Abstract
Description
熱を加えて、使用時に当該封袋装置に挿入される袋の開口端をヒートシールするように作動可能なヒータ装置と、
使用時に前記袋が当該封袋装置に挿入されると、前記ヒータ装置に対する前記袋の位置を検出するように構成され配置された袋検出部とを備え、
前記ヒータ装置は複数のヒータ部からなり、
前記ヒータ装置は、前記袋検出部によって検出される、使用時に当該封袋装置に挿入された前記袋に重なるヒータ部又は各ヒータ部のみが作動されて前記袋に熱を加えるように作動可能である、封袋装置が提供される。
間に袋を受け入れるように配置された第1部材及び第2部材を備え、
前記ヒータ装置は、前記袋が前記第1及び第2部材の間に受け入れられると作動して熱を加え、前記袋の開口端をヒートシールすることができるように、前記第1及び第2部材の少なくとも一方に配置され、
前記袋検出部は、空気を吹き出し又は吸引可能な複数の空気孔を有する前記第1及び第2部材の少なくとも一方と、前記空気孔と連通し、かつ、前記袋がヒートシールの際に前記部材間に受け入れられるとき、前記袋が前記空気孔の1つ以上を遮る場合に生じる空気圧の変化を検知するように配置された、少なくとも1つの空気圧センサからなることにより、前記ヒータ装置に対する前記袋の位置の検出を可能にする。
前記封袋装置に前記袋の開口端を置き、
前記ヒータ装置に対する前記袋の位置を検出し、
前記ヒータ装置を作動させて前記袋をヒートシールし、
前記ヒータ装置は、前記袋検出部によって検出された、前記封袋装置に置かれた前記袋に重なるヒータ部又は各ヒータ部のみが作動されて前記袋に熱を加えるように作動する、方法が提供される。
前記袋の開口端を前記封袋装置に置く際、前記袋は前記第1及び第2部材の間に置かれ、
当該方法は、
前記空気孔を通じて空気を吹き出し又は吸引し、
ヒートシールの際に前記袋が前記各部材の間に受け入れられたとき、前記袋が前記空気孔のうち1つ以上を遮る場合に生じる空気圧の変化を検知することにより、前記ヒータ装置に対する前記袋の位置を検出する。
Claims (9)
- 袋をヒートシールする封袋装置であって、
熱を加えて、使用時に当該封袋装置に挿入される袋の開口端をヒートシールするように作動可能なヒータ装置と、
使用時に前記袋が当該封袋装置に挿入されると、前記ヒータ装置に対する前記袋の位置を検出するように構成され配置された袋検出部とを備え、
前記ヒータ装置は複数のヒータ部からなり、
前記ヒータ装置は、前記袋検出部によって検出される、使用時に当該封袋装置に挿入された前記袋に重なるヒータ部又は各ヒータ部のみが作動されて前記袋に熱を加えるように作動可能である、封袋装置。 - 請求項1に記載の封袋装置であって、前記ヒータ装置の前記複数のヒータ部は電気抵抗ヒータである封袋装置。
- 請求項1又は請求項2に記載の封袋装置であって、
間に袋を受け入れるように配置された第1部材及び第2部材を備え、
前記ヒータ装置は、前記袋が前記第1及び第2部材の間に受け入れられると作動して熱を加え、前記袋の開口端をヒートシールすることができるように、前記第1及び第2部材の少なくとも一方に配置され、
前記袋検出部は、空気を吹き出し又は吸引可能な複数の空気孔を有する前記第1及び第2部材の少なくとも一方と、前記空気孔と連通し、かつ、前記袋がヒートシールの際に前記部材間に受け入れられるとき、前記袋が前記空気孔の1つ以上を遮る場合に生じる空気圧の変化を検知するように配置された、少なくとも1つの空気圧センサからなることにより、前記ヒータ装置に対する前記袋の位置の検出を可能にする、封袋装置。 - 請求項3に記載の封袋装置であって、前記空気孔を通じて空気を吹き出す又は吸引するための、前記空気孔に連通した空気ポンプを備える封袋装置。
- 請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の封袋装置であって、当該封袋装置は、使用時に当該封袋装置に挿入された袋から、前記ヒータ装置が熱を加えて前記袋の開口端をヒートシールする前に、空気を吸引するように構成され配置された真空封袋装置である封袋装置。
- 請求項1から請求項5のいずれか一項に記載の封袋装置であって、前記ヒータ装置及び前記袋検出部と通信し、前記ヒータ装置に対する前記袋の位置に関する前記袋検出部からの入力を受信し、前記袋検出部からの入力に従って作動するよう前記ヒータ装置を制御するように構成され配置された制御部を備える封袋装置。
- 複数の独立して作動可能なヒータ部からなるヒータ装置を有する封袋装置を用いて袋をヒートシールする方法であって、
前記封袋装置に前記袋の開口端を置き、
前記ヒータ装置に対する前記袋の位置を検出し、
前記ヒータ装置を作動させて前記袋をヒートシールし、
前記ヒータ装置は、前記袋検出部によって検出された、前記封袋装置に置かれた前記袋に重なるヒータ部又は各ヒータ部のみが作動されて前記袋に熱を加えるように作動する、方法。 - 請求項7に記載の方法であって、前記封袋装置は間に前記袋を受け入れるように配置された第1部材及び第2部材を備え、前記ヒータ装置は前記袋が前記第1及び第2部材の間に置かれると、熱を加えて前記袋の開口端をヒートシールするように作動可能となるように前記第1及び第2部材の少なくとも一方に配置され、前記第1及び第2部材の少なくとも一方は複数の空気孔を有し、
前記袋の開口端を前記封袋装置に置く際、前記袋は前記第1及び第2部材の間に置かれ、
当該方法は、
前記空気孔を通じて空気を吹き出し又は吸引し、
ヒートシールの際に前記袋が前記各部材の間に受け入れられたとき、前記袋が前記空気孔のうち1つ以上を遮る場合に生じる空気圧の変化を検知することにより、前記ヒータ装置に対する前記袋の位置を検出する、方法。 - 請求項7又は請求項8に記載の方法であって、前記封袋装置は真空封袋装置であり、当該方法は、前記ヒータ装置を作動して前記袋をヒートシールする前に、前記袋から空気を吸引する方法。
