal portion 9 may be sealed with a waterproof cap 6 when the cable β shown in FIG. 1 is pulled. The waterproof cap 6 is a short cylindrical member with a bottom like a lens cover of a camera. The waterproof cap 6 is made of rubber, for example. The waterproof cap 6 may be connected to the traction jig α by a string or the like.

When pulling the cable β, the area surrounded by the horizontally long two-dot chain line in FIG. FIG. 8 shows an example of the protective cover 5. As shown in FIG. The protective cover 5 includes a seat portion 50 and a tab portion 51 extending from the seat portion 50 . A hook-and-loop fastener is provided on the tab portion 51 . The seat portion 50 is provided with a hook-and-loop fastener portion 52 corresponding to the hook-and-loop fastener of the tab portion 51 . The protective cover 5 is preferably made of waterproof fabric. The protective cover 5 may be connected to the traction jig α by a string or the like.

<変形例1-1>
<Modification 1-1>
In Modified Example 1-1, an example of the first member 1 that differs from the first embodiment in the configuration of the locking portion will be described with reference to FIG.

The first member 1 of this example comprises two locking portions 17 , 18 . The locking portion 17 has a shape in which the locking portion 11A and the locking portion 12A in FIG. 3 of Embodiment 1 are connected in the axial direction of the first member 1. That is, the locking portion 17 is provided from one axial end to the other axial end of the first member 1 . The engaging portion 17 is provided with a through hole 17h penetrating through the first member 1 in the axial direction.

The locking portion 18 has a shape in which the locking portion 11B and the locking portion 12B of FIG. 3 of Embodiment 1 are connected in the axial direction of the first member 1. That is, the locking portion 18 is provided from one axial end to the other axial end of the first member 1 . The engaging portion 18 is provided with a through-hole 18h penetrating through the first member 1 in the axial direction. The locking portion 18 is provided at a position symmetrical to the locking portion 17 across the central axis of the first member 1 .

According to the configuration of this example, since the length of the locking portions 17 and 18 in the axial direction of the first member 1 is long, the strength of the locking portions 17 and 18 is higher than that of the first embodiment. Therefore, even if the pulling jig α is pulled, the locking portions 17 and 18 are less likely to be damaged.

<変形例1-2>
<Modification 1-2>
In Modified Example 1-2, an example of a fourth member 4 having an insertion hole configuration different from that of the first embodiment will be described with reference to FIG.

A plate-like member 4P provided in the fourth member 4 of this example has two insertion holes 431 and 432 . The insertion hole 431 and the insertion hole 432 are provided in the projecting portion 41 and the projecting portion 42, respectively, projecting in the thickness direction of the plate member 4P. The projecting portion 41 is provided on the surface of the plate-like member 4P opposite to the annular rib 44 . The projecting portion 42 is provided at a position symmetrical to the projecting portion 41 across the center of the plate-like member 4P. When the insertion hole 431 is viewed from the axial direction, the insertion hole 431 and the insertion hole 432 overlap.

According to the configuration of this example, the state of the string-like third member 3 in the plate-like member 4P can be visually confirmed. Therefore, it is easy to confirm deterioration of the third member 3 over time.

<変形例1-3>
<Modification 1-3>
In Modified Example 1-3, an example of the fourth member 4 in which reinforcing ribs are added to the insertion hole 43 side of the plate member 4P of the first embodiment will be described with reference to FIG.

The plate member 4P of this example is provided with reinforcing ribs 49 so as to surround the through hole through which the U-shaped metal fitting 4U is passed. Stress is likely to act around the through hole when the U-shaped metal fitting 4U is pulled. The reinforcement rib 49 can suppress damage to the plate member 4P due to the stress from the U-shaped metal fitting 4U.

<Embodiment 2>
In Embodiment 2, an example in which the first member 1 is composed of a plurality of split pieces 1A and 1B will be described with reference to FIG.

The first member 1 of this example includes a split piece 1A, a split piece 1B, and a connecting band 16. As shown in FIG. When viewed from the axial direction of the first member 1, the split piece 1A and the split piece 1B are arc-shaped. The split piece 1A and the split piece 1B of this example have the same shape. Different from this example, the split piece 1A and the split piece 1B may have different shapes. Also, the number of split pieces may be three or more.

The connecting band 16 is constructed by weaving or knitting fibers, for example. The fibers may be metal fibers, natural fibers, or synthetic fibers. The connecting band 16 made of fibers is easy to bend. Therefore, it is easy to arrange the first member 1 on the outer peripheral surface 90 of the terminal portion 9 . One end and the other end of the connecting band 16 are respectively fixed to the arc direction end of the split piece 1A and the arc direction end of the split piece 1B.

The second member 2 is integrally attached to the first member 1 of this example. Specifically, one end of the band portion 20 of the second member 2 is fixed to the split piece 1B. A belt of the buckle portion 21 of the second member 2 is fixed to the split piece 1A. The band portion 20 and the buckle portion 21 are independent. By passing the band portion 20 through the buckle portion 21 and pulling the tip of the band portion 20, the split pieces 1A and 1B can be tightened toward the outer peripheral surface 90.

<Embodiment 3>
In Embodiment 3, an example in which the configuration of the second member 2 is different from that in Embodiment 2 will be described with reference to FIG. 13 .

The second member 2 of this example is a lever-type fastener, a so-called draw latch. Specifically, the second member 2 of this example is composed of a lever 25 , a gate-shaped hook 26 and a hook-shaped hook 27 . The lever 25 is rotatably supported by the split piece 1B via the first rotating shaft 25s. The portal hook 26 is rotatably supported by the lever 25 via the second rotating shaft 26s. The key-shaped hook 27 is immovably fixed to the split piece 1A. In the case of this configuration, the gate-type hook 26 is first hooked on the key-type hook 27 . Then, the lever 25 is rotated outward. As the lever 25 rotates, the gate-shaped hook 26 is pulled in the rotation direction of the lever 25 , and the key-shaped hook 27 is pulled by the gate-shaped hook 26 . As a result, the first member 1 is tightened toward the outer peripheral surface 90 of the terminal portion 9 .
