- 少なくとも1つの評価装置(156)であって、前記光センサ(110)の前記センサ信号を評価することにより、前記光ビーム(126)によって提供される光放射に関する少なくとも1つの情報項目を生成するように設計されている、評価装置(156)、

b)その後に、前記光導電性材料(114)の前記層(112)及び前記基板(124)のアクセス可能な表面に非晶質カバー(116)を堆積させ、前記カバー(116)は、少なくとも1つの金属含有化合物(120)を含むステップ、を含み、
前記基板(124)と前記カバー(116)の少なくとも1つは、波長範囲内で光学的に透明である、方法。 - 前記光導電性材料(114)の前記層(112)は、同じ前記基板(124)に直接的又は間接的に適用される少なくとも2つの個別のセンサ領域を有し、前記個別のセンサ領域は、前記個別のセンサ領域のそれぞれが前記基板(124)のそれぞれの部分によって担持される方式で、ステップa)とステップb)の間に互いに分離される、請求項14に記載の方法。
