Description
Claims (20)
- 一体型ソケットコンタクトであって、
長手方向軸線に沿って延在し、第1端部と、該第1端部の反対側に位置して内部に空洞を画定し、ワイヤ終端を有するワイヤを受けるように構成されている第2端部とを有する本体と、
ピンコンタクトを受けるように構成されたリングと、
前記リングと前記本体の前記第1端部との間で長手方向に延びて、半径方向内向きの曲率を有し、前記ピンコンタクトと係合して圧力を加えるように構成されている1つ以上の梁と、
を備える一体型ソケットコンタクト。 - 請求項1に記載の一体型ソケットコンタクトであって、少なくとも一部が導電性材料によってメッキされる、一体型ソケットコンタクト。
- 請求項1に記載の一体型ソケットコンタクトであって、前記キャビティと前記本体の外面との間で延びて前記ワイヤ終端を前記本体にはんだ付けできるように構成される少なくとも1つの開口部をさらに含む、一体型ソケットコンタクト。
- 請求項3に記載の一体型ソケットコンタクトであって、前記第2端部は、40AWG以下のサイズのワイヤ終端を受けるように構成される、一体型ソケットコンタクト。
- 請求項4に記載の一体型ソケットコンタクトであって、前記1つ以上の梁は少なくとも部分的に可撓性を有する、一体型ソケットコンタクト。
- 請求項5に記載の一体型ソケットコンタクトであって、前記第2端部に隣接して設けられる前記本体の一部は、前記ワイヤの一部に圧着されるように構成される、一体型ソケットコンタクト。
- 請求項6に記載の一体型ソケットコンタクトであって、前記リングは、当該一体型ソケットコンタクトと前記ピンコンタクトとの間の位置合わせのずれを補償するために、前記ピンコンタクトの外径よりも大きい内径を有する、一体型ソケットコンタクト。
- 請求項6に記載の一体型ソケットコンタクトであって、前記リングは、当該一体型ソケットコンタクトと前記ピンコンタクトとの間の位置合わせのずれを補償するフレア状の開口部を有する、一体型ソケットコンタクト。
- 請求項8に記載の一体型ソケットコンタクトであって、前記第2端部は、前記キャビティ内への前記ワイヤ終端部の進入を容易にするフレア状の開口部を有する、一体型ソケットコンタクト。
- 一体型ソケットコンタクトであって、
長手方向軸線に沿って延在し、第1端部と、該第1端部の反対側の第2端部とを有する本体と、
前記第2端部に結合され、前記本体から長手方向に離れるように延びるはんだ尾部と、
ピンコンタクトを受けるように構成されたリングと、
前記リングと前記本体の前記第1端部との間で長手方向に延びて半径方向内向きの曲率を有し、前記ピンコンタクトと係合して圧力を加えるように構成される1つ以上の梁と、
を含む一体型ソケットコンタクト。 - 請求項10に記載の一体型ソケットコンタクトであって、少なくとも一部が導電性材料によってメッキされる、一体型ソケットコンタクト。
- 請求項10に記載の一体型ソケットコンタクトであって、前記1つ以上の梁は少なくとも部分的に可撓性を有する、一体型ソケットコンタクト。
- 請求項12に記載の一体型ソケットコンタクトであって、前記リングは、当該一体型ソケットコンタクトと前記ピンコンタクトとの間の位置合わせのずれを補償するために、前記ピンコンタクトの外径よりも大きい内径を有する、一体型ソケットコンタクト。
- 請求項12に記載の一体型ソケットコンタクトであって、前記リングは、当該一体型ソケットコンタクトと前記ピンコンタクトとの間の位置合わせのずれを補償するフレア状の開口部を有する、一体型ソケットコンタクト。
- 一体型ソルダーカップコンタクトであって、
長手方向軸線に沿って延在し、第1端部と、該第1端部の反対側に位置して内部に空洞を画定してワイヤ終端を有するワイヤを受けるように構成される第2端部とを有する本体と、
前記第1端部に結合され、前記本体から長手方向に離れるように延びるピンコンタクトと、
を含む一体型ソルダーカップコンタクト。 - 請求項15に記載の一体型ソルダーカップコンタクトであって、少なくとも一部が導電性材料によってメッキされる、一体型ソルダーカップコンタクト。
- 請求項15に記載の一体型ソルダーカップコンタクトであって、前記キャビティと前記本体の外面との間で延びて前記ワイヤ終端を前記本体にはんだ付けできるように構成される少なくとも1つの開口部をさらに含む、一体型ソルダーカップコンタクト。
- 請求項17に記載の一体型ソルダーカップコンタクトであって、前記第2端部は、40AWG以下のサイズのワイヤ終端を受けるように構成される、一体型ソルダーカップコンタクト。
- 請求項18に記載の一体型ソルダーカップコンタクトであって、前記第2端部に隣接して設けられる前記本体の一部は、前記ワイヤの一部に圧着されるように構成される、一体型ソルダーカップコンタクト。
- 請求項19に記載の一体型ソルダーカップコンタクトであって、前記第2端部は、前記キャビティ内への前記ワイヤ終端部の進入を容易にするフレア状の開口部を有する、一体型ソルダーカップコンタクト。
