Abstract
Description
車体フレームの下部に締結され、電池モジュールを収容し、かつ下方面が開放された構造の受容部を含むトレイ部材、及び上記受容部の開放された下方面を覆うカバー部材を含み、上記カバー部材は冷媒が流体移動する流路を含む。
上記カバー層の凹凸は、板状パネルの表面に、冷却層の突出部に対応するように陥入部が形成された形であり、上記冷却層およびカバー層は、冷却層の突出部がカバー層の陥入部に挿入されて密着される構造を含む。

Claims (17)
- 車体フレームの下部に締結され、電池モジュールを収容し、かつ下方面が開放された構造の受容部を含むトレイ部材、および前記受容部の開放された下方面を覆うカバー部材を含み、
前記カバー部材は冷媒が流体移動する流路を含む、自動車用アンダーボディ。 - 前記カバー部材は、板状パネルの一面または両面に凹凸が形成された構造であり、
前記カバー部材の凹凸は、前記板状パネルの表面に流路に沿って突出部または陥入部が形成された形態である、請求項1に記載の自動車用アンダーボディ。 - 前記突出部または陥入部は、一定の間隔をおいて配列され、同一平面上で屈曲された領域を含む、請求項2に記載の自動車用アンダーボディ。
- 前記突出部または陥入部は、一定の間隔をおいて配列され、一方向に配向されたパターン化された領域を含む、請求項2に記載の自動車用アンダーボディ。
- 前記カバー部材は、
内部に冷媒が流体移動する流路が形成された冷却層と、
前記冷却層の下方面を保護するカバー層と、
を含む、請求項1に記載の自動車用アンダーボディ。 - 前記カバー部材において、
前記冷却層及び前記カバー層は凹凸が形成された構造であり、
前記冷却層の凹凸は、板状パネルの表面に流路に沿って突出部が形成された形態であり、
前記カバー層の凹凸は、板状パネルの表面に前記冷却層の突出部に対応するように陥入部が形成された形態であり、
前記冷却層及び前記カバー層は、前記冷却層の突出部が前記カバー層の陥入部に挿入されて密着される構造である、請求項5に記載の自動車用アンダーボディ。 - 前記冷却層は金属素材で形成され、前記カバー層はプラスチック素材で形成された、請求項5に記載の自動車用アンダーボディ。
- 前記冷却層と前記カバー層との間に介在された振動防止層をさらに含む、請求項5に記載の自動車用アンダーボディ。
- 前記カバー部材は、単一層の板状パネルの構造であり、
前記流路は、前記板状パネルの一面に形成されるか、または前記板状パネルの内部に陥入された形態である、請求項1に記載の自動車用アンダーボディ。 - 前記カバー部材は、前記受容部の開放された面の一部または全部を開閉する領域を含む、請求項1に記載の自動車用アンダーボディ。
- 前記受容部は、
収容される電池モジュールの側面を囲む外壁部材と、
前記受容部の内部を多数の区画に分割する隔壁部材と、
を含み、
各分画領域は、個別の電池モジュールが収容される構造である、請求項1に記載の自動車用アンダーボディ。 - 前記外壁部材は、平面上の断面構造を基準として、四面が包まれた四角い構造を形成し、かつ
自動車の前後方向と垂直に配列される第1前後方向及び第2前後方向の外壁部材、及び
自動車の左右方向と垂直に配列される第1左右方向及び第2左右方向の外壁部材を含み、
前記第1左右方向及び前記第2左右方向の外壁部材のうちのいずれか一つ以上は、自動車の前後方向に位置変動が可能な構造である、請求項11に記載の自動車用アンダーボディ。 - 前記外壁部材は、平面上の断面構造を基準として、三面が包まれた構造を形成し、かつ
自動車の前後方向と垂直に配列される第1前後方向及び第2前後方向の外壁部材、並びに
自動車の左右方向と垂直に配列される第1左右方向の外壁部材を含み、
前記第1左右方向の外壁部材は、自動車の前後方向に位置変動が可能な構造である、請求項11に記載の自動車用アンダーボディ。 - 前記カバー部材は折り曲げられたパネルの形状であり、前記受容部の下方面と開放された一側面を覆う構造である、請求項13に記載の自動車用アンダーボディ。
- 請求項1~14のいずれか一項に記載の自動車用アンダーボディに電池モジュールが収容された、電池パック。
- 請求項15に記載の電池パックを含む、自動車。
- 前記自動車は、ハイブリッド自動車又は電気自動車である、請求項16に記載の自動車。
