前記通信制御回路は、ロボットと充電パイルとのパイル合わせが完了したことを検出すると、前記接触可能な電極がロボットを充電するように前記保護回路を制御してオンにさせるためのものである、ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のロボット用スマート充電パイル。 - 前記通信制御回路は、ロボットが充電パイルと通信可能な接続を確立したか否かを検出し、ロボットが充電パイルと通信可能な接続を確立したことを検出すると、ロボットが送信した前記電池情報データを取得する自動制御ユニットを含む、ことを特徴とする請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載のロボット用スマート充電パイル。
- 前記通信制御回路は、手動制御ユニットと、複数種類のロボットの電池情報データが記憶された記憶ユニットと、を含み、
前記手動制御ユニットは、前記記憶ユニット内の電池情報データが呼び出されたか否かを検出し、前記記憶ユニット内の電池情報データが呼び出されたことを検出した場合、呼び出された電池情報データを前記ロボットの電池情報データとするためのものである、ことを特徴とする請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載のロボット用スマート充電パイル。 - 前記通信制御回路は、前記電池情報データを論理的に判断し、前記論理的に判断した結果、誤りがない場合、前記調整命令を前記充電回路に送信する充電制御ユニットをさらに含む、ことを特徴とする請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載のロボット用スマート充電パイル。
- 前記通信制御回路は、前記ロボットに接続され、ロボットの充電電圧を検出する電圧検出ユニットをさらに含み、
前記電圧検出ユニットは、
前記充電制御ユニットはさらに、前記電圧検出ユニットにより前記充電電圧が予め設定された電圧範囲内にないことが検出された場合、前記保護回路を制御してオフにさせることにより、前記充電回路によるロボットへの充電を停止させるためのものである、ことを特徴とする請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載のロボット用スマート充電パイル。 - 前記通信制御回路は、前記ロボットに通信可能に接続され、ロボットの充電状態を表示する表示ユニットをさらに含む、ことを特徴とする請求項1~8のいずれか1項に記載のロボット用スマート充電パイル。
- 前記電池情報データは、電池タイプ、電池パラメータ、及び電池健康状態のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、ことを特徴とする請求項1~9のいずれか1項に記載のロボット用スマート充電パイル。
