本明細書において、同一の符号は同一の要素を指す。
図1Aおよび図1Bは、実現例による無線充電装置の分解斜視図を示すものであり、図2Aおよび図2Bは、実現例による無線充電装置の斜視図を示すものである。
本発明の実現例による無線充電装置は、交流電流が流れて磁場を発生させ得るコイル部を含む。
前記コイル部は、導電性ワイヤを含み得る。
前記磁性部は、コイル部の周囲に発生する磁場の磁気経路(magnetic path)を形成することができ、前記コイル部と前記シールド部との間に配置される。
または、前記磁性部は金属系磁性部、例えばナノ結晶質(nanocrystalline)磁性部を含み得る。
または、前記磁性部は酸化物系磁性部を含み得る。
前記磁性部は、それらの複合体を含み得る。
前記磁性部は、バインダー樹脂と、前記バインダー樹脂内に分散した磁性粉末とを含む磁性部を含み得る。

前記式において、XはAl、Cr、Ni、Cu、またはこれらの組み合わせであり、YはMn、B、Co、Mo、またはこれらの組み合わせであり、0.01≦a≦0.2、0.01≦b≦0.1、および0≦c≦0.05である。
前記磁性部はナノ結晶質磁性部を含み得る。
前記磁性部は、酸化物系磁性部を含み得る。
前記磁性部は、例えば高分子形磁性部を含むことができ、前記高分子形磁性部は、磁性粉末と熱硬化性高分子樹脂組成物とを混合してスラリー化した後、シート状に成形して硬化するなどのシート化過程により製造し得る。
前記磁性部は、磁性シート、磁性シート積層体、または磁性ブロックであり得る。
前記磁性部は、電気自動車の無線充電標準周波数近方において一定レベルの磁性特性を有し得る。
前記高分子形磁性部は一定の比率で伸長され得る。例えば、前記高分子形磁性部の伸び率は0.5%以上であり得る。前記伸び特性は、高分子を適用しないセラミック系磁性部では得難いものであり、大面積の磁性部が衝撃によって歪み等が発生しても損傷を低減し得る。具体的に、前記高分子形磁性部の伸び率は、0.5%以上、1%以上、または2.5%以上であり得る。前記伸び率の上限には特に制限はないが、伸び率向上のために高分子樹脂の含有量が多くなると、磁性部のインダクタンス等の物性が低下し得るので、前記伸び率は10%以下にすることが好ましい。

前記熱伝達部は、無線充電中に発生する熱を効率よく外部に放出する役割を果たし得る。
前記移動部420は、前記容器部410内に配置され、多孔質構造を有し、前記熱媒が液体状態のときに前記液体状態の熱媒を吸収して移動させ得る。
前記実現例による無線充電装置10は、電磁波遮蔽により無線充電効率を高める役割を果たすシールド部500をさらに含み得る。
前記実現例による無線充電装置10は、前記コイル部200および前記磁性部300を収容するハウジング600をさらに含み得る。
前記実現例による無線充電装置10は、前記コイル部200を支持する支持部100をさらに含み得る。前記支持部の材質および構造は、無線充電装置に用いられる通常の支持部の材質および構造を採用し得る。前記支持部100は、平板構造またはコイル部を固定できるようコイル形状に沿って溝が掘られた構造を有し得る。
図3A~図3Cは、本発明の実現例による様々な構造の無線充電装置の断面図を示すものである。
図8A~図8Fを参照して、本発明の実現例によると、磁性部300と、前記磁性部300の少なくとも一部と接触して配置される熱伝達部400とを含む磁性体素子800を提供し得る。
前記実現例による無線充電装置は、送信機と受信機との間の大容量の電力伝送を必要とする電気自動車のような移動手段などに有用に使用され得る。

Claims (13)
- コイル部と、
前記コイル部上に配置される磁性部と、
前記磁性部の少なくとも一部と接触して配置される熱伝達部とを含む、無線充電装置。 - 前記熱伝達部は、
蒸発および凝縮が可能な熱媒と、
前記熱媒を収容する容器部とを含み、
前記容器部は、密閉された内部空間を含むチューブ形状を有し、
前記容器部の内部空間は、10cm~50cmの長さおよび0.1mm~5mmの内径を有する、請求項1に記載の無線充電装置。 - 前記熱伝達部は、
前記磁性部で発生する熱によって前記熱媒が蒸発する蒸発部と、
前記蒸発部で蒸発した熱媒が凝縮する凝縮部とを含む、請求項2に記載の無線充電装置。 - 前記熱伝達部は、前記容器部内に配置される移動部をさらに含み、
前記移動部は多孔質構造を有し、前記熱媒が液体状態のときに前記液体状態の熱媒を吸収し移動させ、
前記容器部は金属またはセラミックを含む、請求項2に記載の無線充電装置。 - 前記熱伝達部は、5W/m.K~10000W/m.Kの熱伝導率を有し、1×102Ω・cm~1×1020Ω・cmの比抵抗を有する、請求項2に記載の無線充電装置。
- 前記熱伝達部は、網構造を有するメッシュシート、リボンシート、または複数のホールを含む熱伝導性シートを含む、請求項1に記載の無線充電装置。
- 前記メッシュシートまたは前記熱伝導性シートは、磁性部全面積の15%~30%の開口(ホール)面積を有し、
前記リボンシートは、一定間隔で離隔された少なくとも2つ以上を含み、5mm~10mmの幅を有する、請求項6に記載の無線充電装置。 - 前記熱伝達部は、アルミニウム、銅、銀、および金からなる群より選択された1種以上を含む金属材料を含む、請求項6に記載の無線充電装置。
- 前記熱伝達部は、230W/m.K~430W/m.Kの熱伝導率を有し、24J/mol・K~25.5J/mol・Kの熱容量を有する、請求項6に記載の無線充電装置。
- 前記無線充電装置は、前記コイル部および前記磁性部を収容するハウジングをさらに含み、
前記熱伝達部は、前記磁性部と熱的に連結され、前記磁性部から前記ハウジングの外部に延びる、請求項1に記載の無線充電装置。 - 前記熱伝達部は、一端の少なくとも一部が前記磁性部に挿入され、
前記一端とは異なる他端が前記ハウジングの外部に露出される、請求項10に記載の無線充電装置。 - 前記無線充電装置は、前記コイルの一面上に配置されるシールド部と、
前記ハウジングの外部に配置され、前記熱伝達部と直接または間接的に連結される冷却システムとをさらに含む、請求項10に記載の無線充電装置。 - 無線充電装置を含み、
前記無線充電装置は、
コイル部と、
前記コイル部上に配置される磁性部と、
前記磁性部の少なくとも一部と接触して配置される熱伝達部とを含む、移動手段。
