Hair coloring mainly includes hair coloring, which is a quasi-drug permanent hair dye, and hair manicure and hair color treatment, which are semi-permanent hair dyes of cosmetics. In particular, most permanent hair dyes contain a substance called paraphenylenediamine (oxidation dye). Caution is required.
For example, hair coloring compositions containing paraphenylenediamine (oxidative dye) selected from (a) water-soluble peroxygen bleach; (b) organic peroxyacid bleach precursors and/or preformed organic peroxyacids; A hair coloring composition comprising a bleaching aid; and (c) one or more hair coloring agents is known (Patent Document 1).
However, in the prior art, including the above-mentioned Patent Document 1, in the case of the dye containing paraphenylenediamine (oxidation dye), the amount of the diamine-based compound is increased in the case of dark black color as described above, so be careful. In recent years, skin disorders have been reported due to a substance called paraphenylenediamine (oxidation dye).
In addition, semi-permanent hair manicures are characterized by the pigment (acid dye) penetrating into the hair with one use and the color lasting for 2 to 3 weeks, but if it adheres to the scalp and is left for a long time, it will last longer. Indeed, it is difficult to remove the dyed pigment, and it is difficult for the practitioner to apply it to the very last minute of the hairline. It has become.
On the other hand, with the above-mentioned hair coloring, even the cortex (cortex, the inside of the hair) can be thoroughly dyed. In some cases, it was not possible to achieve a sufficiently long-lasting hair color.
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a hair cosmetic composition and a hair cosmetic that have better color retention when dyeing hair.
In order to achieve the above object, the present inventors have made intensive studies on treatments before and after hair color treatment, and as a result, have found the present invention.

In a preferred embodiment of the hair cosmetic composition of the present invention, the nonionic surfactant is decyl glucoside, (caprylyl/capryl) glucoside, coconut oil alkyl glucoside, lauryl glucoside, from the viewpoint of lathering. , or polyglyceryl-10 laurate. The amount of the nonionic (nonionic) surfactant is not particularly limited, but from the viewpoint of detergency, it is preferably 1 to 20% by mass, more preferably 3 to 15% by mass, based on the total amount of the composition. %.
In a preferred embodiment of the hair cosmetic composition of the present invention, the alkaline agent is tetrahydroxypropylethylenediamine, triethanolamine, sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide, or ammonia, from the viewpoint of hair color tone over time. In a preferred embodiment of the hair cosmetic composition of the present invention, the pH adjuster includes phosphoric acid, glyoxylic acid, lactic acid, phytic acid, citric acid, malic acid, succinic acid, It is characterized by being at least one selected from glutamic acid, aspartic acid, and tartaric acid. The amount of the modifier is not particularly limited, but from the viewpoint of improving fading, it is preferably 0.1 to 30% by mass, more preferably 1 to 20% by mass, based on the total amount of the composition. can be done.
In a preferred embodiment of the hair cosmetic composition of the present invention, the hair cosmetic composition is characterized in that it is for application to hair after treatment with a basic dye. That is, in the hair cosmetic composition of the present invention, the amphoteric surfactant and nonionic surfactant contained in the hair cosmetic composition allow the hair coloring agent, that is, the basic dye to It is possible to improve the color durability. That is, as described above, the pH of healthy hair is in the range of about 4.5 to 5.5, and the ionicity of hair is generally balanced. Surfactants are amphoteric and anionic (anionic), so many negative ions are present in the hair cosmetic composition, and attract positive ions of the basic dye. Since basic dyes are positively charged, if an anionic (anionic) surfactant is contained, the hydrophilic group of the anionic (anionic) surfactant will have negative ionicity. may show up and take away the dye. On the other hand, the amphoteric surfactant used in the present invention has both positive and negative properties, but exhibits cationic properties in the acidic range and anionic properties in the alkaline range. Also, in the case of nonionic surfactants, they do not affect dyes in the first place. For this reason, especially when dyes, especially basic dyes, are used, the use of amphoteric surfactants and nonionic surfactants contained in the hair cosmetic composition allows dyes The present inventors have found that it is possible to improve the color retention of the color.
Moreover, the hair cosmetics of this invention are characterized by including the hair cosmetics composition of this invention.
Further, the color treatment method of the present invention comprises the steps of applying a hair coloring agent containing a basic dye, a thickener and a preservative, and applying the hair cosmetic composition of the present invention. characterized by becoming In the present invention, the basic dye is not particularly limited, but from the viewpoint of dyeability, basic brown 16, basic blue 99, basic red 51, basic yellow 87, and the like can be mentioned. The amount of the basic dye is not particularly limited, but from the viewpoint of hair damage, it is preferably 0.0005 to 5% by mass, more preferably 0.1 to 1% by mass, based on the total amount of the composition. can be done.
In the present invention, the thickening agent is not particularly limited, but from the viewpoint of enhancing foaming and increasing viscosity, PEG-150 pentaerythrityl tetrastearate, cocamide methyl MEA, cocamide DEA and the like can be mentioned. The amount of the basic dye is not particularly limited, but from the viewpoint of foam stability, it is preferably 0.1 to 10% by mass, more preferably 0.3 to 7% by mass, based on the total amount of the composition. can do.
In the present invention, the antiseptic is not particularly limited, but from the viewpoint of stress on the scalp, sodium benzoate, methylparaben, phenoxyethanol and the like can be mentioned. The amount of the basic dye is not particularly limited, but from the viewpoint of product stability, it is preferably 0.01 to 1% by mass, more preferably 0.1 to 0.8% by mass, based on the total amount of the composition. can be done.
Further, with regard to the hair cosmetic composition, reference can be made to the above description of the hair cosmetic composition of the present invention.

