Claims (24)
- コア層を形成する工程、および
光を該コア層に結合させるために、ナノインプリントを用いて回折格子を形成する工程
を含み、
該コア層が基板とナノウェル層との間に配置され、該ナノウェル層が試料を受け取るためのナノウェルを有し、該コア層が基板およびナノウェル層よりも高い屈折率を有する、フローセルの製造方法。 - 前記コア層が、前記回折格子を形成する工程と共通の工程で形成される、請求項1記載の製造方法。
- 前記コア層が、前記回折格子を形成する工程とは別の工程で形成される、請求項1記載の製造方法。
- 前記回折格子が前記基板上にナノインプリントによって形成され、前記コア層が前記回折格子上に形成され、前記ナノウェル層が前記コア層上に形成される、請求項3記載の製造方法。
