Abstract
Description
本出願は、2019年5月3日付韓国特許出願第10-2019-0052154号に基づいた優先権の利益を主張し、当該韓国特許出願の文献に開示されている全ての内容は、本明細書の一部として含まれる。
Claims (11)
- バッテリーパックの各単位セルの両端の電圧を測定する電圧測定部と、
前記バッテリーパックの電流を測定する電流測定部と、
単位セルの異常有無を検出する検出部と、を含み、
前記検出部は、前記バッテリーパックが開路電圧状態であるとき、前記各単位セルに対して測定された電圧である第1電圧と、
前記バッテリーパックが充電又は放電状態であるとき、前記バッテリーパックに流れる所定の電流に沿って前記単位セルごとに測定された電圧である第2電圧とを比べて、単位セルの異常有無を検出する、バッテリーセル診断装置。 - 前記電圧測定部は、
少なくとも直列連結された複数の単位セルに対して、測定端子が単位セル間のリード部及び両方最後の単位セルのリード部にそれぞれ連結され、予め設定された測定条件に応じて1つの単位セルの両端の測定端子からの測定電圧を出力するマルチプレクサと、
前記マルチプレクサから出力された測定電圧をアナログ-デジタル変換するADCと、を含む、請求項1に記載のバッテリーセル診断装置。 - 前記検出部は、前記単位セルごとに前記第1電圧と前記第2電圧との電圧差が所定の基準を超過するか判断して異常有無を検出する、請求項2に記載のバッテリーセル診断装置。
- 前記検出部は、前記単位セルの異常が検出される場合、当該単位セルの両端のリード部のうち一部に一定基準以上の抵抗が存在すると判断する、請求項3に記載のバッテリーセル診断装置。
- 前記第1電圧及び第2電圧のうち少なくとも1つを記憶するメモリをさらに備える、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーセル診断装置。
- 前記検出部は、前記単位セルの異常が検出される場合、当該単位セルに対する通知信号を発生させる、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーセル診断装置。
- バッテリーパックが開路電圧状態であるとき、前記バッテリーパックの各単位セルに対して電圧を測定する第1電圧測定段階と、
前記バッテリーパックが充電又は放電状態であるとき、前記バッテリーパックに流れる所定の電流に沿って各単位セルに対して電圧を測定する第2電圧測定段階と、
単位セルごとに前記第1電圧測定段階で測定された第1電圧と、前記第2電圧測定段階で測定された第2電圧とを比べて、単位セルの異常有無を検出する段階とを含む、バッテリーセル診断方法。 - 前記検出する段階は、
単位セルごとに前記第1電圧と前記第2電圧との電圧差が所定の基準を超過するか判断して異常有無を検出する、請求項7に記載のバッテリーセル診断方法。 - 前記単位セルの異常が検出される場合、当該単位セルの両端のリード部のうち一部に一定基準以上の抵抗が存在すると判断する、請求項8に記載のバッテリーセル診断方法。
- 前記単位セルの異常が検出される場合、当該単位セルに対する通知信号を発生させる段階をさらに含む、請求項7から9のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーセル診断方法。
- 少なくとも直列連結された複数の単位セルを含むバッテリーモジュールと、
前記バッテリーモジュールの充放電を制御するバッテリー管理システムと、を備え、
前記バッテリー管理システムは、
各単位セルの両端の電圧を測定する電圧測定部と、
前記バッテリーモジュールの電流を測定する電流測定部と、
単位セルの異常有無を検出する検出部と、を含み、
前記検出部は、
前記バッテリーモジュールが開路電圧状態であるとき、前記各単位セルに対して測定された電圧である第1電圧と、
前記バッテリーモジュールが充電又は放電状態であるとき、前記バッテリーモジュールに流れる所定の電流に沿って各単位セルに対して測定された電圧である第2電圧とを比べて、単位セルの異常有無を検出する、バッテリーパック。
