Abstract
Description
The present disclosure relates to torque sensor devices and steering devices.
An electric power steering device mounted on a vehicle includes, for example, a torque sensor device for detecting steering torque (see, for example, Patent Document 1). In Patent Document 1, an input shaft and an output shaft are connected via a torsion bar. Specifically, the input shaft and the output shaft are formed in a cylindrical shape, one end of the torsion bar is press-fitted into the inner circumference of the output shaft, and the other end of the torsion bar is press-fitted into the inner circumference of the input shaft. Further, torque detectors are provided on the input shaft and the output shaft. As a result, when the steering is operated and the input shaft rotates, the torque of the input shaft is detected according to the relative rotation between the input shaft and the output shaft.
In Patent Document 1, the other end of the torsion bar is press-fitted into the inner periphery of the input shaft. Here, for example, there is a possibility that the torsion bar and the input shaft rotate relative to each other due to variations in the manufacturing of the torsion bar and the input shaft. there's a possibility that.
The present disclosure has been made in view of the above problems, and more reliably prevents relative rotation between the torsion bar and the input shaft when the input shaft and the output shaft are connected via the torsion bar. An object of the present invention is to provide a torque sensor device and a steering device capable of
In order to achieve the above object, a torque sensor device according to one aspect of the present disclosure extends in the axial direction of a central axis, is provided with an elongated hole extending in the axial direction at one end in the axial direction, and an input shaft rotatable in a direction around the central axis; and a tubular member extending in the axial direction of the central axis, positioned on one side of the input shaft in the axial direction, and the central axis. and an output shaft that extends in the axial direction of the central shaft, the end on one side in the axial direction being fitted to the inner circumference of the output shaft, and the other side in the axial direction a torsion bar whose end is inserted into the elongated hole of the input shaft; an annular sleeve extending along the outer periphery of the input shaft; an annular magnet attached to the annular sleeve; a detection member having an attachment portion attached to the magnet; a detection portion extending from the attachment portion and arranged opposite to the outer peripheral side of the magnet; an end portion of the torsion bar on the other side in the axial direction; and a pin that connects the one end of the shaft in the axial direction, and the other end of the torsion bar in the axial direction is provided with a first through hole penetrating in a radial direction that intersects the axial direction. and a second through hole penetrating in the radial direction is provided at one end of the input shaft in the axial direction, and the pin is inserted into the first through hole and the second through hole. The sleeve is inserted and covers at least part of the end surface of the pin exposed from the second through hole of the input shaft.
In Patent Document 1, the torsion bar is fixed to the input shaft by press-fitting the torsion bar into the inner circumference of the input shaft. In contrast, in the present disclosure, the torsion bar and the input shaft are connected via pins. Moreover, since the sleeve covers at least part of the end surface of the pin, the sleeve prevents the pin from coming off. Here, the present disclosure, in which the torsion bar and the input shaft are connected via pins, rather than the torsion bar being press-fitted into the inner periphery of the input shaft as in Cited Document 1, is more suitable for the torsion bar and the input shaft. relative rotation can be prevented more reliably. Also, in the present disclosure, the sleeve covers at least a portion of the end surface of the pin so that the pin does not come off. As described above, according to the present disclosure, relative rotation between the torsion bar and the input shaft can be prevented more reliably.
As a desirable aspect of the torque sensor device, the sleeve has a projection that protrudes toward the end surface of the pin. Therefore, the protrusion can restrain axial and circumferential movement of the sleeve with respect to the input shaft.
As a desirable aspect of the torque sensor device, the radially inner end of the protrusion is positioned radially inward of the outer circumference of the input shaft. Therefore, axial and circumferential movement of the sleeve with respect to the input shaft is more reliably suppressed.
As a desirable aspect of the torque sensor device, the sleeve covers the entire end surface of the pin exposed from the second through hole of the input shaft. As a result, the sleeve more reliably prevents the pin from coming off.
The torque sensor device and steering device of the present disclosure can more reliably prevent relative rotation between the torsion bar and the input shaft.
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. It should be noted that the present invention is not limited by the following modes for carrying out the invention (hereinafter referred to as embodiments). In addition, components in the following embodiments include those that can be easily assumed by those skilled in the art, those that are substantially the same, and those that fall within a so-called equivalent range. Furthermore, the constituent elements disclosed in the following embodiments can be combined as appropriate.
[First Embodiment]
First, the first embodiment will be described. FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of the steering device of the first embodiment. As shown in FIG. 1, the
As shown in FIG. 1 ,
As shown in FIG. 1,
As shown in FIG. 1, the
図1に示すように、ステアリング装置80は、ECU(Electronic Control Unit)90と、車速センサ95と、を更に備える。
As shown in FIG. 1 , the
The
Next, the
As shown in FIG. 3, the
As shown in FIG. 2, the
As shown in FIG. 3, the
The torque generated by the electric motor 93 (see FIG. 1) is transmitted to the
As shown in FIG. 3, the
3 to 5, the
4 and 5, the
The vicinity of the
Further, as shown in FIG. 4, a cylindrical (annular) magnet 21 (torque detecting portion 2) is provided on the −X side of the
As shown in FIG. 4 , the detection member 24 (torque detection portion 2 ) has a mounting
As described above, the steering wheel 81 is connected to the
As described above, the
In Patent Literature 1 described above, the torsion bar is fixed to the input shaft by press-fitting the torsion bar into the inner periphery of the input shaft. On the other hand, in this embodiment, the
The

[Second embodiment]
Next, a second embodiment will be described. FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view of the steering device of the second embodiment. 7 is an enlarged sectional view showing a part of FIG. 6. FIG.
As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the second embodiment differs from the first embodiment in the shape of a
As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the