As a result, it was found that in Example 2, in which a nonionic surfactant and an amphoteric surfactant were combined, the color difference was as small as 17.29, indicating excellent color retention, that is, excellent anti-fading effect.
Example 3
Next, a hair tress sample 2) for testing was prepared by preparing a dye containing a nonionic surfactant. Put a bundle of 100% white human hair (1g X 1cm) (product number: BM-WA, manufactured by Beaulux) in a test tube, add 25g of the hair dye of recipe 2, and place it in a programmed low-temperature thermostat (model: IN804). , manufactured by Yamato Scientific Co., Ltd.), allowed to stand at 25° C. for 20 minutes, washed with the hair cosmetic composition of the present invention, and dried to obtain hair tress sample 2) for test. The contents of Formula 1 are shown in Table 6.

Examples 4-12
Next, inorganic acids and organic acids applicable as pH adjusters were extensively investigated. That is, the hair cosmetic composition having each component of Examples 4 to 12 was adjusted to around pH 4.5 to determine whether there was a change in color retention depending on the inorganic acid and organic acid to be blended, and dried in a constant temperature dryer (model: SDN27P, Sansho Co., Ltd.) and allowed to stand at 40° C. for 60 minutes. While standing, the test hair bundle sample 2) prepared as described above was placed in the test tube, and after standing, 25 g was dispensed into each test tube and left at 40° C. for 30 minutes. After rinsing and drying, the color retention was visually compared. In addition to phytic acid, glutamic acid and aspartic acid were found to have good color retention. Also, the organic acid with the best color retention was phytic acid. Table 7 shows the results. Therefore, when compared with the results of Example 3, the hair cosmetic composition of the present invention may be applied using a basic dye containing a nonionic surfactant. I understand. It was also found that the hair cosmetic composition of the present invention is excellent in color retention even when an inorganic acid or an organic acid is applied after application.

Examples 13-15
Since the results of Examples 4 to 12 showed that phytic acid was excellent, the relationship between the blending amount and pH of phytic acid and color retention was investigated. Using the test hair bundle sample 2) prepared as described above, a constant temperature dryer (model : SDN27P, Sansho Co., Ltd.) was used and allowed to stand at 40°C for 60 minutes. The test hair bundle sample 2) was placed in the test tube during standing, and after standing, 25 g was dispensed into each test tube and left at 40° C. for 30 minutes. After rinsing and drying, the color was measured using a spectral colorimeter (model: SD6000, manufactured by Nippon Denshoku Industries Co., Ltd.). At the same pH, that is, around pH 3, the more phytic acid was added, the smaller the color difference. When the phytic acid (50% solution) was about 2.80%, the lower the pH, the smaller the color difference. Table 8 shows the results.
Examples 16-20
Next, it was investigated whether there is a difference in color retention depending on the modifier. As the test hair bundle sample, the test hair bundle sample 1) prepared in the above-described example was used. As a result, among the test hair tress samples 1) dyed with a basic dye, the one containing sodium chloride showed the least color difference. Table 9 shows the components and blending amounts of Examples 16-20.
